After having a few dim sum, i was going to put a piece of chicken into my mouth. a small leg on the meat caught my attention. looking carefully, it looks really look a cockroach leg!!!

叫噃個雙拼菜式,應可令各人飽肚。因為雙拼有十粒點心丶鹵水食品及炒米粉。但唔好問我詳情。搵嗰樓面姊姊問吓啦。而姊姊好醒目,也不用我多講,就回答點心要蒸耐啲。人生不如意事十常八九,就算睇住姊姊繼續行來行去,也應與家人開心飲茶。等咗一陣找來穿西裝打嶺呔的職員詢問,西裝職員立刻check並證實漏咗落單,再問要補嗎?呀丶無多句了!多次在尚宴午餐的我發了幾句牢騷後便停止,事也大不過與家人樂聚。下次再食???

這一天的工作,由觀塘開始,而且一點鐘才需要去機場報到,那我就閒來飲茶。是日太太就建議我上去鱷魚恤中心找一家酒樓坐底。她隨後過來。鱷魚恤中心九樓是一間叫做尚宴的酒樓,本來的我是準備去百樂門的,但免得排隊就當然不排啦,上一層的這一家尚宴,就完全不用排隊,仲有一個落地玻璃的窗口位坐,而且這一個酒樓場地,是專門為了婚宴而設計,所以環境上同座位的舒適程度,也比較上等。茹素的太太有她的素腸粉同奶皇包。今時今日,大多酒樓都做流沙奶皇包的,要碰上一家不賣流沙包的酒樓,的確是少之又少。這一個奶皇包,當然也是流沙餡的包,夠香夠甜,只是流沙餡的黃沙不夠美滿,咸蛋的味道不夠重,夠甜但不夠沙。 太太的素腸不評,只評核我的叉燒腸,幸好是腸粉皮不算厚,不過又不是又薄又煙韌的一隻,豉油是普通的,叉燒幸見有肉粒,而且是腍的,一切都不錯,只是豉油的問題,影響了整碟腸粉。 蘿蔔酥,本來是為了太太而叫的一個點心,幸運地由我先行吃一個,因為這一個蘿蔔酥混了肉碎在餡。而且美中不足的事,就是個酥餅一夾就散,令我很不開心。

太太的素腸不評,只評核我的叉燒腸,幸好是腸粉皮不算厚,不過又不是又薄又煙韌的一隻,豉油是普通的,叉燒幸見有肉粒,而且是腍的,一切都不錯,只是豉油的問題,影響了整碟腸粉。

蘿蔔酥,本來是為了太太而叫的一個點心,幸運地由我先行吃一個,因為這一個蘿蔔酥混了肉碎在餡。而且美中不足的事,就是個酥餅一夾就散,令我很不開心。

原隻大蝦燒賣,上檯時其中兩隻蝦仔鬧頑皮,跳出了燒賣的頂部。細心的店員問我要不要換過一籠,反正都是食落肚,又不是招待客人,那會介意不公整,味道好就行。這一個燒賣,就有足夠的鮮甜味,不過頂頭隻蝦,就是一隻雪到冇哂味的蝦,幸好還爽口。

環境不錯但點心一般,點了5個點心連茶錢等等要$99,貴嗎? 不算太貴,但絕對不是經濟早茶之選。

近年底, 要出席的囍宴是一浪接一浪, 是晚就來到這裡, 單計環境, 本應是不俗, 但未入席前是無乜冷氣, 之後就相當冰冷, 奇.脆皮炸子雞: 2分, 食物整體水準是相當差勁, 如這客脆皮炸子雞, 皮不但不脆, 更是淋淋的. 雞肉相當肥, 熱度不足, 只是溫溫吞吞.聽說這裡一圍酒席是不便宜的, 看來場地的費用是佔去了大多數的成本了.

本身去睇酒席擺酒,見肚餓 所以順便坐低食埋嘢食物-叫咗6款點心 (是次消費118兩個人):1)香茜牛肉腸粉- 雖然啲腸粉卷得唔係好靚(有啲爆餡料),但味道唔錯。個粉皮厚薄識中,香茜味冇蓋過啲牛肉。2) 咸水角- 成個拎上手係有啲林林地既感覺(外皮微脆),個餡淡味咗少少3) 蝦餃- ok的,但個皮可以薄多一點點4) 叉燒包- 跟一般既差唔多,個包皮實咗丁點5) 雞扎- 一般,不過啲冬姑好似有啲怪味....6) 菊花蝦枝卷- ok的,不過好似唔係好底食, 因為得一半春卷皮有包到餡 令一半用了作菊花形修飾用總結: ok啦, 唔會特別話會想番去食某一點心

相比同大廈其他的酒樓,這兒沒有那麼多人,不用等位,所以父母最近也愛上來這兒。這個星期五我們原打算來飲下午茶,來到才發現,新年期間,不設特價時段。 今天由姐姐做東,我們四個人吃了很多點心,所有點心味道都不錯。來了多次,我很喜愛這兒的流心奶黃包,吃時小心會被燙傷呢。 雖然很多評論都說這兒的服務很差,或許我幸運,來了多次,暫時還覺得這兒服務不錯呢。 月初試過這兒的早茶,真的很便宜,不過,酒樓新春期間有不同收費,不知新春過後會否加價呢!
