今晚食了牛三寶湯粉(牛清湯底), 要了貴刁粉, 原來即是金邊粉. 牛三寶有生牛肉片, 熟牛肉片和牛筋腩. 牛清湯十分清甜, 白蘿蔔淋甜. 生牛肉片不算嫩但也沒有渣, 牛筋腩很淋但切得太碎. 金邊粉也是碎濕濕.原本想吃甜品粟米糯米, 可惜只有眉豆糯米, 所以沒吃甜品吧了.

好長好有份量的法包ar~~~~ 也咬第一口就超愛這個法包la, 是確實的外脆內軟, 而且佢有烘過, 所以微暖, 但如果可以再熱d就好la. 我其實一向對法包都好有陰影, 以前係Delifrance食, 個包係好"un", 要用力撕開的, 食完會因為佢太硬而成口損哂.但依度係完全令我對法包改觀, 外層脆卜卜的, 厚厚的, 好似蝦片的口感, mix with軟淋淋微暖的包, yummy yummy ~~~佢個餡都係一d都唔弱ga, 餡料十足, 有扎肉, 燻蹄, 腩肉, 睇得出係有煎過的, 但又唔會過份油膩, 平日唔太好扎肉因為唔鍾意佢個種奇怪的胡椒辣味, 但依度完全冇, 3種肉都好好味; 然後有清新的蘿蔔絲, 青瓜去平衡肉類的油份, 尤以青瓜係好多汁的呢. 秘製醬汁係錦上添花, 酸酸甜甜的很合口味ar. 肝醬就唔係好覺, 可能係我自己分唔出. 睇o下餡料幾足, 幾有層次. 依家漢堡大很其度, 食o下這一種又是另一種風味lei. 真係highly recommended ar~~~

同一些牛奶好耐無見,難得相聚,一齊食越南檬粉,好開心呀!大家口味竟然咁相似,都係揀雞絲湯檬,於是一人一碗,再加個越式春卷,都已經夠食。雞絲湯檬既粉比較散,好難夾起,唔係咁好;而雞絲方面,我發現連住唔少雞皮同肥膏,宜改善。越式春卷就唔錯,個皮好脆,個心又夠熱,用生菜包住食剛剛好,係件生菜硬d,難捲起啫...我覺得不過不失啦!但係老趙好似好出名,似乎質素應該更佳喎!

雖然已經食過大事件間老趙,但由於食礦有限,呢度開一間,我地又食。我地試左個牛筋牛腩牛湯麵,真係好牛呀!d筋勁腍,蘿蔔幾甜,正!另外個鹵水排骨麵,個排骨就似牛腩,個汁好濃好好味,成陣香茅味攻埋來。但佢個招牌三文治就唔夠添記好,唔夠料,又唔夠味。

之前某本食經推介,所以就姑且一試。一行三人叫了:雞翼飯、春卷凍檬、札肉湯檬。雞翼飯味道很普通,飯很硬。價錢$36.春卷凍檬的春卷不錯,凍檬都算啦,但未見突出。札肉湯檬,味道很好,湯很好吃。但是,要留意的是價錢較貴,以上三個都是不包野飲的(午餐時段)隔離街仲有街新巴黎,價錢比這兒平大約1/3,還送例湯或熱飲。服務ok,衛生有少許不潔,環境合格!相比之下,我們決定午餐要吃越南野會以新巴黎為首選。

話係老趙姊妹店....主打越式三文治....打完波黎醫肚....叫左個香矛豬肉三文治.....飽係用法飽...略焗....咬落去第一個感覺係好硬....法飽硬左好難咬...咬落去D邊位刮到個咀邊好鬼痛....而中間既餡料又係咁跌出黎....而且都幾油....D汁(油)係手指"啦"中流出黎...食到好淪盡.....應該唔會有下次....
