Enoki mushroom in garlic seafood sauce

Skewers
So we got Siu mai, lamb and chicken cartilage. They put some herbs rub on the skewers that gives another depth of flavour. The herbs makes the skewers more aromatic and flavourful, especially the lamb skewer because sometimes lamb meat can be very gamy, but the herb really helped with the gamy taste and added a pleasant flavour


Eggplant
Grilled whole eggplant with tons and tons of garlic was simply just yum 🤤 the soft eggplant meat with the garlic and sauce was just an unstoppable combination



Oyster
The oysters tasted very fresh and didn’t have a fishy smell at all! And of course the baked garlic smells very nice and gave the perfect saltiness that enhanced the flavour of the oyster itself

兩位年輕老闆在疫市下創業,點都要支持下年輕人,食材新鮮,即叫即燒,食物全部不經油炸,所以等候時間有點耐,不過有心機,所以問題不大,兩位老闆健談,所以下次一定會再帶朋友光顧,由於時間有限同人數不多,下次會試其他新菜,老闆透露嚟緊會推岀鹽焗海鮮系列,下次嚟應該可以試到,整體環境乾淨企理,大家可以約齊三五知己試下,仲可以提前打電話落單,咁就唔洗等咁耐,因為今次試咗條鹽燒魚,要等半個鐘,所以最好提前落單比較方便
