4月19日(星期五) 我和朋友很久沒有吃串燒,上openrice找資料,發現這間餐廳在銅鑼灣新開業,食評也不錯,所以經openrice訂座(7:30pm),我們約7:20pm到達,等了一陣子,有個職員從廚房走出來向門口大喊沒有枱,我們回覆他做了預訂,不知道是否沒有聽清楚,大家互喊了3次,我們怕職員弄錯,最終直接走進店鋪廚房門口再跟職員溝通,對話如下:我:預訂了7:30pm (兩位)職員:沒有枱我:我預訂了(還提供openrice記錄)職員:沒有呀,預訂了都沒有用,不會留枱我:吓.......預訂了都沒有枱,咁我為何要預訂職員:你下次打電話查詢,不過都唔肯定可以留枱我:(心諗)咁不如直接說只接受walk in我:如果我等大概什麼時候有枱職員:指了其中一張枱,如果她們吃完就給我我:大概等多久職員:半個鐘或以上我:🙄🙄我覺得真係沒有枱沒關係,不要一副我要求你給我飯吃的態度,完全沒有歉意,真是第一次在openrice訂座遇上不會留座🤬🤬最後,還說我缺席😤😤不會再光顧這間餐廳😒😒

夜晚唔想食太飽,串燒可以話係不二之選。難得去開銅鑼灣,就去咗登龍街串燒王到試下。入門口之前已經見到餐牌上面有好多唔同款式既野食,除咗串燒,仲有麻辣香鍋,一品小食同埋炒粉麵飯等等。由我地坐低開始,基本上外賣單係從來都冇停過,嚇咗我地一跳。😆😆堂食唔算好多座位,但都算夠空間,而且地方整潔。落單後好快就黎咗錫紙花甲粉,花甲細細隻,但分量好多,而且冇乜沙,而粉係類似粉絲,爽口帶少少咬口。調帶少少辣味,辛口刺激,個人幾鐘意。😊😊蒜蓉燒原條茄子好大條,加上大量既蒜蓉一齊燒,非常之香。火候控制得好好,茄子肉唔會痴住啲皮,而且茄子好juicy好好食。之後就係五花腩肉串同埋牛舌心串 花花腩切成粒狀,好易入口,五花腩肥瘦分明,用少少鹽調味已經好出色。牛舌心好厚切,肉質軟冧嫩滑,唔錯。💕💕最後我地叫多個焦糖燒香蕉同芝士年糕,芝士年糕炸得好乾身,唔會油淋淋。而燒香蕉外皮既焦糖脆卜卜,啱晒留返最後做甜品,加上串燒都係帶咸同辣,用甜野中和返就啱晒。😄😄
