跟了老闆出去開會,散會後同客人去了附近的京川滬的餐廳食飯,這間餐廳新推出的任飲任食中菜,二百多元就可以食到十多款的京川滬小食、主菜及甜品,除此之外每位還送上花膠雞湯及鮑魚花菇。大大件的花膠煲得又腍又有豐富膠質,配上濃郁及鮮甜的雞湯。原隻鮑魚彈牙,加上炆得入味又腍的花菇。酸辣湯內材料豐富,但略嫌豆瓣醬蓋過酸味。小食方面,鎮江肴肉膠質甚豐,肉腍不鞋;素鵝香脆不油膩;青瓜及雲耳清新爽脆;醉雞酒味淺入雞內,雞肉嫩滑;醉蝦味道則一般。主菜片皮鴨,不斷出鴨,新鮮熱辣,在面前即片,鴨皮香脆有油脂香,加上青瓜等正好去油膩感。其他主菜炒蝦仁味道比較清新彈牙,其餘的不過不失。小籠包及水餃皮較厚,但裏面充滿肉湯。甜品的香蕉高力豆沙炸得鬆軟不會太甜。

今晚我和香港及日本的親友食晚飯,原本看open rice d comments are bad , 有點擔心,食完之後,我想幫它平反下,酒樓waitress 服務一流,環境地方舒服、乾淨,寧靜。雖然食物水準不是最好,但是物超所值,絕對是中上質素,而且有d 驚喜, lobster d 炒法與別不同,好好味👍👍。因為近寫字樓,酒樓做中午寫字樓客多,相反,晚上冇嘜客,只有一二枱,仲好,又唔駛等位,又靜又好味,why not try try ?! 絕對係晚餐的好選擇!

佢答我八隻,我問佢點解會係八隻?佢話因為9.9到啦而家一次過落單囉!跟住我話咁而家落單嚟咗之後如果9.7我都可以再落,佢話咁樣好麻煩不如一次過落,我就同佢講咁樣咪即係16隻囉?

我真係覺得佢好搞笑,比我個答案係話本身係每人每次一隻㗎,但係因為之前諗住我哋方便可以食快啲所以俾我哋每人每次兩隻咁樣落單,所以而家一次過當返係一隻x兩次,你冇事啊嘛小姐?其實你係覺得我白癡定弱智啊,我都費事同佢嘈!我問咗佢一句你一入到黎嘅時候同我地講每人每次兩隻點解而家會變返一隻,佢一直喺度重複話本身係一隻㗎,諗住比你哋快啲,我想講你個任食係乜嘢嚟㗎?你所謂嘅任食你都冇講到明1人幾多隻咁你就唔好寫任食,講咗話每一次每人兩隻之後又收返句說話唔想比,好有問題囉咁樣去做生意!

唔好講質素,本身員工嘅質素已經不值一提呢間野!竟然可以咁樣做生意,$460大閘蟹限住食啊唔該寫名,開頭話每次兩隻之後可以唔想比就反囗,每次食緊大閘蟹喺度傻等第二次我覺得好冇癮囉,都唔係第一次食呢啲放題都知道食完之後再叫,咁就唔該你第一開始嘅時候就講清楚係一隻咁樣我都會覺得kur d,依家係當你白痴咁玩

位於無限極廣場的『京香閣』,有非常抵食嘅燒味飯外賣。4草野有黑豚肉叉燒飯,海南雞飯或燒腩仔飯,仲跟一碗醇厚老火湯,性價比非常高。食咗佢完全返唔到轉頭去食連鎖集團。黑豚肉叉燒飯,料頭夠哂大塊,叉燒半肥瘦,肉質軟熟有肉香。蜜汁撈埋少少豉油,非常下飯。一旁的老火例湯亦唔簡單,味道係酒樓晚市嘅級別,好過大部份茶記和燒味店。燒腩仔最重要係舊豬腩肉嘅質素。呢度用肥瘦相間嘅五層肉,而且無『豬』味,應該係上等貨色。豬皮亦燒到脆卜卜,蘸少少芥末醬已經係人間美味。我喺中上環食過唔少燒味鋪,呢間真係唔錯。希望可以保持水準。

好耐無食北京填鴨,於是就約埋幾位朋友一齊黎依度食。咁我地就叫左個北京填鴨四人餐。 個餐份量黎講係幾多既,有半隻北京填鴨,北京填鴨皮都幾脆,但係就肥肉多左小小。 京蒽爆鴨件,因為係一鴨二食關係,剩低個D多數都係骨黎,無咩太特別。 仲有京式素鵝,都幾香口涼拌香窩筍 就無咩特別、沙窩雲吞雞就一人一碗,湯榨都會上埋碟比你、宮爆蝦球,依個就唔錯,蝦球都彈牙、胡同生煎飽就不過不失。 不過,椒鹽排骨就唔太ok了,我同朋友都覺得成碟野有咖喱味,好古怪,所以就成碟都無食。 最後有埋甜品薑茶湯丸。埋單一人170左右,其實價錢同份量係ok既,不過味道就真係差左了。

公司高層為慶祝同事準備生bb, 訂左京香閣食個開心lunch, 京香閣比左間房我地,以為可以盡情傾計,點知入到間房,幾支天花燈係甘閃,完全影響食慾,大肚婆同事仲覺得好暈,所以即刻同職員講,首先有個女職員稱無辦法,佢叫我地同點菜個位職員講,之後有位疑似經理的男職員入左房,我地即刻再同佢講,佢既答覆係,無客人投訴過,得我地1個投訴窩,態度囂張無禮,叫佢熄左個d閃緊既燈,佢就話一熄就連出面D燈都熄晒,所以唔熄得,跟著仲問我地想點,一間甘既酒樓,有d甘既"好"員工,仲點敢叫菜...最後想講,一定唔會有下次...

今次約客食飯,等到O哂嘴間餐廳其實幾好,裝修得體,員工有禮可惜佢地太忙了,催左好多次耐我地訂左4人,但比張細台我地...2個人坐就差唔多落完單,等左30分鐘都無野黎,一催之下原來無入電腦等佢地入完,又20分鐘先上野食..............食物好好食呀,砂鍋雲"TUNG"雞唔肥,好有雞的香味小籠包,填鴨,小菜等都有水準如果繁忙時間唔趕去食就無問題

今天胃口不大,不過來這裡吃上海菜也有合適的選擇上海雲吞($58):雲吞皮很滑,不太厚;餡料有菜有點肉,不會太鹹;份量都算多的,有頗多隻雲吞青菜煨麵($58):煨麵很幼滑,配菜有小唐菜粒,有些草菇片,是很清淡的一個麵食,一點也不油膩餐前小吃(下欄)是一小碟涼伴雲耳青瓜,要$20。這個我覺得比較貴,不過也是好吃的。

糖心燻蛋 :外層燻得淡黃色, 蛋黃呈半液體狀(溫泉蛋), 一定要熱食, 我遲左食, 就好腥呀!😓

茶樹菇上湯菜苗: 清淡不過菜苗草青味濃, 好不好味真的見仁見智😅

上海素鵝 :皮脆餡多

週日往上環永安買廚具用品。行到肚都餓扁左、就到無極限廣場「京香閣」吃飯。一進去樓低頗低、但座位還算寬趟舒適。時近十月應該就快有大閘蟹、但還不是當令時節。先吃個六月黃吧!體積身軀較細少。肉質嫰卻欠鮮甜。揭開蟹蓋蟹膏爆晒出來、都算抵食$80一隻。小籠包出奇地好食。皮薄涵靚肉汁狂放鮮甜入味。最大件事是用的老浙不合格、靈魂盡失。以不點淨食原汁原味為佳。上海菜中我慣常會點全家福、因喜歡濃濃湯底內已有娃娃菜及伴了很多以熟能長的配料、魚旦、蛋餃、火腿、豬肚、海參、包羅萬有式的一㷛全上。一下子已給我肚子填得飽飽的。配以當晚點了的上海菜飯。砂窩炒飯軟硬適中、粒粒火腿及菜大兜亂很好味、沒理由會這樣好味的~~~對找到了、原來偷偷加入了乾貝絲、怪不得這樣鮮甜美味👍有機會一定再來。
