同朋友食飯,如果係一大班人的話,當然最好就係食中菜啦,但係如果人數唔夠,食中菜就未必嗌到好多嘢。咁啱見到上環嘅呢一間酒樓,有呢一個京菜放題任食,即使人少少都可以試到好多款式, 最啱三五知己一齊去食。望落選擇都唔少,最正嘅係仲有片皮鴨任食,同埋跟餐仲有燉湯同龍蝦,超豐富。第一時間梗係食片皮鴨啦,片皮鴨都係由師傅即刻切, 新鮮熱辣。片皮鴨拎到返位都仲係好夠脆,加埋配菜食就更加滋味。龍蝦大過隻手掌,啖啖龍蝦肉都好爽口,味道鮮甜。個鉗都好大隻,食起嚟啖啖肉。花膠雞湯入面好多材料,入喉清潤滋補。外面仲有唔少嘅前菜同小菜,大千雞同炒螺片都好有鑊氣。上海肴肉都好清爽,而且係bite size,食多幾款都唔會漏。窩貼爆曬汁,煎得好酥脆,細細隻易入口。最後食埋甜品,呢個脆麻花雪糕就好似食churros咁,同埋雪糕一齊食好夾。連埋加一大約三百零蚊,價錢唔算貴,食物質素都唔錯,值得一試。

檯上面呢D係唔洗點菜,任你自己嘅菜肴,而涼拌野比較多,自選區我有幾樣野最鐘意食同推介嘅,個涼拌茄子,入味得黎佢仲保留到茄子本身嘅口感,調味幾特別,幾好食;涼拌麵,帶少少微辣,麵質口感彈牙;而手指青瓜唔會太酸,爽口入味同好開胃。

京式片皮鴨一向是我的最愛,出爐就可以排隊,師傅在場把燒好的鴨切片,客人就可以自配搭,煙韌的餅皮用蒸籠載着,而配菜有香蔥、青瓜、哈密瓜等。最特別是有哈密瓜條,配搭鴨件清甜又可減低油膩感。
鴨皮燒得酥脆,鴨肉同肥膏比例剛剛好!肉質夠嫩滑,鴨肉能夠鎖住肉汁,非常juicy!

Other Info. : 京香閣不時有團購, 今次因家人生日, 剛碰不上優惠就覺有點少貴. 說是120分鐘用餐, 真的給你120分鐘的時間. 由入座, 用餐期間, LAST ORDER, 連十五分鐘前埋單不下四次, 不斷提醒你只有120分鐘用餐時間. 不知是趕著收工還是有客等(但離開時不見有人等候, 而且已剩很多吉枱), 這樣提醒的頻率似乎有點多有點煩啊!!

We love the Peking Duck - The mahogany-colored bird is decadently rich without being too fatty and professionally sliced tableside. The scallions are fresh and the pancake is just the right size and is carefully stacked up in the steamer.

The buffet also comes with a variety of other dishes over 30 of them! The braised abalone with mushroom and bok choy and the fish maw chicken soup are of very high quality. For HKD 228 per person, this is a good deal.
