最後一個甜品是以餐廳命名的Bel Cibo奶凍,香濃奶味,夾著大大粒曲奇碎,感覺有點像木糠布甸,但口感對比更強烈﹗

和父母一邊分享著近況,一邊品嚐著豐富的晚餐,感覺很不一樣,近幾年都小了和父母見面,每天都不知道在忙碌著甚麼,雖然他們看上去沒有太多老態,但看著他們的滿足笑容,也提醒了我要珍惜父母還在的日子,美味的食物當然是錦上添花,但重點是父母更需要我們給予的一點時間吧﹗

由頂級的前菜開始, 來自美國既生蠔, 海水味雖不及法國濃郁, 但勝在蠔身夠厚大新鮮, 生蠔面灑上香草碎增添味道層次, good idea!!  廚師開蠔技術好, 無留碎蠔殼.

凍鮑魚 ~ 好好味呵!!  第一次食西餐既鮮鮑魚, 不是一般白烚做法, 而是配上順滑鮮甜既香草忌廉汁, 鮑魚質地爽彈, 比起中西既炆煮方法, 這個凍鮑魚真令我回味.  我既味覺開始甦醒了.

味覺第三步曲, 大膽創新配搭既海膽黑松露risotto,黑松露本身帶有難以形容既郁香,假若海膽不新鮮兩者撞埋會有古怪味道.   這板海膽新鮮無腥味.  不過真的如侍應說法, 不要將海膽撈飯否則失去質感, 完整的放入口慢慢溶化, 味覺很幸褔, 在下既松露Risotto已輪為配角了.

我們想試多些菜式,故點了兩款以不同方法烹調的鮑魚share來吃。黑松露鮑魚$118/2隻,鮑魚已預先去殼,內臟也去掉了,輕輕用刀一切就可吃用。鮑魚吃起來,除了保留鮑魚天然的甜鮮味之餘,口感也幼嫩且爽口。只是,大廚以新鮮忌廉和意大利黑松露醬慢火煮成的濃汁,不免有點兒喧賓奪主,味道過濃了﹗

主菜方面,先來一客日本水飼豬鞍$248,兩大塊的香煎豬鞍,足夠四位女生共享﹗據侍應介紹,水飼豬鞍來自日本沖繩,豬隻除了有足夠活動空間,食用的了流質飼料是則以穀物、粟米、日本米和日本當地的礦泉水混合而成,豬隻還會飲用大量礦泉水,因此肉質清爽且不帶豬臊味。

只見豬鞍肉邊帶有少許脂肪,厚薄適中,表面煎得金黃色的,香氣四溢。吃一口,煎得約八成熟的豬鞍,口感鬆軟且juicy,肉質爽脆味鮮且不帶半點豬臊味,滿嘴盡是油脂香,教人回味無窮!伴碟的車厘茄和薯條,也是鮮甜多汁且香腍味美,一級棒﹗

這個原隻龍蝦pizza,大廚先把龍蝦蒸熟起肉,接著把龍蝦肉切粒後,再鋪在薄餅上上,連同芝士等材料一同烤焗。薄餅入口既薄身又香脆,配以啖啖鮮爽彈牙龍蝦肉和芝味十足且藕斷絲連的芝士糼絲,好吃指數爆燈﹗

這個餐真係好多菜式, 最後甜品都有兩款:  朱古力沙巴翁/椰皇焦糖燉蛋.  初試沙巴翁好喜歡, 外表似朱古力蛋糕, 內裡是朱古力雪糕, 有趣.  椰皇焦糖燉蛋, 椰清水強烈, 又幾夾, 中/西式crossover之作.
