小時候就很喜歡吃燒味,叉燒和油雞都是至愛。以前粉嶺有間燒味出名的餐廳,不過現在已經結業。這天在長沙灣附近開會,經過見到有間燒味專門店,於是決定入去解決我的午餐。一入到去坐得,就即刻點了個四寶飯,份量十足呀。油雞、叉燒、燒腩,還有大大隻咸蛋,最欣賞是的附送了酸瓜蘿蔔,大減油膩感。半肥瘦的叉燒,帶點蜜味,十分惹味。燒腩的皮十分香脆,入口卜卜脆,中間的油脂一層層的隔著,很好味。最後來杯凍檸茶,解渴之選。

近日search open rice,才發現到有間在open rice大獲好評,而位於長沙灣區嘅燒味店,於是第晚就諗住買外賣返屋企試吓,怎知大失所望,當晚我買咗义燒燒鵝飯,另外再加客豬手,返到屋企未食之際,已經睇到啲义燒碎濕濕,食落口冇口感,而且有幾件更覺得梅梅地添,燒鵝外表沒什麼不妥,但內肉質粗糙,而最後豬手的味道只有豉油味,沒有其他特色的味道,總言用咁嘅價錢,出咁嘅品質,一定唔會有下次。

朋友想食燒味,於是去了裝修好靚嘅最掂燒味晚餐。未夠7pm就去到,不用等位可以直接入座。原本想點燒腩或者乳豬,但經過大門口玻璃見到叉燒好吸引,我最後都忍唔住誘惑叫了叉燒飯+分蹄!我覺得叉燒不是浪得虚名,果然最掂!因為燒得好香,而叉燒的賣相真的很漂亮,入口也很軟很香,口感一流,帶點半肥瘦分蹄爽口!漿汁開胃難得仲有竹蔗茅根水,啱晒夏天清熱氣!

朋友想食燒味,於是去了裝修好靚嘅最掂燒味晚餐。

未夠7pm就去到,不用等位可以直接入座。原本想點燒腩或者乳豬,但經過大門口玻璃見到叉燒好吸引,我最後都忍唔住誘惑叫了叉燒飯+分蹄!

下午茶想醫醫肚, 就想起附近的燒味店, 好耐無食燒味啦, 由於下午茶唔想食得太飽, 咁我就唔叫飯啦, 選擇左叫义燒切雞瀨粉.义燒我最欣賞係唔會燒到燶, 因為我最唔鍾意食到有幾忽係有燶味. 加上佢义燒外層係塗滿左蜜糖, 係正宗既蜜汁义燒, 加上少許半肥瘦, 實屬高質素. 切雞由於係脾位, 所以都幾滑, 加上雞皮脂肪分佈均衝, 質素中上. 另外瀨粉就有點普通, 湯底略淡但有蔥花香.至於蠔油菜心就係健康之選, 份量夠多之餘, 仲係少油, 如此細心的平民餐廳實在少見.
