凍魚確實是潮州菜必食,店家先幫黃花魚去掉魚骨,加上魚汁啫喱,可以根據個人口味沾上少許普寧豆醬,吃上去更鮮更香!

雖說是面線,但感覺更似是米粉,加入普寧豆醬猛火快炒,加上少許配料,炒得夠鑊氣夠香!

這個也是店家推介,感覺像是變奏版的薯餅,用薯蓉混合糯米粉造成,煎得很香口,口感煙煙韌韌,挺特別!

位於灣仔鄰近地鐵站步行幾分鐘傳統潮州菜酒家 好耐都冇食潮州嘢啦 今日喺灣仔電腦城行完之後過嚟試下滷水鵝片 $168 豆腐超級嫩滑但不鬆散 鵝片份量好多 肉質嫩口 配埋個酸醋 超惹味潮州炒香飯 $128 層次好豐富 口感飽滿 配料很足夠 食而不膩汕頭煎蠔烙$108 蠔仔嘅份量好多又新鮮 係我食過最好食嘅蠔餅 每一口咬落去都好飽滿 配上魚露味道 剛剛好蝦棗兼蟹棗$168 啖啖都係肉 非常新鮮 完全食到蝦和蟹的鮮味肉質亦都十分彈牙 再配上桔油 酸酸甜甜非常開胃

早幾日出開灣仔,相約朋友在附近食晚飯正潮樓-傳統潮州菜餚古色古香的潮州菜館國家級大師傅坐鎮 梅汁焗豬手,以酸甜梅汁調味,豬手內裡嫩滑,好有口感又豐富膠質糯米雞翼,外皮香口,內裡融合了糯米和雞肉的香氣,滿滿的餡料,不錯的配搭老菜脯豬肚湯,以豬肚和老菜脯熬煮而成,湯汁濃郁,豬肚軟嫩入味。水晶白桃棵,炸致金黃,,入口有點像咸水角,亦帶微微的果甜富果甜芋泥,以香濃的芋頭為主,加入各種水果的甜味,口感綿密順滑清心丸綠豆爽一道清涼的甜品,由綠豆熬煮而成,口感清爽,清清甜甜,好足料。

今天同朋友去到灣仔正潮樓食正宗潮州菜。今日叫左滷水鵝片,汕頭煎蠔烙,朥粕春菜煲,糖醋煎伊麵。滷水鵝片:鵝片啖啖肉,肉質鮮味不鞋口。滷水入味岩岩好到位。豆腐完美作為配碟吸收了滷水鵝片汁的精華。花生也是很美味。汕頭煎蠔烙:即煎金喉到位,煎到金黃色不過火也是廚師的功架。蠔烙鮮味可口。朥粕春菜煲:清甜菜的味道,配合已炸蒜頭也是很夾,還有豬油粒都不會油膩。糖醋煎伊麵:伊麵煎到金黃色香口而沒有燶的味道。韮黃在底帶出韮黃香味。加上糖和醋令到整體更加昇華。
