起初送來一碟蕃茄班腩飯,單子錯了,幸好侍應還是負責任的送回廚房,廚房也同樣負責任的從新烹煮,不錯的態度與專業精神。

一派港式閃爍的玻璃獻油,搶眼的茄子及圓渾的班腩,樣貌頗吸引。

獻汁味道鹹甜恰好,襯著爽口的白飯,很開胃;茄子都是走油後再烹調的,還好不是太油;班腩有小部份是帶有一層層的魚肉,比一般的 Cat Fish 魚柳質量優勝,但仍有光是炸粉漿的情況發現,但整體比預期的好。

窗前掛了三梳供售賣的大蕉,有一根還是連體嬰,特別的粗大。這一個畫面充滿了鄉土的氣息,畢竟是村屋的環境方便種植。

這趙未能完全治好 "渴魚症",還好有魚類落肚,就當是壓止病情的療程吧!

有好幾次惠顧天廚的經驗,包括海鮮及小菜,水準時好時壞,因此不算得是東涌的首選,其實街坊對中菜是有一定的需求,希望天廚日後可慢慢的改善。

this is really the worst restaurant i have been to.Sevice : Worst ! No one care about you, 問有無位, 無人埋你, 叫你自己坐.Food : Cold, salty, can taste the seafood ( crab and shrimp ) dead before cooked! Environment : i can see 2 big mouse walk around the kitchen ! how dirty !Price : Not really cheap at all because the food really bad quality.Surely not go again and recommend not go as the boss will 黑哂口面啤你 !

住在東涌,便吃在東涌。雖然我家附近的東薈城有不少好東西吃,如FOOD REPUBLIC和泰國餐廳,但地道的小菜和海鮮卻是我不二之選。與家人叫了炒聖子、炒蜆、海鮮飯(不是炒飯)、菠蘿咕嚕肉、和黑椒牛仔骨。碟碟都很大碟,蜆是大隻的,很入味,但個人比較喜歡細隻的。牛仔骨及咕嚕肉都是惹味的小菜,牛肉不會太硬,醬汁亦配合得恰到好處;咕嚕肉就算過得去,沒有太大驚喜。飯前每張餐檯都有一大碗中湯,味道雖不致十分好,但比起一般小菜館的茶,我已覺得很體貼了。

住在東涌,便吃在東涌。

雖然我家附近的東薈城有不少好東西吃,如FOOD REPUBLIC和泰國餐廳,但地道的小菜和海鮮卻是我不二之選。
