🍖Omakase 其中必然睇食材新鮮程度,前菜刺身喺餐牌上邊,明明係寫住薄切鯛魚,但係我睇住師傅切左兩件好厚既鰹魚,我含羞答答咁準備問下師傅,點知我都未開口,佢就解釋左係因為返嚟嘅質素未達佢嘅要求,無論如何都想改,而且仲做左煙熏嘅效果,我食多左又有視覺享受,真係賺左,但最重要了解到師傅嘅堅持。我又膽粗粗叫佢比我影下個材料盒,入面材料D 色澤,冇得講,就係新鮮。

🍖差啲唔記得講,個餐仲有埋三串串燒,同埋有真正蘋果肉既蛋卷作甜品,真係好抵食。

🍺✨️我揀左,sake pairing, 酒嘅次序分明,由一開始清新既sparkling sake,到食壽司嘅時候,比較淡口嘅,再到配搭串燒時候比較辛口既,都係非常之夾。平時食甜品嘅時候,餐酒一般會比較甜,今次嘅反而係幽香嘅果味,柔和得黎,反而唔會搶左甜品嘅香甜。

全程都係一個好好既體驗,賞心悅目。

最近比我發現原來中環Stanley11的商廈裏有好多餐廳,今次就選擇去食位於最高樓層26樓的餐廳食午餐,貪其景觀夠高夠開揚,不過提提大家大堂有3部升降機,只有中間的升降機能直上26樓呢。升降機門一打開就會見到整間餐廳,有一大個開放式廚房,然後顧客是圍繞著開放式廚房坐的,有種高級居酒屋的感覺。午餐除了有午市套餐、還會有omakase可選擇,而我今天就點了碎切刺身壽司丼套餐 $280刺身飯的料很多,而且都是貴價海鮮,除了有帆立貝、中拖羅、深海池魚、鯛魚,更有我最喜愛的海膽。每塊魚肉都切得好大粒,可以清楚吃到魚肉質感,而海膽份量也不少,跟平日食海膽軍艦的份量差不多。套餐另外附上茶蒸碗、胡麻沙律及麵豉湯。茶蒸碗裏的料也很多,有日本赤板魚蛋、香菇及菜。飲料方面就點了青森產希望の果100%蘋果汁 $48蘋果味濃郁,建議喝之前可先輕搖勻。總體整個用餐體驗挺舒服、寧靜的,店員都好友善。
