呢間係我一直以來都好想食嘅,得自己就唔好食到咁奢侈,食個lunch set就算佢嘅lunch set包咗沙律、餐湯同埋蒸蛋沙律嘅胡麻醬一啲都唔吝嗇,係我食過沙律嚟講最多胡麻醬嘅蒸蛋好夠熱,而且好滑北海丼北海丼包左北海道海膽,獅魚同帆立貝海膽嘅份量都算好多,而且味道唔會腥佢嘅壽司飯有別於平時,加咗啲芝麻同埋醬油,令到成個飯嘅味道都昇華咗最後我仲自私地加咗杯柚子酒,好香嘅柚子味,酒味又唔會過濃,好適合女仔飲個人認為如果喺呢間食Omakase會係好好嘅氣氛,因為見到旁邊嘅人食我媽卡些師傅帶動得氣氛好好

每位$880 +10% service charge黎講呢到真係質素好好!而且可以望到師傅同師傅可以有交流呢件事真係非常之好,佢哋介紹咗好多唔同食材,而且全程好舒服!以為食Omakase一定唔會飽,但呢個份量真係食到捧住個肚走😆
平時好少行過嚟呢邊食嘢,發現呢幢樓都真係好多嘢食!

呢間餐廳位於中環士丹利街11號一棟好靚既商業大廈入面,我今次去左26樓一間好靚既日本餐廳,入面可以睇到山頂同街景,仲有好多日本酒品擺設放响入面,呢度由廚師發辦,一路睇住佢煮一路慢慢品嚐每一度菜式,仲有刀功好厲害,沖繩薄片切鯛魚片用左喜馬拉雅山海鹽調味再加入少量橄欖油捲埋即食入口好fresh,仲有其他師傅自發由其他國家旅行後研製既黑松露銀鱈魚,黑松露由意大利入口口味香濃,九洲關靖魚必食推介一d都唔腥,師傅用特制方法去除魚腥味。
