最近比我發現原來中環Stanley11的商廈裏有好多餐廳,今次就選擇去食位於最高樓層26樓的餐廳食午餐,貪其景觀夠高夠開揚,不過提提大家大堂有3部升降機,只有中間的升降機能直上26樓呢。升降機門一打開就會見到整間餐廳,有一大個開放式廚房,然後顧客是圍繞著開放式廚房坐的,有種高級居酒屋的感覺。午餐除了有午市套餐、還會有omakase可選擇,而我今天就點了碎切刺身壽司丼套餐 $280刺身飯的料很多,而且都是貴價海鮮,除了有帆立貝、中拖羅、深海池魚、鯛魚,更有我最喜愛的海膽。每塊魚肉都切得好大粒,可以清楚吃到魚肉質感,而海膽份量也不少,跟平日食海膽軍艦的份量差不多。套餐另外附上茶蒸碗、胡麻沙律及麵豉湯。茶蒸碗裏的料也很多,有日本赤板魚蛋、香菇及菜。飲料方面就點了青森產希望の果100%蘋果汁 $48蘋果味濃郁,建議喝之前可先輕搖勻。總體整個用餐體驗挺舒服、寧靜的,店員都好友善。

碎切刺身壽司丼套餐 $280
刺身飯的料很多,而且都是貴價海鮮,除了有帆立貝、中拖羅、深海池魚、鯛魚,更有我最喜愛的海膽。
每塊魚肉都切得好大粒,可以清楚吃到魚肉質感,而海膽份量也不少,跟平日食海膽軍艦的份量差不多。

今日在中環見完客,啱啱又到食lunch的時間,那就在Stanley 11揀了一間日本餐廳自己一個嘆吓啦!午市定食共有8款, 價錢由$208至$398不等, 包前菜,麵湯,茶碗蒸和煮物。碎切刺身壽司丼$280~前菜有和風沙律,除了有沙律菜, 還有粟米和車厘茄,配上日本麻醬,又健康又開胃。茶碗蒸的蛋十分軟滑鮮嫩,配上日本本菇增加口感,好味。麵豉湯味道香濃,加入不少大葱,好香甜。刺身飯配料相當豐富,有拖羅, 蝦 ,油甘,海膽, 貝類,蟹籽,蟹柳,赤身和魚鬆粉,刺身切成粒裝,份量很多,每一啖飯入口都充滿新鮮甜美的口感,好好味啊!最後送上一客杧果蛋卷,入口鬆軟,味道香甜,很滿足!

但這裏完全不會!
可以看到製作整個刺身丼的過程
最喜歡的就是馬糞海膽 非常的鮮甜
而且米飯只佔整個丼飯的三分之一
刺身是有足足三份二的 很誇張!

一個人响中環想食好啲,就決定試下呢間食omakase 但又有lunch set 既餐廳❤️雖然lunch都有omakase ,但係lunch set有麵鼓湯,沙律,茶碗蒸再加個丼👍叫左個北海道丼,食材全有北海道運來,有馬糞海膽 ,鱈場蟹棒,帶子,鰤魚帶子,鰤魚,全部都鮮甜肥美❤️馬糞海膽够濃郁再帶有一點鮮味,而且味道留在口腔十分強烈。開頭以為lunch set 份量未必多,但想不到海膽份量十份多,再加上帶子,鰤魚也十分厚切👍下回決定要試下omakase 另外也見到sake menu也很吸引下次回訪❤️

北海丼是一個以三款新鮮,質量上乘既刺身為主既丼飯,包括北寄貝2片、鰤魚4片同埋海膽。

帆立貝:爽口彈牙、一啲腥味都冇
鰤魚:口感非常嫩滑,沈咗魚鬆粉係面,味道更加有層次感
海膽:有鮮甜味道,入口即化,冇腥味
