可以見到蟹肉同啫喱配搭顏色鮮艷,整到菜以鮮味為主配以以乾冬菇、昆布、米醋、柚子汁及木魚湯熬製而成的高湯!晶凝通透的啫喱是蘑菇柚子醋啫喱,鮮味濃郁配搭上豆腐奶凍Q彈口感都略帶驚喜!

焗日本生蠔配紫菜牛油
生蠔尺寸較大呈現長條型,空運到港的生蠔,微微燒至半熟,配搭上紫菜牛油都個配搭都新鮮特別,我自己係比較鍾意一道菜!

慢煮日本A5和牛臀肉沙律
呢個沙律採用佢哋招牌和牛臀肉肉質鮮嫩有肉味!分別是以月桂葉及橄欖油慢煮四十五分鐘而成,配搭上中間的生雞蛋,再淋上日式燒肉,令到成個沙律充滿蛋汁,味道上有少少似壽喜燒。

波士頓龍蝦帶子意大利麵
配搭了自家製櫻花蝦XO醬,蝦香味十足,帶有龍蝦粒和帶子粒,識落彈牙有鮮味,鹹香中帶有少少辣!

慢煮澳洲M9和牛牛小排
呢度食牛一定冇錯,呢個慢煮澳洲牛小排入口鮮嫩多汁,配搭上紅菜頭,添加了一絲絲甜味入去,都比較特別!

美國特級牛腰子肉配柚子醋
覺得醬汁少少似泰式,比較酸同甜!但牛腰子肉味濃郁,配搭起又相輔相成,肉質食落去係有口感有口嚼感。

芒果山椒雪芭
甜品真係好有驚喜,酸甜中帶有辛辣味,因為係凍所以愈食愈辣但係又會一直想食落下,外型吸睛,而且食完香濃嘅牛肉,再加上甜酸味嘅甜品,真係錦上添花!

美酒配佳餚是鐵一般的定律BIFTECK是灣仔同區而言挺有名氣的扒房餐廳開業不久便聽朋友介紹下小試牛刀的確很有驚喜!在QRE Plaza 之中可以話是我的頭三甲食府餐廳主打法日牛扒料理新季度推出了seasonal menu — Soirée Gastronomique à BIFTECK - Printemps先上枱的是兩款麵包配餐廳自家製麵䜴醬及炸海苔片麵䜴醬配方的抹醬十分有趣味道與風味都吸引Starter分別有日本紅蟹肉豆腐奶凍、焗日本生蠔配紫菜及至於慢煮日本A5和牛臀肉沙律豆腐奶凍味道相對清淡,鮮香主要來自蟹肉Topping 柚子凍的配搭多了份甜酸滋味至於焗蠔則正常發揮撲鼻而來的牛油香倒是誘人至牛臀肉有點像牛舌的口感但牛香味更濃重主菜方要先有pasta 波士頓龍蝦帶子意大利麵配上餐廳自家製的櫻花蝦XO醬手工意粉口感彈牙有嚼勁至於pasta 的醬汁是海鮮的咸鮮精華偏重口味但絕對worth the quota Steak 點點了兩款分別是慢煮澳洲 M9 和牛牛小排及美國特級牛肉兩款各有千秒偏好肉質有咬感的大概會更喜歡後者色美國牛反觀後者由慢煮製作相對較juicy 亦油花豐盈而甜品是芒果

Starter分別有日本紅蟹肉豆腐奶凍、焗日本生蠔配紫菜及至於慢煮日本A5和牛臀肉沙律
豆腐奶凍味道相對清淡,
鮮香主要來自蟹肉
Topping 柚子凍的配搭多了份甜酸滋味
至於焗蠔則正常發揮
撲鼻而來的牛油香倒是誘人
至牛臀肉有點像牛舌的口感
但牛香味更濃重

手工意粉口感彈牙有嚼勁

偏重口味但絕對worth the quota

及美國特級牛肉
兩款各有千秒
偏好肉質有咬感的大概會更喜歡後者色美國牛
反觀後者由慢煮製作
相對較juicy 亦油花豐盈

再訪 Bifteckhk 試佢哋推出既六道菜晚餐,主打慢煮澳洲 M9和牛牛小排及美國特級牛腰肉當然要一試,牛小排肉質腍嫩充滿油香,而牛腰肉肉味相對比較濃郁。帶子龍蝦意粉都相當出色,帶子嫩滑龍蝦爽口,自家製櫻花蝦XO醬配搭幼身的手工意大利粉非常惹味😋另外前菜紅蟹肉豆腐奶凍鮮味十足,豆腐奶凍香滑帶點豆香,加左柚子汁夠晒清新開胃。最後甜品都好有驚喜,芒果雪葩加入山椒,先嚐到芒果清新的甜味,然後慢慢散發出麻香,味道相當特別。
