If you're in the mood for a satisfying and delicious lunch, look no further than Blendin Restaurant & Lounge. During our recent visit, we ordered the Opilio Soba and Pan-Fried Norwegian Salmon from the lunch menu, which came with a daily soup, salad, and drinks (coffee/tea/fresh fruit juice). Perfectly cooked soba noodles and juicy opilio crab meat that complemented each other perfectly. The truffle oil added a subtle yet delightful flavor to the dish.

It was equally impressive, with a crispy skin and tender, flaky flesh that melted in our mouths. The accompanying vegetables were fresh and crunchy, and the creamy sauce tied everything together.

The daily soup was a hearty and flavorful vegetable soup, while the salad was a refreshing mix of greens and vegetables.

The latte was perfectly brewed and the apple juice was freshly squeezed, making for a satisfying and refreshing drink pairing.

這個海膽意大利飯,吃起來海膽的味道非常濃,而且上面還放了有刺身海膽,令整個的鮮味得到提升!海膽應該是用上了日本的,吃起來味道非常鮮甜,入口即化的口感!另外還加了三文魚子來增加鮮味,飯裡也加了大量的菇菌類去煮,所以整體的味道很濃香!意大利飯吃起來是帶點咬口的,挺正宗!

這個香煎鱈魚配上這裡特製的檸檬牛油泡沫是挺特別的!鱈魚給了兩大塊,肉非常厚,經過煎香以後魚的味道更濃厚,而且肉質還是非常滑嫩,配上帶點煙韌的魚皮來增加口感,味道是用上黑胡椒跟鹽來調味,吃的時候也可以配上這裡特製的檸檬牛油泡沫來增加一份清爽的味道!這個還配有薯蓉和煎蔬果,令整體吃起來不會太單調!

香煎西班牙黑毛豬T骨,用上的T骨肉非常厚,差不多2CM了,而且煮得約9成熟左右,所以吃起來保留了豬肉的滑嫩多汁的口感,特別是帶油脂的部分,是入口即化的,油香味十足,令整體味道更香!而配的燒汁味道也非常濃郁,帶點焦香,配上豬扒的味道更香濃!

再次來到銅鑼灣Sugar+樓上,選了這家Fusion菜和友人晚餐。最喜歡這裏可以望到維園和中央圖書館的景色,環境舒適氣氛十分好~ 🥣廣島生蠔湯湯底蠔味突出,而旁邊的生蠔應該用大火煎過,香味回甘。湯的上面更加了用牛奶打成的泡沫,令整個湯口感柔滑很多🥣黑松露野菌蘑菇湯黑松露和野菌味道也十分濃郁,上面也是用了牛奶打成的泡沫,入口也很柔滑🥢海膽意大利飯意大利飯加入大量海膽烹調,整個飯都變成了海膽顏色,海膽味道非常濃郁。而意大利飯也煮到剛好,煙韌有口感🍴紐西蘭法式羊架羊肉濃味有小小肥膏但一點也沒有羊肉臊味,非常好吃🍴美國安格斯牛肉眼扒這裏的牛扒是預先切好再上枱的,擺盤非常精緻。而牛肉選用了頂級肉眼扒,油脂分佈平均,最終選擇了五成熟,生熟度剛好可見到滲出肉汁🍹特飲mocktail點了兩杯不同味道的mocktail。 一杯是士多啤梨+蘋果+桃; 另一杯就是青蘋果+菠蘿。兩杯都飲到好fresh好清新的味道~
