黑毛豬肥瘦均勻,好厚肉地,唔會太多肥膏嘅部分。配菜嘅部份都有好多,例如粟米仔,蕃茄仔,薯仔,菇,同翠玉瓜。

CODFISH WITH LEMON BUTTER FOAM $520
鱈魚塊皮剪得好脆,魚肉都算滑身,切落去都唔散,配以檸檬牛油泡沫,同埋大量嘅配菜。

昨晚和幾位朋友即慶吃飯,知道餐廳有平台露天位置,就選了此餐廳。餐廳食物質素高,入口味道喜出望外,從上碟的賣相到入口,從頭盤去到甜品,每一道菜都感受到廚師用心的製作。加上當晚我們坐露天的位置,銅鑼灣美麗夜景盡入眼廉,配襯當前美食,把酒談歡,完美配搭。員工亦有心機地耐心介紹每一道菜式,另外餐廳環境清靜,雖然室内地方不算寬躺,擺設簡约,燈光充足,但就另人感到舒服,絶對是推介情侶拍拖吃飯飲酒的非常好地方。

> 份量非常精細、跟一小杯冷麵汁,伴碟有蛋絲、青瓜絲、 蔥粒和黑白芝麻,食時把所有材料拌勻便可起筷,天氣熱時我都喜歡吃soda唔駛食到周身汗,整體味道正常食得輕鬆。啱啱呢日在別處工作時已食過午餐,嚟呢度食這款冷麵剛好當下午輕食唔需要太飽,出露台望下高空維園/維港靚景打下卡,夫復何求!
