天寒地凍的時候,一定會諗起食火鍋,但今晚突然間想食上海菜,便約了同事放工後去到公司附近太古城中心二期(王家沙花樣年華)餐廳設計優雅舒適,每逢食上海菜必定會叫招牌小籠包,王家沙在上海已是出名的老店,食物質素不用置疑非常有水準。黑松露小籠包,平時多數叫鮮肉小籠包,今次試下黑松露小籠包,金香味道的黑松露配上肉汁爆瀉的小籠包,食到雙層口感。王家沙牛肉餅,外面煎得香脆裏面牛肉汁豐滿。奶油津白~非常鮮嫩,好香奶油味,入口鮮甜。石鍋鮑魚飯,鮑魚爽口彈牙而每粒飯都掛滿鮑魚醬汁,十分惹味。

同大學朋友約左去太古溜冰,溜完去飯個dinner ,揀左呢間王家沙 花樣年華,裝修勁特別,好有feel,有曬花花襯托鮮肉小籠包有五件,粒粒都好足料,鮮甜爆汁 蟲草花螺頭燉雞湯平時屋企冇乜有得飲湯,出邊就咁叫一中都唔錯,仲好晒時間,螺頭雞湯都幾清,滋補之選。秘製牛肋骨呢個醬汁整得唔錯,好下飯,另外牛肋骨既肉整得夠淋,會咬落去好硬,送飯一流豆沙餅豆沙餅上面佈滿芝麻,食落都幾香口,芝麻同埋紅豆都幾夾,做飯後甜品好滿足

來到太古城,突然有個衝動想食上海野,就搵到 - 王家沙花樣年華。進店後,因時間尚早,所以都未有大量食客,可選個靚位坐下。店內環境擴闊,位與位之間有一定距離,坐得相當舒適;而裝修設計得相當華麗,甚具氣派。看到餐廳內有一棵大大的櫻花樹下有枱,但可惜比人快一步,未能在此坐位坐上,下回一定有機會(櫻花下嚐餐)。流沙奶黃包流沙包造型十分可愛,輕輕撕開,香滑的奶黃餡便一湧出來,水汪汪的樣子,香氣撲鼻,幼滑細緻。蟲草花螺頭燉雞湯味道清甜,非常足料。冷冰冰的天氣,飲番碗靚燉湯,特別醒神。蘇式鮮肉小籠包味道非常好,內裡肉汁豐富鮮美,肉餡滑嫩適口,吃在嘴裏一點都不膩口。上海話梅骨話梅骨酸酸甜甜,食落非常醒胃;而且細細粒,方便一口一粒放進口內,真是色味俱全。

細細個屋企人好鍾意食上海菜, 有一排成日都去王家沙食飯。估唔到今日再去,佢竟然改左名,叫「王家沙花樣年華」! 個MENU大致上都係差唔多,但裝修靚左,服務又好左~千層峰係屬於頭盤既豬耳小食,師傅切到每一塊都好薄又均勻,顯得出刀功之作~加上特製既蒜蓉醬,真係好特別。蟹粉扒豆苗係秋冬必食之選啦,兩樣野都係秋冬當造既時候,蟹粉夠晒味之餘又襯托到豆苗既嫩脆~京蔥炒羊肉,都算係幾傳統既上海菜之一,加上王家沙既食康係會送埋面餅皮,好似食緊片皮鴨咁,濃得黎又唔會太難入口!乾扁四季豆,本身屋企人好鍾意食,去到邊度見到MENU有都係必點,不過今次炒得唔夠辣,四季豆唔夠乾身,差左小小咁。最後係石窩鮑魚飯,好濃味既炒飯底加上濃到黑既鮑魚飯,加上新辣辣既石窩不停熱住D飯,每一啖都係味道爆燈!!

2019年12月3日 星期二今日放工之後原本諗住同女朋友兩個人去太古食飯,點知中途遇到同事同佢老婆,於是就搵間餐廳一齊食飯行到太古城裏面突然間好想食上海野,又咁岩行到王家沙門口附近,就直接入咗去其實唔太清楚王家沙同王家沙花樣年華兩間舖有咩分別,不過入到去都係感受到一股中國風情,古色古香咁餐牌上面有好多食物可以揀,於是我哋每人點幾樣share黎食,費事點套餐,想食乜就點乜自由d先黎既有上海話梅骨,份量睇落都唔少,每一舊肉都包住醬汁,酸酸甜甜幾開胃跟住有我最鐘意食既賽磅蟹,蛋白炒得好分明,唔會有好多油,上面仲有好多瑤柱碎添之後係餐廳著名嘅蟹粉小籠包,一咬落去d湯汁已經多到漏晒出嚟,仲有好香既蟹味。食小籠包正確嘅食法應該係先飲裡面既湯,然後再一啖食成個包。無論係湯汁定肉都充滿蟹既鮮甜味呢個係砂鍋雲吞雞,睇到個鍋裡面最少有半隻雞,而湯底係奶白色,好濃雞味。除咗雞之外,砂鍋裏面仲有好多菜同雲吞,4個人都食唔晒甜品方面我哋叫左芝麻豆沙鍋餅,熱辣辣咁上脆卜卜,充滿芝麻香味仲有高力豆沙,軟熟既外皮裡面係甜甜既豆沙,好食到想再encore埋單每人大約$300左右,食得好滿足
