No doubt this is one of my personal hidden gems for Happy Hourin central. People often make the false assumption of things being pricy in a five star hotel. The enviornment and the quality is defintiely five stars, but the price i can assure you not really that much higher than your typical bar in LKF. Blue bar also offers some high quality small bites which is why it made it to my list. Highly recommended.

The highlight would be the excellent roast beef station and duck station. Definitely went over there three times to get three big fat cuts.However, Missing in action was the cold seafood on ice. This was a surprise since usually cold seafood stations are available every day in most buffets (crabs, lobster, prawns, Oysters, etc.).... well, at least in the buffets I’ve been to in Hong Kong.. However, Missing in action was the cold seafood on ice. This was a surprise since usually cold seafood stations are available every day in most buffets (crabs, lobster, prawns, Oysters, etc.).... well, at least in the buffets I’ve been to in Hong Kong.

SUSHI was decent and Cold Cuts were also good.
The Indian Station had quite a few varieties and the Yellow Fish Curry was a standout.

Prawn Dumplings and Pork Dumplings were very good...but would’ve loved more varieties of dumplings/buns.
Salads and Dessert (no ice cream though) were available in abundance....especially there were good varieties of the desserts.

當年大概$6xx-$700(二人吧)?


那些年以呢個價錢可在別處吃得更好(如朗廷酒店二人大概$3xx) 甜品種類多、熟食多、雪榚、壽司、長腳蟹等⋯有大量選擇,而且味道更優,所謂沒比較沒傷害。

熱盤好似比以往多少少;有4款壽司供應,賣相可以(味道失色),壽司飯似乎只係一舊無調味的飯,饅魚就是下價貨,上面的燒汁淡茂茂(總括半島酒店的壽司做得比較好,而扒類都係半島酒店好的)


另一樣不足,就係甜品嘅無蛋榚亦無雪榚
不過食物賣相係精緻,大部份味道亦算OK


不過沒有甚麼心思拍了(有4張都是朋友早前食呢間野拍的,似乎食物跟朋友2月初食的,沒兩樣)

四季酒店的餐饮没话说,但是酒吧的存在感确实弱了一些,特别是前一天晚上去了MO BAR,对比一下差距明显。在楼上餐厅喝多了跟朋友坐在这儿喝一杯茶缓缓,再来一瓶贵腐缓缓神。感觉上酒吧的格局实在太狭窄了,虽然靠窗但是风景一般般,位置比较拥挤,驻唱离得太近了有点吵。总的来说环境缺乏亮点,但是服务还是很好的。价格不算贵,如果一个人的话坐吧台随便喝一杯还是挺不错的。

然後也趁熱享用大大件的原味及提子鬆餅,配上 Clotted Cream 及兩款果醬。四季的鬆餅牛油比例很高,因此中間非常鬆化,玉仔喜歡不得了,卻是不是我最愛的口感,所以只吃了提子鬆餅就算了。果醬也沒特別驚喜,始終還是文華東方的 Rose Jam 最令人傾倒啊!

甜品又意外地好吃,特別是酷似昔日麥當勞「滑嘟嘟」角色的紫色甜品 -- Blackcurrant & Berries Viola Creme,質感軟滑、果味香甜、清新不假,好好吃!Fig confit Macarons 也不會太甜又有口感,Smooth Chocolate Whipping Gancahe 更集甘濃、幼滑、美妙於一身。最後 Guava and Yoghurt Cake 算是較平凡,但輕甜柔滑的滋味其實也很討好。

自從同屋企人黎過一次食 lunch buffet 之後, 大家似乎都念念不忘。Blue Bar 是中環四季酒店內唯一提供 buffet 的餐廳, 它夜晚仍然是一間 bar, 只限於每天中午才供應自助餐的。其實我屋企人十分喜歡吃自助餐的, 因為由冷盤, 餐湯, 甜品等等應有盡有。四季的食物款式絕對不多, 但一定貴精不貴多, 擺切也非常漂亮吸引。每次去到都會先影甜品, 各類 mousse, cake, tart 都有供應。麵包也有不少款式, 我獨爱 croissant, 每次必吃 1 - 2 個。燒烤類每次都會有燒牛肉。而另外一款就會係燒羊架, or 燒三文魚, or 燒鴨, etc., 視乎當日出品。這天去到是燒牛肉 + 燒鴨!其中鴨胸肉是最滑最美味的!水果也有很多, 例如 strawberry, melon, pineapple, fig, etc.而家加左價, 多左 free flow 各種鮮炸果汁, 試左西瓜汁, 石榴汁, kiwi 汁, 橙汁等, 都 Ok 的。整體質素超正, 雖然欠缺海鮮類, 但有少量壽司提供。下次還會再來的。

This year Christmas, our family chose here for lunch to celebrate. We tried before and found amazing. Though the food choices are not very wide range as others but the quality is guaranteed! I am crazy addicted into their laksa noodles. I am not laksa fans but their laksa is sooooooooo Yum! The papaya Thai salad is great too! I love their small salmon and risotto too! The cook can tailormade the risotto you want. I hate cheese and bacon and the cooked tailormade the plain risotto without cheese

There was Santa Claus showing up at the end and took photo with each table. That’s worth for $790 per head + 10% charge. Same price for adults and child. It’s good not to have so many children on floor! I fully support

沙律bar🥗選擇頗多,兩款基本蔬菜,可以再加入十幾種配料,連八爪魚🐙、吞拿魚🐟都有。冬菇脆片有驚喜!壽司方面,有三文魚🐟同甜蝦🦐,仲有蟹肉卷🦀都好好味。大蜆清甜,仲有隻寄居蟹bb送!

主菜有燒牛肉同牛仔肉🐮,自助餐冇quota,但我個胃有😅。淨係試咗燒牛肉,味道真唔錯,如果熱d,相信好過Lawry’s。

推薦食蟹肉多士🍞,小妹足足食咗4件。😋

甜品table上有好多選擇,唔同顏色既macaron,好colorful! 啱晒美女們相機食先。我比較鍾意raspberry花花蛋糕🍰,味道同形狀都好靚,配埋杯cappuccino☕️, perfect matched!

果汁都有8種,任君選擇。試咗芒果,西柚同蘋果🍎,溝埋紐西蘭既soda water,唔甜,啱晒我口味!

食到咁乜都回哂本喇!晚餐都可以skip埋。有時豪少少,對自己好d。

The best way is to have a drink in a decent place. Blue Bar was my choice that night. When I stepped in at 5, it's almost full house. I had no choice but a high table. Surprisingly, the Christmas music was so loud that I could barely hearing my friend's word. Luckily that we were relocated to the inner sofa seat after an hour. The volume dropped down a bit, the light went dim and thus made the environment cozy.  I ordered the signature cocktail Four Seasons Sour with a taste of tea. It matched well with the Sichun spicy nuts.  My second glass was an apple Martini which was less dry then those offering outside. The service here was excellent as waiters paid enough attention to every table & offered the hand before clients ask. The money costs and you won't be dissatisfied here.

慶祝生日,學生仔冇錢所以去咗食lunch自助餐。環境好cozy,拎野食既地方係bar檯。野食種類其實比較少。冇乜主食,所以可以食唔少野。得意在佢有面檔,但其他野食明顯吸引好多,所以冇試。職員會主動幫你不湯,果日既洋蔥湯都幾好飲。有芝士盤但我唔識欣賞,太重口味...有牛角包面包布丁,好好食喔!但我覺得最驚喜既係黑松露薯茸!一細啖,香氣已經充滿成個口腔,好食到飽都停唔到!!一人$3百幾4百。
