Had the 15 course of chef's table menu. What I love about Bo innovation is the concept behind - X treme Chinese cuisine, using great Chinese ingredients as the main element, pairing with other elements from all over the world. Had the 15 course of chef's table menu. What I love about Bo innovation is the concept behind - X treme Chinese cuisine, using great Chinese ingredients as the main element, pairing with other elements from all over the world.
Taste was good, service was excellent.
Love how the inspiration of every dish is well explained, show casing the story behind every dish, and the attention of details of all the tableware used.
However, the down side would be: molecular gastronomy techniques used were quite common, for examples : "Air" & "Molecular xiao long bao" are created by simple molecular cooking techniques. Expected something more fun and bold.

閨蜜生日,於是從一早就訂好座位,並且告知餐廳閨蜜的生日,在甜品上幫我寫happy birthday~和閨蜜各點了一個set,餐前是雞蛋仔和小籠包,都還可以,但不是特別驚喜。因為身體抱恙,前菜我點了一個鹹蛋黃蝦,我覺得很好吃。閨蜜點了帶子,她說好吃。主菜是乳鴿和紅珊魚,都還不錯,挺鮮的。甜品也都是椰子冰淇淋,服務員幫忙撒上椰子粉,讓整個甜品仿佛置身冰天雪地之間,很漂亮。遺憾的是沒遇到主廚。米其林三星的中式料理,還是可以試試的。
