星期六打算食好一點,入到餐廳見到啲二人枱都幾迫(其實兩張枱之間只拉開約10cm距離),而且食客未滿一半,因為衞生問題唔想同鄰枱太近,所以問下可唔可以俾闊啲嘅卡位我地(當時卡位仲有兩至三張),但侍應拒絕了,俾左張近職員出入口嘅二人枱我哋。其實本身都無問題嘅,因為呢張枱自成一角,都幾好。但點知坐低後睇緊餐牌時,有侍應左右手各捧一個鐵板牛扒喺我頭上經過,非常危險。所以我再同侍應要求轉枱,但佢只係俾返上述好近嘅二人枱我哋。而且侍應的態度很差,所以最後我哋決定離開。其實我都明白餐廳安排坐位有你哋嘅原則,所以都不強人所難。但都希望呢間餐廳能夠因應現時疫情喺坐位空間上有更適合嘅安排。

Waited for so long in Yuen Long to have a proper steak restaurant. And now finally opened up one serving real steak by professional butchery. Had ribeye & hanger steak. Their steaks are all from Oz grass-fed. Cooked perfectly as requested for Medium. Sure the steak are much better then their neighbour which 100m away from the same mallSide-dish pork fat fries was serve perfectly.Pity they don’t have butcher store here like other outlets at Island & Sai Kung.

Waited for so long in Yuen Long to have a proper steak restaurant. And now finally opened up one serving real steak by professional butchery.

Had ribeye & hanger steak. Their steaks are all from Oz grass-fed. Cooked perfectly as requested for Medium. Sure the steak are much better then their neighbour which 100m away from the same mall

Side-dish pork fat fries was serve perfectly.

Pity they don’t have butcher store here like other outlets at Island & Sai Kung.

Let be really happy to be the first review! I try the rib eyes and Hamburger ( double cheeseburger ). The steak was presented very easy as must be just with salt. Perfect!! Amazing quality perfect cook I ask medium rare and delivery medium rare. Juicy perfect cook without any marinated, fresh very wonderful surprise!! 飲品先到,是雲哩拿奶昔。奶昔內還有點士多啤梨醬,令奶昔無論在外表及味道層次上都多一點。奶昔加上士多啤梨醬也不太甜,質感不稠也不稀,幾好味!

薯條沒有炸起的香味,但外表挺身,入口外脆內軟,也有連薯皮,是喜歡的口感,再加上大蒜巴馬臣芝士,味道特別也不膩,是驚喜!

食到最後,載着薯條的紙上確是沾上很少油份,這個少肥薯條並不邪惡

 
雖然是開放式廚房,在用餐區沒有聞到烹煮的氣味,值得一讚!

如果是兩位用餐而又會選擇多款飲品食品,建議坐四人餐桌為上策!
