And for the mainc we had 2 steaks and a few sides to share. The ribeye was amazing! Didn’t picture it but the interior had a beautiful pinkish colour🥰

For desserts, I really liked the apple tart which was nicely baked with loads of caramelised apple pieces on top. Delicious!

Last but not least, thanks Langham Hotel for supporting medical staff by offering us 50% off the main menu at it’s restaurants!

Sirloin 嚟先,肉質唔錯,仲juicy, 跟3種sauce 咁上

但之後果2塊牛排要29分鐘後先上,中間追過,話跟緊

首先講返食物質素,牛排都無令人失望,juicy 得黎有肉味,但跟嘅sauce係錯的,。。。等左29分鐘。。仲要連sauce 都跟錯。。但第一塊牛排嘅sauce ( 凍曬) 就無收走。。。不明背後logic

得3個人,叫3塊牛排,我就覺得應該一起serve... 我唔明背後logic, 但我去其他steakhouse 就會一起servemain course, 不過因為是男友生日,就不會立即complain 啦

難道餐廳覺得一張檯3個人,3份牛排分開29分鐘上是正常?
(什麼explanation都無主動提供喔)

已經覺得不怎麼愉快就不叫甜品和coffee 了

咁好啦,埋單時順便要埋意見書。。。俾埋錢執好d嘢準備走。。waiter 話唔記得左上生日甜品,雖然好感激餐廳有準備甜品。。但甜點不是應該埋單前上嗎。。

All in all, food quality 係不錯的,員工也非常願意幫忙
但。。我唔知係communications problem 定time management issue, 要等29分鐘先上齊main course ,仲要無解釋就真係不能接受的

只能說,幸好我係同男友,媽媽一起食。。。如果同老闆/客戶食就真的不堪設想

I once had been to the same semi buffet 4 years ago and was impressed by its quality at that time. With the ever increasing price and less favourable quality, I would not recommend it unless you got a 50% discount!

Oyster platter are pretty cool, you can get three oyster from the set, the oysters are fresh. You don’t need to add many lemon juice and the taste is already good.

It’s funny that you can choose soup as your main. I picked lobster bisque as main, the taste is so strong with a bit too salty
, but you can find many lobster meat insides the soup.

每年公司都會有聖誕聚餐今年就來到這一間環境來說這裡是有點暗枱和枱之間有蠻多空間所以也不會怕很吵不過自助餐取餐區就比較遠及細可以選擇的食物不多連熱湯也沒有供應麵包也是凍的同行有孕婦所以這埋食物她都不能吃建議應該準備一些熱盤聖誕餐是每位客人都有3隻生蠔另加50元可以有半隻龍蝦生蠔來說算是不錯肉質厚也蠻鮮甜只是龍蝦太咸了應該是不夠新鮮肉質都變林了所以就浸鹽口來讓它感覺好一點可是實在是太咸了同枱的同事都不想再吃這堆龍蝦生蠔最後我就吃了12個吧厲害主菜我點了這個魚塊碟子很大食材很少魚是炸到很乾很乾像在吃樹皮一樣厲害是外皮一點也不燶到底如何可以炸的如此乾?甜品有2款部份人點了焦糖蛋而我就點了雜莓餅配雪糕想不到這間餐廳沙律吧差頭盤差主菜差但只有甜點不錯總括來說這家店也不值得再來了吧

聖誕餐是每位客人都有3隻生蠔
另加50元可以有半隻龍蝦
生蠔來說算是不錯
肉質厚也蠻鮮甜
只是龍蝦太咸了
應該是不夠新鮮肉質都變林了
所以就浸鹽口來讓它感覺好一點
可是實在是太咸了
同枱的同事都不想再吃這堆龍蝦
生蠔最後我就吃了12個吧

我叫了rib eye 3成, 肉質香嫩,牛味濃郁,別一份豬排,香脆肉爽,海是帶子及珍寶蝦。
配了兩支白酒。沙律薯條叫了約3 round,
埋單約$1700。 以這環境及食物質素是不錯選擇。
網上見他們的斧頭排,海鮮拼盤也很出名,也見有其他客人點選。
服務生質素很好,部分以英語溝通。
期後坐了八成客人,環境有點嘈,這也無可避免。
整體相當滿意,也渡過一個愉快放鬆的晚上。
