復活節假期冇得飛,我哋去咗staycation 包足四餐,第一日當然係即刻去食個brunch ,我哋到餐廳店員即刻為我哋安排座位,第一時間斟香檳給我們及每人一份海鮮盤,包括有龍蝦、蟹腳、蟹、蜆⋯當然可以隨時添食,自助餐亦有中式點心、乳豬、片皮鴨,仲有刺身、冷盤、即煮意粉、意大利海鮮飯、湯、甜品、水果、雪糕⋯好多嘢食!又有特別cocktail 即場調製,仲要任飲!還可以每人有一份主食,有牛、豬、羊、魚⋯⋯選擇!我最欣賞即煮意粉、乳豬、片皮鴨及甜品,真係好得所以我主力食這幾款!服務方面非常一流,很有禮貎及細心!環境亦很舒服令人relax 👍🏻

總括而言,現在酒店改變策略,價錢不變,但時間縮短,由4小時改為3小時,分兩場(11:00-2:00)(2:30-5:30)。食brunch來講有d趕,同朋友傾下計、飲下食下,到最後甜品、及倒埋杯餐茶落肚,完全欣賞不到甜品,已經要清場。我同朋友離場的時候,很多枱都未食完甜品,還繼續坐。出到去已經見到第二輪等入閘,um~太趕吧?夠時間清潔嗎?我明白酒店要開源節流,靠brunch 吸入客人買staycation ,將原先酒店累積多年的賣點摧毀,有點可惜。不過,可能自己太蠢,選擇這個時期幫襯才是重點,因為如果二千幾元買staycation package,包洒店和brunch,我要求應該不會這麼高,可能我會覺得性價比高tim~

今天12月5號 無無聊聊一家去咗金鐘 食brunch buffet在法國餐廳,其實依間野我去咗好多次,疫情下已經就快一年,差唔多一年我都未去過這間食,諗起上年,我不能忘記 好開心食得好滿意,估不到一年後完全大轉變,啲嘢食勁差,同埋少嘢食,都冇了好多種龍蝦款式,還不同當年多款多肉多產品任食客選擇,依家完全不可想像,但又要收這價,價錢不太重要,但質素真係好差,好似黑毛豬肉咁靚嘅豬肉,可以比廚師炮製度舊豬肉 完全唔好食又硬,還要係單點,我唔知係唔係已經轉晒 所有廚師,而家質量,求其煮好就給客人食,所以都冇再諗過會再去,所以沒有太多相,因為真係冇嘢好影

由湯講起先啦,個龍蝦湯係我暫時飲過最濃嘅,真材實料冇得呃人😳個starter都好震撼味蕾,舊鵝肝好味到痴咗線,入口即溶,本身已經好厚身煎得又香再配埋個醬汁,一路食一路哇哇聲🤤到main course,分別叫咗一份牛同埋魚,魚係小編至愛嘅比目魚😻兩樣都好食,不過又冇乜特別要讚嘅地方💩甜品就相當普通,分別係法式焦糖燉蛋同埋朱古力慕絲,個晚有朋友生日,但個生日”甜品”同餐牌上嘅其中一款相同,小編就覺得求其咗啲喇🤒

第一次趁Conrad 30周年去試試,出乎意料的好!食物水準高,食左香煎鴨肝好好食,外脆內嫩!蟹腳味道鮮美,龍蝦湯香濃仲好多龍蝦肉,而且服務態度亦很好!整體感覺非常好,下次再去試其他菜式!

反而焗蠔就比較失色
雖然有三隻, 但係超細隻, 個醬汁亦都冇味


湯我哋揀咗龍蝦湯, 幾濃味唔錯 🦞

Main: 叫咗一個牛柳, medium rare, 做得幾好, juicy
但係grilled sea bass 就完全唔
好乾
調味料亦都完全唔出色, 成碟嘢冇乜味‼️

甜品方面我哋叫咗個雪糕加雪葩, 正正常常啦~
