My favourite part of the whole dining experience was definitely this delicate sweet treat CHAMPAGNE ROSE RED BERRIES SWISS MERINGUE that unveils a rose tea sorbet on the inside and with red berries compote.

講下d 食物,主菜可以預早一星期係酒店官網睇定,睇岩先book 位,係咪好chill 先?! 至於前菜沙律吧,都唔錯呀,款式數量當然唔可以同自助餐相比,但都有2,30款,有中西湯,唔同類型既包,幾款沙律,都有少量海鮮(帶子仔,青口,螺之類),幾款火腿,仲有燒芝士生蠔,筆者覺得以半自助午餐來說都好豐富。

想講幾樣係好多buffet都無嘅野,例如片皮鴨、乳豬、即整意粉、即整risotto,質素就正正常常但buffet有呢啲野食已經係加分
