Reservations are made through a calling center separate from the restaurant; there was a mess-up with my reservation that required correction. Food was really really slow - 7pm seating required a 35 min wait for a burger and fish n chips - not reasonable. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. Just pretty standard menu - I thought Gordon Ramsay would be really innovative based on his shows, but the options seemed quite pedestrian.
Staff is helpful and friendly but al fresco area definitely gets limited attention since there are only 4 tables.
All in all, was ok. The outdoor ambiance and people watching was the highlight of the restaurant.
