聖誕將近又是家庭聚會的時,今年由我主辨,為免失禮一於決定選擇餐廳聚會之前去試一下。嚟間餐廳的位置我非常鐘意,位於繁華的銅鑼灣區,但又在寧靜的一角。剛好聖誕餐推出了,馬上試吓!前菜是蕃茄,水牛芝士。採用了陳醋,散發出香氣,配搭得宜,開胃好食。餐湯是南瓜湯,清甜可口,有粒粒烤過的栗子和煙肉乾,增添了嚼口。主莱不只牛柳咁簡單,還有意大利飯,黑藜麥,鵝肝粒的配搭,有特色。牛柳味道濃厚,熟度剛好,一流!甜品造型好有聖誕氣氛,不捨得吃掉噢!甜度恰到好處,不甜膩。最後又香又濃的咖啡,完完全全大滿足。二話不說今年聖誕聚餐己決定這間了。

今晚同朋友慶祝生日,我特別在繁榮既銅鑼灣區選了一間比較靜的餐廳,叫「BRICK LANE」,是一間英國菜的餐廳!由於我們很早來到,一入到來,我們直接被安排窗邊一張卡位,地方很寬敞,環境很寧靜!之後我地叫左套餐,我點了「煎美國牛柳配炸薯條,蜜餞甘筍,青朝椒粒」!牛柳我點了7成熟,牛柳肉質細嫩而且富嚼勁,有啖啖肉香,口感絕對可媲美肉眼扒!餐飲我就選了「香橙拿鐵」!這杯飲品除了有濃郁可口的拿鐵鮮奶咖啡味,更洋溢著討喜的橙香,絕對是非一般的咖啡,味道很清新很好飲!之後我跟餐加了一客甜品- 「紅絲絨蛋糕」!這蛋糕甚有驚喜,一層蛋糕夾一層奶油,突出了牛奶的特殊味道。我很喜歡紅絲絨蛋糕的口味和口感,像是一種說不上來它有什麼特別味道,但就是給我一種很神秘的感覺!

朋友嫁左去海外,難得番黎香港,趁有時間,今晚就同朋友去左Brick Lane食晚飯,其實我之前都未去過,不過有時行過見到環境吾錯。十月份是萬聖節,餐廳都有D裝飾,今晚叫左兩個晚餐,先來兩碗粟米湯,前菜係風乾火腿配醃提子沙律,我一向都好鍾意食Parma ham 呢個味道好好,唔會太咸,配上新鮮嘅沙律菜🥗👍另一個就加咗$88轉香煎鵝肝,鵝肝都幾大塊,煎得好香,配埋肉桂味嘅青蘋果,真係一流的享受。Main就要咗個深海鱸魚配麵豉蜆肉清湯加意大利番薯丸,個魚肉質好滑,蜆肉都冇沙,洗得好乾淨,番薯丸好特別,第一次食,好香甜,但確實好飽肚。另外叫咗一個煎美國牛柳配炸薯條,厚切嘅牛點左五成熟,放入口充滿肉汁,睇落好似好細分,但其實加埋薯條都好飽。套餐加$30有甜品,就要左薑黃雲呢拿芝士蛋糕,薑黃味好特別,甜度適中,賣相幾靚。

有情調的西餐,Brick Lane位於利園,裝修靚、環境好、食物質數高。Dinner Set 有前菜、湯、飲品,建議點Set。一看南瓜湯已經嘩一聲,賣相十分美觀,絕對用心製作。前菜鵝肝另加錢轉,絕對要轉,一碟份量大,抵食,鵝肝肥美,油脂入口即溶,配上烤多士,一嫩一脆的口感。主前煎美國牛柳配薯菜,牛肉要了五成熟,熟度剛好,肉質嫩滑牛肉味重,牛肉灑上一點點鹽吊調味,把肉香帶出。Benedict,水波蛋是料理中技巧較高的一度菜,普通的蛋、麵包、菜、牛油果的配合就是美味。油鴨髀意粉,大大一隻髀,皮脆內嫩,意粉不油而且意粉醬汁味道好。

Full English Breakfast used to be a Sunday tradition in my old school back in the UK and I think Brick Lane did a pretty good replication of it. Can you believe they even have yorkshire pudding? I mean rarely any restaurants have it in Hong Kong, or at least this is the first I’ve seen it in such a long while. There’re also sausage, cheese, salad, toast, baked beans and the perfect sunny side up eggs. Oh and don’t forget the classic English breakfast tea, it’s the perfect match to a proper Engli

Full English Breakfast used to be a Sunday tradition in my old school back in the UK and I think Brick Lane did a pretty good replication of it. Can you believe they even have yorkshire pudding? I mean rarely any restaurants have it in Hong Kong, or at least this is the first I’ve seen it in such a long while. There’re also sausage, cheese, salad, toast, baked beans and the perfect sunny side up eggs. Oh and don’t forget the classic English breakfast tea, it’s the perfect match to a proper English breakfast. Portions are quite big. On the other hand, the egg benedict was also very impressive, perfectly poached eggs with Hollandaise sause. Yum!

月尾又是出糧的時候,於是一早訂好位置,來到這家環境不俗的西餐廳好好慰勞一下。薯蓉洋蔥湯餐湯上桌溫燙,薯蓉及洋蔥打得幼細,入口清甜順喉。鵝肝肥美的鵝肝份量喜人,外脆內嫩,甘香幼滑。深海鱸魚配麵豉蜆肉清湯 , 意大利甜蕃薯丸另一款前菜由煎魚、味噌煮蜆及蕃薯製成,煎魚柳吸收了蜆肉的甜味,使鮮味更提升;蕃薯蓉亦帶來了綿滑柔軟的質感。風乾火腿配醃提子沙律油潤香濃的Parma Ham配上清新的提子沙律,酸甜開胃。煎美國牛柳配炸薯條 , 蜜餞甘筍 , 青胡椒粒極厚切的美國牛柳口感煙韌柔軟,牛香味濃,每一口都充滿肉汁,非常惹味。特濃朱古力蛋糕自家製的朱古力餅入口黏稠軟糯,味道香甜誘人而不覺膩,加上質感細滑的奶油同吃剛剛好。總括而然,環境雅致、空間寬敞且食物質素高,是各方面都很到位的一家西餐廳。
