兩兄弟一起打併,合力在工廠大廈開設西餐廳,情誼之深,用心之致,實在值得支持!餐廳地方頗大,靠門口有自家品牌的甜點,可以自選口味,相當吸引。半門放式的廚房,透明度高。食物選擇反倒不多,希望是貴精不貴多。法式焗田螺($92)一碟6隻,每隻都頗為飽滿,焗得好香好有咬口;底下的薯蓉煮得幼滑。香煎鴨肝沙律($138) 外皮煎得脆口!薄切故不會覺得太膩,剛剛好。西班牙黑毛豬拼帶子($228) 帶子兩大粒,幾甜美。黑毛豬又未至於好嫩口,但亦不鞋口,外圍帶點油脂吃下去不會太乾。朱古力心太軟($58) 很喜歡它外皮焗得香脆。朱古力味濃郁而且流心;但雪糕雲尼拿味道不夠突出,心太軟甜度都可以再低一點。另外試了自家製Cocoron($130/10)($15@),由兩塊曲奇夾著朱古力軟心餡,外層好鬆脆,內餡煙煙韌韌好有咬口。暫時試了芝士、伯爵茶和黑松露味,味道幾濃郁!集合了我至愛又脆口又煙韌的口感,最近還推出了四款新口味,有紫菜、山葵、白朱古力和玄米,好特別,值得一試呢!

海鮮陣容好頂盛,有蟶子、大蜆、鮮蝦、貴妃蚌等等,份量十足,每款都新鮮又鮮甜!大蜆冇沙,好有鮮味!
大蝦肉夠哂爽彈,好厚肉呢!
意大利飯被濃厚的醬汁包裹著,充滿忌廉奶油香,飯粒好有嚼勁,非常出色!
不過要注意吃得多的話有點滯,建議兩個人share食

U.S Prime Rib Eye Steak and Grilled King Prawn

點了5成,可惜比預期中熟了點☹️。沒多餘的血水,肉質不粗糙,沒有筋,可見肉眼扒的質素也不差,用了鹽和黑椒調味🧂,還算不錯。失望之處只是熟了點,未能完全發揮牛扒的味道🥩。虎蝦經香煎後,味道突出,惹味又彈牙🦐! 而旁邊的配菜全部都經仔細調味🥬🥔🥕,好好吃呢👍🏻。

平時唔係話好鐘意食心太軟,好驚佢個好甜好拮喉食完會好口渴,但呢度用個朱古力唔係死甜,入口好舒服,柔和得嚟又好香濃,而芝士蛋糕就冇乜甜度繼而突出其芝士味,幾適合非嚐甜嘅甜品控,想甜啲可以連埋綠茶雪糕食,甜味隨個人喜好添加之餘芝士綠茶兩種味混埋又幾夾✨ 飲品方面乳酪有驚喜,質感好似奶昔咁幼滑且充實✨

如果唔在意地理位置同環境裝修,其實呢間真係幾值得試,從以上食後感中睇到佢地嘅出品無論係功夫定係用料都同坊間唔同,明顯對每樣細節都有真心研究過,即唔係話出面冇一間比得上佢地咁誇張,但論心機呢度絕對唔會輸俾任何人✨
