口感很不錯

In my opinion this is best Japanese Raman shop in HK!I usually go to one in Central and it's always packed. Usually there is a line outside the restaurant but it typically moves pretty fast.Once you are inside the restaurant, it's very cozy. Probably 20 seats max, including the bar counter. There are only 4 choices, regular, spicy, black, and cheese. Plus the special limited edition one. Special at this moment is vinegar.I have tried everyone except the black one. All 4 are recommend

There are only 4 choices, regular, spicy, black, and cheese. Plus the special limited edition one. Special at this moment is vinegar.

I have tried everyone except the black one. All 4 are recommended! Each order you can specify noodle type, how much sauce to add, fatty or lean pork, scallion or not, and how much garlic or spice.

Now comes the highlight. If you think noodle or soup is good, try the egg. It's unbelievably good. It's super tender and cooked just right. Egg yolk is running. I have no idea how they make it. Have tried myself at home few times and doesn't come close to theirs.

由于只是晚上小聚 加之老公爱吃面 就选了中环这家豚王是白汤 骨汤香稠 好好吃的同时 好好好渴 赤是辣汤 无辣不欢的我 认怂 只尝了一口就退下了黑是墨鱼汁 好多人都在点 可能我的口味还没那么国际化 觉得有些腥 面是细面 就算点了宽的 也很细 软硬不错 但是还是没有在日本吃的粗粗的拉面有味道 汤汁的浓稠 让每根面上都浸满了汁味 但是如此咸死人的味道 让人不得不猛灌冰水或是可乐 甚至回家之后 也灌水不止爱恨交加的面店 看客们 你们自行决定吧~

赤王拉麵的特色是辣味噌,中間放了一球兵兵球大小的辣肉碎,旁邊有叉燒(我選了比較不肥膩的肩肉)、青蔥(比起椰菜,覺得蔥比較香)及爽爽的黑木耳絲。除了濃濃的湯底最得我心外,豚王的幼麵實在令人百吃不厭。麵的硬度我選了普通,比較有彈性,掛湯的質感讓每一口麵也充滿風味。赤王辣湯消除了豬骨湯底原有的肥膩感,但其肉香四溢及含有豐富膠質的口感仍然存在,這個遲來的午餐吃得十分滋味。

可以在覺得吃膩的時候可以喝一些,或加一點在拉麵裡加點清爽的果酸味。

試過香港這麼多日本拉麵,雖然其他店舖也有出色的地方,但論到心頭好,還是非豚王莫屬。

黑王來了,很香的蒜味,先呷一口湯,由於我選的是少香油,因此豚湯濃而不膩,還有淡淡的墨魚汁香。把黑肉碎球浸進湯中,湯更濃,嚐一口拉麵,點了超硬的太面,掛湯力高,湯夠熱,吃下去很爽口。

叉燒選了肩肉,愛它脂肪較少,肉味重,兩塊對我這類不能多吃的人,足夠有餘。

湯,沒喝光。不代表不好喝,只是喝不下。

是日跟好友吃晚飯, 在沒有訂座的情況下, 來到豚王. 等待了十五分鐘後終可入座. 數數手指, 已有三年沒有光顧, 舊店也搬到現在的新店, 地方大了, 樓底高了, 冷氣大了, 坐得較以前舒適.點選了最classic的豚王(HK$85). 試一口, 湯底剛好, 還記得昔日豚王的湯底有點過濃, 現在反而覺得剛剛好, 豬骨味濃得來不會很油, 又不會好像老火湯般膩, 有進步. 麵條點選了超硬, 出來的效果也做到. 叉燒要腩肉, 感覺沒有入口即溶, 甘香度一般. 配菜木耳夠爽口, 增加了整體的口感.現在的豚王較以前更對筆者胃口!

今日lunch同同事又去威靈頓街搵野食,經過豚王竟然冇人?同朋友即係衝入去食,鐘意食拉面既我只食過一蘭同一風堂,豚王真係未識過,今次終於有機會啦,鋪面唔大,坐起黎都幾逼,應該正係可以坐到1x人,鐘意食辣既我點左赤王,辣度3,太面硬度普通,朋友就點左比較重口味既黑王。赤王先試左個湯底,湯濃唔算真係好辣,最重要係辣冇蓋過濃湯,而且感覺辛多過辣。老實講,我覺得豚王好味過一蘭,可能對岩我口味啦。朋友個黑王超大陣蒜味,佢仲飲哂個墨魚汁湯底,但佢食完之後個口好大陣味呀,哈哈,果然重口味。

第一次食豚王, 與友人share這碗Green King (翠王), 有大量芝士粉啊~~~ 然後加流心蛋($17)和黑木耳($8).湯底選了濃豬骨湯、普通油份、軟身面質, 不知何解湯底有點腥腥地…枱上有些配料可加入的, 例如芝麻、辣菜、醋.  豚肉選了肩肉, 不會過肥, 吃起來軟軟的~黑木耳一定不會做得難吃. 流心蛋好味, 最喜食蛋黃是這個形態, 而味道不太濃, 沾些湯底一併起, GOOD!

Other Info. : 芝麻並非每枱一樽, 我們加了一次便被職員拿了去給其他客人, 而辣菜…只剩下空瓶, 而且沒有refill, 可能我們9:30PM到, 太夜了吧….
