Butler Bar - The Japanese Whisky Bar, is really worth trying! Located opposite to K11, the bar has two levels on 5th and 6th floor. The bar is so gorgeous with its whisky library. If you have no idea what to choose from , the staff there are so nice and helpful. Just let them know your preference on the base (whisky/rum/fruity) will be fine! My friend ordered "Old fashion". Butler Bar - The Japanese Whisky Bar, is really worth trying!


Located opposite to K11, the bar has two levels on 5th and 6th floor. The bar is so gorgeous with its whisky library.

If you have no idea what to choose from , the staff there are so nice and helpful. Just let them know your preference on the base (whisky/rum/fruity) will be fine!

Unknown name cocktail for me - the staff made a cocktail with Rose, Tea and Rum, which I think is a very considerate mixture for ladies, and it turns out a big surprise to me. The cocktail is not too sweet but less bitter than normal rum cocktail I had before.

一直都想探訪一些在香港的日本酒吧,適逢紀念日,在搜索下發現這間位於尖沙咀的日本酒吧。 一進入門口就感覺到整間酒吧的設計都是以木為主,好像被很多木溫柔地包裹在一起,就像日本漫畫<<調酒師>>中的酒吧一樣,更想起tender的意思就是溫柔的木。

普遍年輕人都喜歡一些較為熱鬧的酒吧,但本人比較喜歡清吧,更喜歡坐在吧枱靜靜欣賞調酒師的手勢。這間酒吧的調酒師當然是一流,他們除了可以根據原本有的酒單來調酒,也可以根據你想要的口味來創造屬於你的雞味酒,尋找你的<<神之一杯>>。此外,他們的服務亦十分細心,完全體現日本人注重細節的態度。雖然整體來說,價錢比較貴,但我個人認為是值得。
Other Info. : 喜歡日本威士忌的人一定要來試一試。另外,要光顧的人一定要至少提早一個星期book 枱,每一個人限坐一個半小時。

There is no denying that this is the best cocktail bar owned by a japanese person! Everytime I come to hk, I will try to go once or twice or more there... This is the best of the best, once I told one of them, I dont like strong, I like berries an he did something out of the menu card...but please book, in order to have seats.

This is the best cocktail I ever drink. They tell me it's the one he got a campion in cocktail competition.
Yuzu flavour, with cooked apple cider syrup in it. Hardly to tell how complicate it tastes. It's fresh and semi-sweet.


I will bring new friends to come again. Love this place.

夏季來臨,公司的同事紛紛出動,訂日本水果。來自山梨的桃、靜岡的蜜瓜和青森的蘋果,都是搶購目標,亦正是Butler黑板上的Today's Special。店員說,在香港吃日本直送水果,價錢較貴,最終的價錢則視乎所選配的酒。沒有標明定價,但先有君子協定。決定試水果,不想要太強的酒精,請店員為我們拿主意。

店員動作優雅,每一下都熟練、準確,沒有一絲猶疑。動作快而準,感覺剛強,同時仔細、溫柔,沒有濺出一滴,最後用鉗子放上點綴,展現大男人的柔情。看著他調酒,尤如一場精采的表演。

即使加了酒精,也蓋不過桃的清甜。溫度清涼而不太凍,把果肉打爛而做到厚稠、滑溜的口感,似水果smoothie。偶爾吃到小口果肉,入口近乎溶掉,清甜多汁,叫人驚喜。正如要求一樣,有酒味而不太強,入口隨和,又不會悶。

盛在有金邊的高腳杯裡,散發著高貴的氣質。混了Bourbon和melon liquor的靜岡蜜瓜仍然突出,店員挑的酒拼得一流,整杯感覺一致、平衡。喜歡它沒有冰,可以慢慢喝,不怕溶掉的冰影響味道。

Ham & Cheese Plate
份量比想像中多,一碟風乾火腿,一碟芝士。

按店內推介的次序,由味道較輕的Camembert開始。卡門貝爾外層少少乾少少硬,帶點咬口。內裡軟滑,厚稠,散發著淡卻明顯、清香而柔和的奶香。接著是較重味的Parmesan。硬芝士一咬即碎。慢慢咀嚼,讓它在口裡化成粉粉的。帶鹹的芝士強而不過份,加少許黑椒吊味。頗喜歡巴馬臣配蜜糖,但原來淋在上面的是橄㰖油,仔細吃會吃到約隱約現的橄㰖香,不過基本上都不太覺。Camembert跟Parmesan,一軟一硬,一輕一重,對比很強,印象很深。

然後是甜味的Gorgonzola配青蘋果。以前很怕gorgonzola浮誇的鹹,後來發現了gorgonzola dolce,一試愛上。軟身芝士鹹中帶甜,互相平衡,配上爽脆清甜的蘋果片,增加濕度,明明口裡充斥濃郁的發酵芝士味,卻一陣清新。最後撒上堅果碎,再添層次感。最後是Mascarpone配士多啤梨果醬。Mascarpone幼滑香濃,入口即溶,化成細膩的奶香。跟不太甜的果醬配搭一流,組成簡單又美味的甜品。當成忌廉芝士般塗在適度鬆脆的多士上,自製成另一款美味的多士甜品

30個月的風乾火腿,少少乾硬,以油脂帶來濕度。邊咀嚼,邊滲出鹹香。味重卻柔和,鹹得順喉,附帶陣陣酒香,在口腔久久不散。一片火腿,從入口,咀嚼,吞下,直至味道完全消散,可以享受上幾分鐘。吃一口爽脆的酸瓜,一洗味蕾的記憶,刺激口水分泌,再重新感受新一片火腿,達致最佳效果。

有兩款做法供選擇,分別是Spicy oil sauce和creamy sauce。抑壓著兩款都要的衝動,選了creamy sauce。被明太子染成淺橙色的忌廉汁,上枱傳來熱呼呼的忌廉香。濃稠的汁,沾滿每條意粉,配吊味的黑椒、添上草青的蔥花、充滿和風的紫菜絲和刨成碎的芝士,好看又美味。意粉彈牙,掛滿忌廉汁,入口黏稠,味道濃郁。適量明太子的鹹香和輕辣,使豐盈的忌廉汁更惹味,卻不會搶去其味。忌廉汁的份量剛好,吃完意粉,一點無剩。

本對友人極力推介半信半疑,抱著期望地來,卻沒有「希望越大 失望越大」。

飲品喝光,店員問要不要再點一杯,答了不要。過一會見到他拿起長長的匙羹在杯子裡仔細地攪拌,然後為我送上一杯冰水。連一杯普通不過的冰水,都花了調酒的心思,深深感受到他們對送上的飲料、食物超然的尊重。

Chestnut Sidecar

愛上這裡的氣氛,不捨離去,也忍不住再點多杯。這次從餐牌上的Signature cocktail裡選。貪得意的我,被栗子吸引。店員見我亂選一通,拿來栗子酒,讓我們聞一聞。那細小的瓶口裡飄出的栗子酒香,如魔法般把我震懾。Chestnut sidecar,是你了。

酒比前兩杯強得多,烈、清、香,少少甜,最後遺下慢慢揮發的栗子香。點了這杯,實在值得。

嚴肅、不苟言笑的店員,中途跟我們閒聊起來。忽然想起深夜食堂,當廚師的男主角,冷酷不語,其實充滿人情味。這一夜,我們有幸親身感受這份情懷。

離開時,店員送我們到門口。等到升降機門打開,我們入內,然後他90度躹躬,直至升降機門關上。單看日本人的細心、堅持、尊重,就明白為何港人愛花貴幾倍的價錢買日本貨。

轉眼間慶祝了第四次生日。慶幸選了Butler,讓你享受這一夜。生日快樂。

We ordered a delightful perfect Manhattan and old fashioned, other mixed drinks are average. Unfortunately, the service was what put this place below average.

We were treated quite unprofessionally by the staff. one of the guest was served the old fashioned with a fancy set up of the bartender explaining the various types of bitters that were in the drink, he also added that the different cities fruits in the drink allow the customer to tailor their own sweet/acidity balance. As soon as my foreign friend mixed the drink with the delicate metal spoon, the end broke off. I promptly notified our waiter for a different spoon. another older bartender showed up to notify my guest that they have to charge us $200 extra for the spoon as they import everything from Japan. all of my guests were shocked by the "extra charge" for a spoon that they have placed in an $130 drink. I have dined all over the world and had never experienced this type of service. needless to say my guests were left with not only awful impressions of this bar, but awful impression of Hong Kong service industry. In addition to the unreasonable extra charge, we spent an hour waiting for an assorted ham plate, which we followed up with our waiter twice. the waiter served us the ham plate which came with one type of ham and not what we ordered at all. The waiter apologized and served us the correct order almost 1.5 hours since our arrival.

This was an absolutely disappointing experience and has no redeemable qualities because I have had better cocktails, fine ambience and absolute great value at many better neighborhood spots.

由於坐在吧檯,整個調酒過程盡入眼簾,有一點很有趣,bar tender 們的動作均很細膩,不像一般的很有氣勢的bar tender,這裡的bar tender調酒時不會發出多餘的聲浪,相信這是日本人的特點吧?! 調酒後,bar tender會很細心的將用過的材料排列於客人面前,並每款介紹,然後會靜靜行開,讓客人自行慢慢拍照或研究~

此杯酒樹樹並沒有提供任何個人的喜好供bar tender參考,由bar tender自行發揮,看看日本的bar tender會調較出甚麼樣的酒來~ 未喝時已有芳香撲鼻的kaki香味,入口更濃,vodka的味道淡淡的,對樹樹來說有點偏甜,syrup下重手了點,但相信對一般女士是沒有問題~ 喝下去後有一種很清新的味道,或許是來自那枝專為調較Cocktail 而設的distill water 吧?

樹樹最愛看新鮮事物,由於bar tender讓樹樹有很多時間慢慢拍照及研究每款材料,邊喝邊享受這種探索過程,感覺很爽呢!

待第三名友人到達後,大家距離晚飯時間尚餘兩小時,為免未吃先醉,大家決定點些小吃來填填空腹,加了$50換了日本Ham,大約等了大半小時才到,整個過程看著bar tender很用心的將每一款排列好,光看這種細心及對出品之要求,未吃已相當期待~

好不容易等到bar tender捧過來,我們三人第一反應是:好靚啊!想不到是分開兩碟的呢!是的,光看這樣擺碟,視覺上已第一時間享受中~ 待bar tender細心的介紹吃芝士的次序後,我們馬上啟動!

實在已不記得每款芝士的名字,只記得每款芝士入口各有特色,唯獨最後的blue cheese由於太重味,樹樹與另一友人均接受不了,幸好另一友人十分喜愛,獨自很高興地把blue cheese完成~ 值得一提是中間的mascarpone cheese,連同上面濃郁如新鮮果醬的topping,用來配麵包,友人們都不禁大叫好好味!芝士配酒,實在美味無窮呢~

至於加$50的日本ham,樹樹對日本的ham沒有太多認識,友人提過這款ham應是不錯的~ 先試pickle,味道不錯,不會太酸或太咸,味道適中,入口也爽脆,不錯~ Ham很明顯是手切,不像一般以機切的薄身,但想不到入口腳很鬆軟,很香的肉味及甘香的脂肪味,難怪友人推介~

後來再點多杯以Blueberry 為主的Cocktail,是次樹樹提出不要太甜或太酸,果然味道真的改善了,但由於與友人談得太興奮,忘了拍照呢~ 但依然不太合樹樹的口味~

整體感覺常好,中途已有2檯客人,但各人勻懂得控制聲浪,雖酒吧面積不大,但感覺依然舒服,很適宜好友摸杯底傾談;加上頗俊俏、有禮貌且細心的bar tender,實在值得推介呢!

We had a good time. We enjoyed the ambiance and the delicious cocktails. I did walk out slightly disappointed, however.
For one thing, they had run out of a crucial bottle of liquor which was a necessity for some of the drinks I was interested in. For another, the shakes seemed to be too hard -they left a foam and fine chips of ice on the top of the drink. It was also odd that the staff greeted and said goodbye to people by saying, "Ohayo gozaimasu", or "Good morning", though it was 10:00 at night.
These are small details, but when expectations and prices are high, they add up.
I would go back, though.

the bartenders are all very handsome japanese. we went there for drinks. it's not strong enough got a dirty martini & a mojiti - the mojiti falls on the sweet side, guess it's the japanese style?the good thing is: this bar is in a discreet locationclients are mainly Japanese. my western friend speaks fluent Japanese as well.
