放假最後一天,想找個靜的地方跟朋友聚一聚,慢慢聊一聊。最後想到平時成日經過的cafe hillywood,不妨試試。一走進大門,第一眼是一片藍色紅鶴牆,十分refreshing!! 裝修簡約,有天然日光,感覺舒服。今天假期亦有set lunch,主菜連飲品由HKD88 起。我們選了煎牛扒丶海膽意粉及all day breakfast. 牛扒煎7成亦很juicy, 不會太乾。伴碟的薯皮炸得合到好處,很脆又不會太多調味料海膽意粉顏色很吸引,上面的海膽很新鮮,海膽配合意粉一同進食,很特別。All day breakfast沒什麼驚喜,可以贊一贊他們的service. 我們要求把煙三文魚弄熟,他們都不厭其煩地幫我們煎熟,很貼心最後,我們加了2件蛋糕作貼品chocolate banana cake 和blueberry cheesecake. 牛扒煎7成亦很juicy, 不會太乾。伴碟的薯皮炸得合到好處,很脆又不會太多調味料
海膽意粉顏色很吸引,上面的海膽很新鮮,海膽配合意粉一同進食,很特別。
All day breakfast沒什麼驚喜,可以贊一贊他們的service. 我們要求把煙三文魚弄熟,他們都不厭其煩地幫我們煎熟,很貼心
最後,我們加了2件蛋糕作貼品chocolate banana cake 和blueberry cheesecake. Chocolate banana cake 不會太甜,有很香的香蕉蛋糕味道👍🏼我喜歡blueberry cheesecake軟軟的,不會太硬

點了五成熟的牛扒,生熟到剛好不會有個380的情況發生可能由於比較薄切的關係,所以入口比較有𡁻勁。雖然不是平常吃開厚切的那款,但味道卻無不遜色。另外隨伴碟而上的醬汁可以說是沒有點太多,皆因牛扒表面已薄薄的灑上一陣海鹽,對於我這種愛吃牛扒的人來說,不需要太多花款的醬料,只要質素好的牛扒加上恰到好處的火候控制,再配上少去的海鹽就已經非常足夠了!

原本打算點零一款的白日夢我是卡來錯了這款花生大少,兩款飲品其實是同一系列只是味道和材料方面有些去不同白日夢是主要由雲呢拿作主要製作材料已發生大少則如其名已發生為主要材料。

外觀看落有點似奶昔可是入口卻更加稠密,濃烈的花生味喎俠盜好處的甜香山發着與眾不同的口感。

如果喜歡味道比較甜和重的特式飲品,相信這杯花大少一定很合你口味,因為它十分獨特,外面很少可以喝得出類似的味道。

可是由於本狗剛品嚐了的都是味道比較重的菜式,所以這杯飲品的感覺沒有如花茶般的清香,能夠解除口中的油膩感,如果吃了一些味道比較重的main course可能就比較不適合你。

當然除了主菜外,甜品是少不免的!二藍莓芝士蛋糕則是所有西餐廳都外用的一款經典甜品

外觀上來看冇傳統的藍莓芝士蛋糕一樣,味道非常忠於腦海中的味道,不過不失。

值得一讚的是藍莓醬製作十分用心,能夠吃得出是新鮮製作的,和一般罐頭果jam之流不能相提並論,也特別喜歡他的芝士蛋糕口感比較紮實,不像一般咖啡店(某starbxxxk)鬆散毫無口感可言。

今日為咗開解工作上唔開心嘅小茄,特登同佢出去食餐飯,雖然佢唔好鍾意去尖沙咀(香港島人都係會唔鍾意去九龍),但係我請佢食飯,當然地點我決定喇呢間餐廳喺柯士甸道,不過好易會行過龍,餐廳係落地庫設計,有少少走工業風格,另外夜啲係會有live band表演,可惜大家第二日要返工,無可能留到咁夜,下次我地一定要留夜啲炸薯條(配黑松露醬) - 粗薯條有粗薯條嘅好味,不過有少少嫌佢黑松露醬唔係好夠黑松露味,但係都不失為兩個非常好嘅餐前小食凱撒沙律 - 麵包硬咗少少,但係好豐富醬汁,每片菜都好多沙律醬招牌鮮海膽意粉 - 見到海膽兩字已經發清光,呢個出菜都有鮮海膽放頂,我地決定唔撈埋食,當然最正就係就咁新鮮食,個汁好香濃,啲意粉好香蛋味,質感好好,應該都係自家鮮制自家制肉丸意粉 - 呢個肉丸本來小茄係好怕佢酸,不過我試完之後,覺得一啲都唔酸,重有啲甜甜地,非常好味,不過啲肉丸有少少太實清酒煮新西蘭刀背大蜆 - 呢個蜆真係不得了,個酒味香到一個點,隻蜆超好味,又大隻,酒味又濃,唔好以為大隻就會韌,絕對唔會,呢個蜆勁鮮甜

我本來就是為了這個而朲,所以滿心歡喜的等待。果然沒有令我失望,論色香味,它都是滿分的啦。上枱的一刻,香氣四溢,金黃色大大片的海膽涼在意粉上,扁意粉連汁醬煮成吸引的橙黃色,紅色一粒粒的是三文魚籽。整個意粉的賣相就是吸引。

除了海膽,意粉還加上了許多大大顆精瑩的三文魚子,淡淡的海水鹹香在口中爆發。煮意粉的汁醬偏甜,所以鮮味帶鹹的海膽和三文魚籽用來中和一下。隱約見到白色和黑色一點點的是芝麻和紫菜碎,感覺比較和風的意粉構思,帶出有趣的配搭。

大大的open kichen就在餐廳尾,整個透視感還挺有氣氛的呢。
總括今次用餐經驗,整體感覺不錯,食物質素好,環境舒適,氣氛一流,地方適合年青人聚腳,值得番㦸。

這個頭盤是用sashimi的三文魚,而不是煙三文魚,吃下去頗有嚼勁和鮮味,除了三文魚外還有少許其他海鮮的,貌似是帶子,可是吃不出確實是什麼,是新鮮就是了。三文魚還配上牛油果這味道相對淡的蔬果,和他他的醬汁一起吃相當平衡,絕不搶味,中間還有番茄,配搭清新。

溫泉蛋卡邦尼闊條意粉

半生熟的溫泉蛋切開,蛋王和蛋白汁流出,跟卡邦尼的白汁味道相配合;白汁裡的奶油和芝士味不太重,可說是恰到好處,非常香! 惹味的愛不釋手,但吃久了也不會膩,這個醬汁絕對是整份意粉的靈魂。

焗蘑菇

這個蘑菇有三種口味:黑松露,番茄醬和芝士,各有特色。本人最喜愛番茄醬,因為味夠濃且突出,甜甜酸酸的非常開胃,加上番茄和蘑菇本來就是好拍檔;值得一提是黑松露味蘑菇,黑松露的味道很濃,而且剛出爐的蘑菇熱辣辣,令黑松露的香氣更突出;芝士味蘑菇則中規中矩。

開心果慕斯蛋糕

這個甜品我很喜歡,一來很少見,二來開心果變作甜品後味道很驚喜! 開心果本身是鹹的,通常用來當零食,但變成蛋糕後味道自然,配慕斯的蛋香和忌廉是出奇地好吃。

Main 1- Pan-fried Salmon Fillet
A nice dish of a perfect medium-cooked tender and flaky fillet with crispy pan-seared skin. Grilled side vegetables worked well to lower the taste of oiliness of fillet.

Main 2- Carbonara
Wanted some carbohydrates and had my all-time-favourite. Credit to the well-cooked fettuccine. Not the best one due to the mild flavor and liquid sauce. The sauce should have been cooked with heavier flavor since the carbonara sauce got milder when mixed with onsen egg. Additionally I prefer sticky sauce.
