hku學生真係好有口服 附近就有好正嘅湘菜餐廳! 今次最滿意一定係鹹蛋黃四季豆(78hkd)。第一次食到呢种做法,四季豆外裹一層濃鹹蛋黃,味道好獨特,鐘意鹹蛋黃千祈唔好錯過!小炒辣子雞(118hkd)都好特別,食過嘅辣子雞多數都係幹辣椒同油炸過嘅雞塊,但我覺得呢間餐廳嘅雞肉未有用油炸,而是燉雞再同綠色辣椒用油炒,因此雞肉同川菜辣子雞比較又唔會覺得很多澱粉很膩,綠色辣椒很入味。一碗香(102hkd)有腩片,但多數都是辣椒,同小炒辣子雞比較就冇咁抵食,而且味道同小炒辣子雞很相似(睇相都知啦,同种辣椒)食完辣梗系要飲d嘢暖胃!酒釀圓子一大份四人足夠,每人都可以飲到兩碗,甜度恰到好處,蛋花很多,店家好良心比咗咁多料星期五放工來食湘菜真係好chill。今次最尾碗中仲有好多辣椒,於是點咗一碗掛麵自製辣椒拌麵,結果被辣到。工作日仲有好抵食嘅木桶飯,kong u 學生記得來試下 continue reading

烤清江魚(金湯酸菜味) + 水晶粉(另上)烤魚係全條魚上,肉質鮮嫩。呢碟餸嘅精粹係個酸菜湯底。酸菜湯底唔會太酸,亦都唔太辣,非常濃味,魚肉點落去湯底好夾。另外加咗水晶粉,水晶粉吸晒酸菜湯底,超級濃味,勁正!不過魚同粉食落會偏油。孜然吋骨用鴨髀整嘅吋骨好入味,有BB辣,小辣,中辣,大辣,同唔辣揀。BB辣嘅辣味唔會蓋過孜然味,肉質亦都幾嫩滑。麻辣子雞揀咗BB辣味都幾辣,雞肉有少少硬,不過都好惹味。環境: 鋪面比較細,座位有少少逼夾服務: 店員服務態度友善,上菜速度快,店員仲會幫手將食物放入外賣盒,值得一讚份量: 份量偏多提點: 食物比較油膩,要飲多啲茶消滯 continue reading

(上来才发现这么多营销,我真呵呵,那就来点真实评价吧。)书湘门第吃过很多次,以前只是觉得不好吃,这次去直接让人犯恶心。我们一行人点了农家小炒肉,包菜和腰花。小炒肉硬得像干枯的树皮,包菜软趴趴又像咬不断的塑料袋,腰花根本不脆而且特别特别咸。真的很难吃,辣得也特别不正宗,我会觉得均价150的菜如果是这个水平,那只能说这家店涉嫌在网络上夸大营销,要不就是店大欺客,质素太差。服务态度特别差,中途加了菜,服务员不更新我们的单子,最后结账说我们自己不知道自己吃了多少钱。难道店家不更新单,客人还要拿着计算器算自己吃了多少吗?最后收银员一直嚷嚷不可以分开付款,还用指甲戳到了我们同行的人。我理解不可以分开付款,但是为什么要黑脸+大吼大叫+肢体接触客人?总的来说,大家不要因为它是米芝莲就觉得它值得一试,开在学校旁边还这么横的店,说明它根本不会尊重学生和顾客。没有人均200-250是下不来的店,菜难吃,服务员刁蛮,你是顾客好像还欠他们的一样,这种店还能赚到钱是对香港其他饭店的不尊重。祝大家能找到其他更好吃的店。 continue reading

之前住在香港大学最爱去的餐厅,因为是长沙人,隔段时间不吃湘菜就会难受。这里的凤尾腰花必须是全港最好吃的,另外香干炒肉也是下饭必点菜,干锅花菜和蒸鸡蛋也是爱点的菜。虽然外卖更方便,但有机会还是更喜欢来到店里,感受来自家乡的锅气下次还会来的 continue reading
