周六中午来Cafe Malacca午餐,一点钟来还好有位子。点了滨城福建虾面,滨城拉沙,水粿,炭烧魔鬼鱼,榴莲布丁和Onde Cake。滨城福建虾面:比湾仔的大虾面更好吃,汤头特别鲜美和浓郁,一尝就不想停下来,为了后面的美食才停下来;滨城叻沙:与新加坡浓郁的叻沙不同,滨城版本汤头看起来清淡,但辣味后劲颇大,很有味道。烫面一层菠萝碎,非常清爽,很好的平衡了叻沙的咸和辣;水粿:新加坡hawker market常见但香港不常见的小吃,水粿上面铺上腌过的萝卜碎,加上甜辣酱,给本没有味道温热的粿带来一种丰富浓郁的味道;炭烧魔鬼鱼:份量很大,用蕉叶炭烤,调料浓郁,加上青柠汁和甜辣酱调味,可以非常下饭;榴莲布丁:饭后来个D24榴莲布丁,平时不太吃榴莲,所以选了味道略微清淡的D24。本身喜欢的朋友可以直接点猫山王。一勺下去一股霸道的榴莲味道充满口腔,味道不错;Onde Cake:马六甲椰糖椰丝蛋糕,外层铺满椰丝,里面是斑斓蛋糕和椰丝椰糖,外层非常湿润,里面非常松软,天啊,吃完这个蛋糕再减肥吧。

炭烧魔鬼鱼:份量很大,用蕉叶炭烤,调料浓郁,加上青柠汁和甜辣酱调味,可以非常下饭;

榴莲布丁:饭后来个D24榴莲布丁,平时不太吃榴莲,所以选了味道略微清淡的D24。本身喜欢的朋友可以直接点猫山王。一勺下去一股霸道的榴莲味道充满口腔,味道不错;

中秋節假期既下晝2點食late lunch,估唔到要等一陣先有位入座,等位期間都keep住有人打嚟訂位,可見生意唔錯。食物做得有水準同都算地道,服務可以更好。叫咗個海南雞飯(好食)、沙爹串燒另加印度薄餅(好食)、印度炒麵(一般)同埋一碟青龍菜(非常好食)。服務有待改善。除咗個女經理同一個帶位哥哥好忙好忙之外,其他侍應遊手好閒、見到枱又唔執、見到客人舉手扮睇唔到、淨係喺度扮忙不過食物質素係好既。會回頭。

在酒店內的馬拉菜餐廳, 選擇不太多, 特別是純粹主打馬拉菜, 而不是夾雜着泰國菜或印度菜的, 馬來一菜館算是一個異數. 剛開業時前來嘗鮮, 感覺還不錯. 多年後再來, 大部份在菜單內的菜式都沒有變動, 但是也許新鮮感少了, 味道也沒有之前吃般特別: 例如是蝦麵的湯色濃厚, 但味道頗淡, 蝦膏味道不突出, 而且麵的份量比米粉少太多, 蝦肉也是乾噌噌的. 巴東牛肉用上牛𦟌, 肉質煮得比較老, 味道頗甜而沒有太多爽勁, 也是較令人失望的菜色. 海南雞肉質嫩滑, 米粿口感彈牙, 相對比前者做得較出色. 只希望她的水準能夠保持, 正如她所屬的酒店一樣, 可以屹立在西環一段更長的時間.

最後就係甜品,叫咗兩樣,蒸三色西米糕🍡($58),我其實都係因為見到呢個甜品個樣好靚,先至留意呢間餐廳,所以嚟呢到食就一定要嗌呢個甜品。嚟到發現原來個size係咁mini,我以為係好高身嗰啲🙈。食完咸食已經對甜品無期望,所以都無乜失望。嚿糕唔夠熱,食落痴牙,味道正常但唔夠香,下低就有啲黑糖咁。好彩唔大嚿,因為食落會膩唔想食。

總括嚟講,成餐飯得啲甜品勉強叫做合格,但咸食真係不了。定價係出面2-3倍😨,但人地好食多多聲,at least你免費請我都無下次,性價比極低...,每人$250唔好食又唔係好飽(份量小),真係諗唔明點解會出名囉...。一碗叻沙要成舊水,真係好貴,好食都貴啦,何況仲要咁普通囉。服務一般啦,主要得外籍店員。我真係唔會推介呢間餐廳👎🏿。

海南雞飯 Hainanese Chicken Rice ($218/半隻雞),雞件嫩滑,脂肪也全去掉了,加入點點醬油在雞件之中,更叫人喜歡。至於海南雞飯的另一個靈魂─油飯,飯粒粒粒分明,軟硬度恰到好處。加入三款不同的醬料以後,整個飯很香口,真想自己一個Encore再Encore這個油飯。

巴生肉骨茶Klang Bakut Teh ($138) 的味道是傳統的一種,排骨肥瘦恰到好處,入口鬆軟。肉骨茶的湯底胡椒味很香,用作拌飯更是美味。飲完肉骨茶之後,整個人暖暖的,很喜歡這個感覺呢。

珍多冰 Cendol ($68) 聽上去就是一個飲品,可是實際上那是一個甜品。在冰上加上珍多冰的材料,整件事是視覺上的震撼。有時候飲珍多冰的時候,感覺好似一陣風似的,眨眼便沒有了。這個珍多冰入口感覺更實在,更討好。

香蘭椰絲卷Kuih Dadar ($58/2件) 椰香味濃郁,放入口以後,口腔之中充滿著椰子香香的味道,香蘭卷煙煙韌韌,味道清新,加入棉棉的椰子醬以後,口感豐富得很呢。

紀念日選擇了新馬菜,一打開餐牌發現有ChweeKueh宜個小食,非常驚喜,我只在新加坡食過外,香港未見過有得食,非常懷念宜個味道。餐廳環境舒服的,價錢中等,味道非常不錯服務員有禮,甜品飲品選擇較少。。

個叻沙湯底普通,(正常的味道)唔係好辣,有椰香味。佢同我平時吃開嘅叻沙唔同,個麵條係白色並非黃色,而且有彈性同埋爽口嘅。我幾中意個麵條。蝦仁煮得啱啱好,唔老唔嚡口。

咖啡偏淡,飲齋啡嘅話都可以,但係加糖加埋奶就太淡喇。

平日夜晚約8點去食晚餐,唔洗等位,地方靚,舒服。因為唔係好肚餓,我只點左兩樣野食。首先,點左檳城炒貴刁,好香口,有小小辣好惹味,仲配左好爽口嘅大芽菜,韮菜,蛋,蝦,臘腸。麵質小小厚又彈牙,好好食啊另外,仲點左我期待已久嘅榴槤布丁(D24),望落一個普通布丁,但食落有驚喜,有非常香濃榴槤味,好足料,軟綿綿,有入口即溶嘅感覺,又有d似榴槤慕絲。鐘意食榴槤嘅朋友一定要試呢個。仲有呢間餐廳職員服務好好下次會再來試其他菜式
