To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由舊喜喜食到黎新舖位,一個月總會黎一兩次,都食左幾年。啲嘢食唔錯幾好食,由其是個咸牛脷出前一丁同芝士火腿菠蘿包堅好食,第二道食唔到。但係近年侍應態度越來越差。自己都係老粗一名,明白去茶餐廳食野唔會要求五星級酒店招呼。不過今日去到食野,坐底前想執下啲凳之制,有一個金髮黑框眼鏡姐姐侍應沖埋黎好似好喝犯咁,大叫我小心佢張地氈唔好攪!大佬當時又唔係人多,我又沒阻到你,其實我黎食嘢姐⋯⋯啲嘢食幾好食都沒用,咁樣比你呼呼喝喝,直頭趕客,我下次食第間好過。

青豆蓉湯配雞批,又係另一大膽挑戰👀食落出奇地唔會突兀,青豆蓉湯既青豆味都真係幾重,不過要預左雞批濕濕地,外皮唔會好腍,但就必定唔會好香脆,個人始終都係鍾意傳統雞批嗰種食法多啲😂

其實個人鍾意酥皮蛋撻多一點,但係呢度係得曲奇皮🤔個皮唔算太厚,食落唔夠鬆脆,牛油味唔夠重,蛋撻餡就不過不失,整體無咩太大特別🤡

刨出黎既冰細碎綿密,呈三角尖狀插左係杯紅豆冰上面😯飲落係超重既三花淡奶,仲有唔少既紅豆粒粒,不過無論點撈,奶豆依舊太過分明🙈

環境:餐廳主打懷舊冰室風味, 室內室外環境都經過設計, 好有心思. 餐廳門前擺左一張乒乓波枱, 仲有幾個懷舊擺設, 未入去都有d 80年代感覺, 入到餐廳, 當然唔少得佢出名既小巴卡位, 的確整得幾靚, 都難怪咁多遊客專程黎到呢間冰室打卡.食物: 第一次黎喜喜冰室, 叫左佢個招牌黑白多士, 雞肶西炒飯同冰室必食既紅豆冰. 首先講講佢個黑白多士, 我個人認為味道一般, 唔係特別好食, 同平日茶餐廳既多士差唔多, 可能用番花生醬會好食d. 至於雞肶炒飯, 我覺得整得唔錯, 不過不失, 雞肶炸得脆口, 炒飯底亦唔錯, 茄汁味濃. 最後要講下呢間既紅豆冰, 本身見佢用刨冰整紅豆冰都有期待, 但飲完覺得味道一般, 仲有少少怪味, 可能蓮子或紅豆唔夠新鮮, 所以紅豆冰係有d 令人失望.價錢:價錢比坊間茶餐廳貴, 紅豆冰$36, 多士同炒飯$20-$50, 可能名氣既關係, 不過論餐廳設計的確有心思, 可以黎試試, 至於食物質素, 我認為要花多點心思先對得住個價錢.
