出街食早餐,去到邊,都係去茶記最好。今次經過一間新式裝修嘅冰室,都要排隊,即刻想試。睇下餐牌先。等緊嘢食果陣,發現舖頭環境幾好幾舒服。今次我地比較肚餓,所以兩個人,叫三個餐share食。沙爹牛肉麵 配牛奶炒滑蛋 牛油多士$42沙爹牛肉麵湯底好濃,有花生香,牛肉都算多塊。公仔麵係一個驚喜嘅地方,呢款麵比較粗,又煮得爽口,有少少出前一丁嘅感覺。炒滑蛋有奶香,留有好多蛋汁,點香脆嘅牛油多士就好適合。(歐陸早餐)牛奶炒滑蛋_炒什菇_茄豆多士  拼牛扒 $45呢個早餐好豐富,有埋沙律,各種營養都齊全。什菇炒得好香,可以炒走本菇嘅苦味,又唔算太油,非常用心。不過牛扒可以俾少少汁會再好啲。餐蛋治 $28餐蛋治一樣普通嘅食物,都整得用心。雖然都係車餐廳版本圓形大罐午餐肉,不過放落麵包之前,有煎過;同埋雖然都係滑蛋,但有炒得硬啲,唔會太多蛋汁,方便俾麵包夾住🍞都係注重細節嘅表現。凍檸茶+$3甜度茶味酸味都平衡到,最欣賞係仲有金屬匙羹,可以舀走檸檬核。Total:$118

係正值周末晚餐嘅時候嚟食,啱啱好入咗做最後一枱,之後都開始見到出邊有人排隊了福建炒飯因為近排唔食得雞蛋嘅關係,就叫咗廚師幫手走咗雞蛋,但估唔到佢變咗白飯,連炒都冇炒過雖然配料係好多,有蝦仁、香菇、翠玉瓜、帶子、蘿蔔等等,睇落健康又豐富,但調味略顯普通,食唔到香濃嘅醬汁味,適合較鍾意清淡口味嘅人。魚香茄子肉鬆炆米粉反而魚香茄子炆米又幾出色,鑊氣超足嘅同時茄子軟糯入味,魚香調味料岩岩好,唔會太鹹又唔會冇味,而米粉嘅熟度都啱啱好,唔會太腍,下次嚟可能都會再嗌佢!

因為近排唔食得雞蛋嘅關係,就叫咗廚師幫手走咗雞蛋,但估唔到佢變咗白飯,連炒都冇炒過

另外再叫咗魚香茄子炒雞柳份量都幾大,而且味道不錯。

再叫咗一個馬拉盞通菜炒爽肉,本身expect佢有泰式嘅味道,但都係比較似廣東炒菜。呢啲份量嚟講都算多。

整體嚟講餐廳環境舒適,價錢亦都合理。個人比較鍾意呢啲茶餐廳食小炒有冷氣嚟講又可以飲到凍檸茶。🫶🏼🫶🏼

即叫即蒸保證熱辣辣,呢度個肉餅好受歡迎,幾乎枱枱都叫㗎。賣相好似無乜特別,但原來係手剁肉餅,食到肉嘅口感,同機械挍碎豬肉係有分別,而且中間仲有粒粒馬碲更爽口了🤤

元朗新開左間冰室,位置都易搵幾方便。食物選擇都有好多,晚餐set每晚都唔同,仲有D固定既菜式可以簡。今日叫左佢晚餐餐牌入面既薑蔥蜆蚧雞煲,一上台已經好香,仲熱辣辣。蜆蚧味一D都唔腥,食落仲有種咸咸香香既味道。店員仲會比定骨碟裝雞骨,好貼心。雞肉食落好入味,肉質嫩滑,食到好想配飯食。蜜椒金薯一口牛柳粒次次去大排檔都一定會叫既餸,原來冰室都有。薯仔粒好香甜,仲有焦邊好惹味。薯仔同埋牛柳粒比例一半一半,唔會大部分都係薯仔咁唔良心。醬汁甜甜地,又係撈飯一流。芭提雅菠羅炒飯拌蒜香龍蝦尾呢個上台時都嚇親! 勁大碟! 菠羅好香甜,加埋落炒飯到食起來冇咁油膩,炒飯入面有D海鮮粒同埋肉鬆,好好食。龍蝦尾表面既蒜粒好香好惹味,外皮好脆,龍蝦啖啖肉!

芭提雅菠羅炒飯拌蒜香龍蝦尾
呢個上台時都嚇親! 勁大碟! 菠羅好香甜,加埋落炒飯到食起來冇咁油膩,炒飯入面有D海鮮粒同埋肉鬆,好好食。龍蝦尾表面既蒜粒好香好惹味,外皮好脆,龍蝦啖啖肉!

3.粒粒西多士 拼 時令沙律及美式薯角$43+凍鴛鴦$3(9/10)
西多士一共有4舊,唔使你切開,廚房出嚟已經幫你切好咗同已經淋上咗蜜糖,咬開入面食到花生醬味,在拼埋如你沙律同美式薯角,沙律有雜果同沙律菜,呢種配搭沙律菜多汁同雜果清甜,薯角每舊都大大舊,一共都有5舊,我加杯凍鴛鴦只係加$3,呢杯凍鴛鴦咖啡嘅酸味比較出少少,都幾好飲!
