Lunch hour坐低咗,舉手示意可以落單,侍應唔係遞手示意,而係示意叫我put down my hand(佢講英文嘅),之後就咗去serve第二檯客。OK冇問題,但之後serve完又走去櫃台唔知做乜,事隔數分鐘我朋友再舉手,佢居然出聲話我已經見到,做乜又要舉手,然後咿咿哦哦表示不滿。最後,啲嘢食嚴重overrated,根本唔值呢個價。

今晩約了寶寶在到中環吃泰菜,餐廳位置十分方便,就在蘭桂芳旁。還有優惠呢我點了雞尾酒 Kaffir lime mojito ($72),run 酒味都頗重,與清新的青檸味很夾。不喝酒的寶寶點了 Young coconut freeze ($58),是椰汁和椰子沙冰。冰凍解渴,誠意推介。先吃個泰式冬蔭功單骨雞翼 ($88)小食,雖然是冬蔭功但卻不算太辣,適合不吃辣的朋友。雞翼沾上甜酸醬更惹味。蒜香椒絲炒椰苗 ($90)蒜香味十足,椰苗無苦味,清新爽口,而份量也不少呢。泰式茄子煲 ($128)味道也很濃郁,加上少量泰椒,味道更豐富。來到泰國餐廳,當然要試試咖喱。我們點的是朋令咖喱雞 ($128),咖喱香而不辣,質感crea!my,伴白飯吃簡直一流。但雞肉卻很普通,有點雪藏味。

今日係中環去食泰國菜,嚟到呢間 Cafe Siam,環境舒適,燈光昏暗,每個座位之間都有一定距離,適合情侶,一大班朋友傾計聚餐。我哋一人叫咗一杯招牌飲品,分別係芒果飛雪同清甜荔枝椰子冰。芒果飛雪有淡淡芒果香,甜度唔會過火,而且夠冰涼,啱晒夏天飲用。而清甜荔枝椰子冰都唔錯,味道似係椰子加奶既味道,口感香滑,並附上一粒香甜既荔枝。一開始店員會奉上蝦片作餐前小食。冬蔭公單骨雞翼上枱時熱辣辣,表面脆卜卜,內裡肉質香滑,雖然冬蔭公味唔算突出,但係蘸上酸辣醬後都幾香口惹味,兩個人好快就清晒成碟雞翼。泰式炒牛河,牛河夠曬火喉,醬汁遍及每一片香滑既河粉。牛肉片香嫩,肉味重,係一碟出色嘅牛河。最後主角出場,粉絲蟹煲果然係重量級,份曬絕對足夠三至四人食用。蟹肉係唔錯嘅,不過略嫌粉絲味道會比較單調,如果醬汁再多啲就更好。
