今次嘅酥餅同上次有唔同, 今次多咗啲蔥係裡面, 好有蔥嘅香味亦好鬆脆香口! 但同上次比我還是喜愛原味多點!
小食併盆有齊我愛嘅蝦餅同炸春卷, 蝦餅夠晒彈牙有蝦香, 春卷亦夠晒香脆!
咖哩雞肉就不過不失
服務方面大致上都很好, 唯獨有個高級少少的職員送上一個不屬於我哋的菜時態度不太友善, 以為用中文大聲再講個菜名個菜就係我哋叫咁, 但其實係佢哋落錯單...

總括來說食物同服務都不錯, 會再幫襯的

好像去了泰國渡假的餐廳,因為食客以外國人為主,店員又是外國人,當晚只有1/3是本地客人。椰子雞湯,充滿泰式味道的湯,雖然湯的顏色是奶白色,因為加了些泰國的香草配料,所以味道跟平日的冬陰公湯一樣都是酸酸辣辣的。一來的蝦餅炸得香脆,點了泰式甜酸醬吃,美味double up。旁邊的竹葉內有乾坤,它不是伴碟的裝飾,而是香蘭葉包雞。主菜的招牌炒大蝦雖只有兩隻,但卻是巨型大蝦尺。蝦肉部分拆了殼,點了少少炸漿後再炸香。燒香辣牛柳粒,粒粒牛柳粒都5-7成熟左右,少少辣,汁有少少酸。最後的南瓜布甸,初初以為是一碗的布甸,但原來是用一個真南瓜切片後,挑空內裡部分南瓜,再釀入南瓜布甸,周邊再加上椰漿,十級有心思。

Gai hor bai toey (Chicken pieces wrapped in fragrant pandanus leaves)
The aromatic leaves of a perennial grass have presented an awesome impression with Pandan cake, but I haven’t tasted any other varieties of Pandan products. The wrap recipe is far from handy- chicken pieces are marinated then wrapped and deep fried. Imagine getting fiddly to neatly wrap the chicken. The Pandan leaves are not only fragrant but also functionally keeping the chicken juicy and moist.

Main courses:
The 4 more main courses in a row are absolutely an ongoing cycle of Thai flavour. Still a gourmet meal but if to compare, the courses before mains are more memorable because of being served individually. No longer the most discriminating palate when mains are served in a row.

黃咖喱牛 10:當然啦,價錢咁平,份量就唔多,但兩至三個人夠哂。咖喱唔會太杰或者太稀身,啱啱好,仲有不少牛肉、薯仔,呢個價錢冇得唔點啦,之後配個飯或者薄餅撈咖喱汁,一流。咖喱香而不辣,牛肉有啲韌,都ok啦。

泰式鮮檸蒸爐魚 224:同事好想食嘅爐魚,一上枱都幾有份量,有蔥、粉絲、菇、肉碎鋪面,本來以為食唔哂,ha,真係諗多左,食清光。
魚肉唔算滑溜,但都唔會好老,爐魚細骨唔多,大部分都喺中間,而且份量足,兩至三人食夠哂,粉絲都好淋,好入味。
佢另外附上一碗湯底,可以一路滾一路加少少湯,唔怕條魚乾或者冇汁。

椰汁焗飯 123:焗飯可以配豬、牛、雞、蔬菜或者加廿蚊配蝦,我地揀左雞肉,個人建議揀其他,因為雞肉比較鞋口,而且略鹹。

最後叫了泰國最出名的甜品芒果糯米飯$81, 芒果糯米飯竟然是喜出望外
。椰汁只是偏甜了一點點,咸味少了一點。白糯米煮得夠軟,黑糯米熟度剛好有咬口的來不會太硬,原本不喜歡吃黑糯米的我也覺得十分好吃,而且份量十足,沒有叫澱粉質的主食,這個剛好可以吃飽。而芒果味道甜中帶少少酸。

南瓜布甸是推薦的招牌甜品之一,本身不好南瓜的我,以為一定沒有特別, 誰知非常驚喜!




椰汁濃稠美味,南瓜軟綿綿的,南瓜的中央放了一個布甸,吃上來口感層次非常多,伴着香濃的椰汁一起吃真是絕配呢!




總體來說,這個套餐款式非常多,吃到的都是餐牌上標明是招牌的菜色,份量又夠多。能夠以這個價錢一次過吃到這麼多的菜色,真是非常超值!
