唯獨個酸梅湯失望少少, 得甜味!雖然飲野嘅選擇係少左d, 但總括係好食嘅..

一班同事食晚飯,見幾好comment,就試下,7時左右到,已經坐左一半人 ,叫左個魚湯底,都有半條魚浸湯,魚頭鮮美,叫左d餃食,幾好味,乜黑松露餃,普通水餃等,料足,蝦都大隻,外相飽滿,所以有再encored.......叫左d本地普通牛肉食,無叫乜花調牛或安格斯牛食(都要成150-200元碟 )至於本地牛,ok的,夠滑,鮮紅色,新鮮的,肯定好食過任食火煱店 ,幾低食,50-80碟,牛粒就可以不試,好一般,同埋有d大大粒,中間難熟,叫返肥牛好過...另有響玲,魚皮,同稻香的差不多,爽口,唔怕(林)..哈哈!後尾見promote緊鮮魚128元,order左,又真係幾好食wor,可能平時酒樓任食係死魚,一食新鮮魚,直頭覺得甘甜,肉係(亂)滑,正,食完男女同事都話有驚喜,good ...雖然唔係話食左好多嘢,好難話樣樣得,但當晚去到8點(平日Tue),可以爆滿,肯定有個人之處 ,食完,仲有甜品送...hohoho gogo

吃到一半,無肉不歡的主角S略有所失。惜無君子捨命陪主角,故S只好追點了芋絲($22)、牛骨髓($40)及一款最後漏了單的肉食。
天意如此也﹗

粟米夠香甜,粒粒飽滿;蘿蔔片幼嫩入味鮮甜,盡吸湯汁精華;鯪魚嫁豆卜口感搭配不錯;芋絲夠爽口煙韌。牛骨髓外貌如鵝肝般,是一小塊白中帶淺灰色的條狀軟腍物體。S表示口感有少少像棉花糖似的,味道OK。但C試了一口,表示不太接受也。無疑,牛骨髓確是一些比較冷門的食材,不是人人都能接受的。

有一陣子沒有來過小肥牛, 偶然在網上看到他們那個火焰醉蟹鍋,就想倒不如舊地重遊一下吧。 鍋底的選擇其實都很多, 但想著火焰醉蟹而來, 當然是點這個。賣相絕不欺場, 侍應即場點火, 看到火焰高張, 人也特別興奮, 再注入滿滿的湯底, 夾了酒香, 令人胃口大開。點了兩款牛肉, 一款是本地手切和花雕牛肉, 本地手切牛味之有但比較硬,花雕牛肉切得太薄, 酒味過濃 。 其他食物的質素也屬於新鮮, 值得一讚是點一條叫「翡翠皇」的養殖魚, 出奇地肥美, 而且店家說這魚可來作刺身用, 所以十分新鮮, 上枱時那魚頭還在抖動那種。 環境嘈吵, 服務一般, 接待我們那位阿姐有少少黑面。 小肥牛, 牛肉一般, 活魚出色, 不如改名小肥魚吧。
