🌹逛完尖沙咀,搭船過中環,順便食晚飯,但未夠6:00,是尷尬時間。在Open Rice收藏食店內搵了《CaNLaH》,之前睇過此食店是新開,而好評都不少,所以決定前去。🌹由於時間尚早,餐廳服務員提示只有下午茶餐供應,看過餐牌都有心水食物,抱住有海景伴隨心情進入食店,坐低後有點後悔,發覺食店很多雜物隨便放,店內裝修有點殘舊及不整潔。記起這間餐廳前身是Market Sea,曾經來過二、三次,可能是接了上手做,換個店名+少許翻新繼續經營,這不是問題,但衛生真麻麻,感覺美麗海景被污染一樣!🌹點餐點了炸蠔餅,蠔少粉多,蝦醬雞中翼,是雞中翼的一半,感覺份量少,炸到很乾身,只有串燒稍為好少少,今次用餐體驗不好👎🏻!個人評分食物味道⭐️⭐️環境⭐️⭐️衛生⭐️服務⭐️⭐️抵食⭐️回頭率⭐️

但想不到是這個螃蟹煲這麼有份量,大大一個鍋,上枱時真的有點驚訝!揭開煲蓋一刻,冒著白煙,陣陣楜椒香散發開來。大大個鮮紅的蟹蓋就在中央,伴上條條青綠的蔬菜,還有那奶白的湯和粉絲,碧綠叢中一點紅,樣子誘惑得很!

翻開蟹蓋,原來全隻蟹淹沒其中,大大隻蟹蚶和蟹身都埋在奶白的湯和粉絲裏,十分足料!侍應告知,這個蟹湯湯底以十數斤紅花蟹及老雞,經8小時慢火煲成,因此才會有奶白的顏色。那啖湯真的鮮甜到不得了!

除了是湯底出色,那肉蟹都不可多得,那碩大肥美的蚶,一拆即開。蟹是新鮮的,所以絲絲的肉都彈牙鮮甜,原以為這麼大的一煲我們會食剩,但最後食得一件不留,湯亦飲盡!!朋友讚不絕口,已經話要擇日再來!

炎炎夏日,點了兩杯香茅蘆薈果凍。想不到也有驚喜,果凍晶瑩剔透,上面有粒粒蘆薈肉和杞子。重點是香茅味道很出,成杯清香而滑嘟嘟,健怡清新,十分適合炎夏的天氣,好好味!而且大大杯不過$48,價錢真的很親民。
