第一次在這間吃飯,環境挺好的沒有很擠。帶義大利朋友去,原本看到食評還很擔心,但是我們點的每道菜都很棒,而且朋友也說像義大利人的口味。我們有四個人點了三道前菜,三道義大利麵,三道甜點。我很喜歡他們的義大利麵,很道地。食評有人說炸的不好吃很油,我覺得真的看個人,我們前菜也有個gnocco fritto,是炸的,同桌有人說很油但我是覺得還好,跟以前在義大利吃的一樣,有可能義大利人炸的東西都很油吧😅總之地點好氣氛也不錯,挺推的,只是如果吃不慣義大利味道或像是義大利硬硬的義大利麵的,那就別去了以免有錯誤期待😆(很不會照相 不過食物比相片好看)

餐厅的炸物非常油腻,口感完全不对路,而且味道很咸。虽然我们尝试了好几道菜,但是每一道都对不起这个价钱,更对不起大馆这么好的地理位置。前菜沙拉巨咸,意粉好像凉了才上来,有一份我们尝了一口,真的无法再吃下去了。主菜简直噩梦,炸肉排,炸衣比肉排还厚,吃了几块好像有种油脂的苦涩感,也剩了。服务员看到我们一道道菜全剩了,就问我们要不要换菜,我们也没好意思,就说算了。价格700hkd/pp,与食物的品质和口感相比,简直是天价。我觉得作为一个餐厅,我甚至怀疑厨房到底有没有主厨,还是只赚酒吧钱老板有钱的话,真的好好把关一下食品质量吧,别光顾着赚钱。

The brunch worked up our appetites with free-flow cicchetti. Among all of them, we liked the caprese skewer the most. It is a simplest Italian salad and a tribute to the freshest regional flavour. I think it would taste even better if there was less salt added on top.

The seabass tartare was served in a crispy roll with avocado mousse. One bite of it, my palate was appealed to flavours from both ingredients with complex texture. An interesting and fun dish.

We enjoyed the cannolo siciliano which had creamy fillings and topped with pistachios. The pastry rolls provided the crunch to the rolls and was satisfying for both the flavour and texture.

今日請朋友食飯,成日食中餐轉下去食西餐,想搵個環境好啲嘅地方同朋友傾吓計,上網見到大管裏面有間西餐廳Cantina環境高級,價錢亦都唔係好貴,我哋訂咗1:30食brunch, 佢哋嘅前菜係任叫嘅,一共有八款,雖然係任叫,但係質素一啲都唔求其,由於份量都幾大,我哋未食到主菜已經飽得好緊要,好在主菜份量唔係大份,最後原來仲有每人三款甜品,甜品質素一啲都唔輸俾五星級酒店,最重要係地方好,大把時間同朋友吹水,可以食足幾粒鐘冇壓力,總結嚟講咁嘅價錢都算係抵。

We went there with a table for 3 as walk in. The ambiance of the restaurant is great, especially during the dinner time. The table was too wide and not easy to talk to your friend front of you. I saw the sofa seats near us also were lower than expected, ( the table maybe is 10cm higher than regular dining table). Some ladies dressed up but they could not straight up body while eating. 環境很好服務很一般食物interesting, 不一定適合中國胃最喜歡:Parma ham + main course 的Busiate Trapanesi with Prawn and green asparagus ( 請廚師做軟一點)+ Prosecco 氣泡白酒不錯要求再上的Parma ham切的很厚,不知是否偶然整體性價比不如ISOLA位置在大館、好像有下午茶,環境真是不錯,服務非常一般,食物還可以吧,這點是為湊字數。謝謝。

Had a blast at the bottomless brunch by Cantina! .We originally booked their restaurant lunch menu but received a call just 1.5 hrs before our booking telling us that they are not offering their restaurant week lunch menu that day. We were quite surprised and obviously a little upset as it was quite a last minute notice. Fortunately they were willing to offer us seats to try their brunch menu instead at a discount! Personally, my favourite part of the meal was definitely their dessert!! That 🍨cannoli was incredible!! The shell was light and crisp and the ricotta filling was velvety with a delicate touch of vanilla flavour!
