中環大館雲集外國的食肆、酒吧,是不少外國人的聚會、碰杯之地。這間在二樓的意大利餐廳,地方面積廣闊,裝修富麗堂皇,燈光昏暗,座位闊落、舒適。晚餐選好菜式後,侍應隨即送上麵包籃,不同款式的麵包,點橄欖油及意大利黑醋一拼吃。Baby octopus with peas in spicy tomato sauce小小的八爪魚隱藏在番茄醬汁裡,還有些豌豆,醬汁可以配脆麵包吃,酸酸帶點辣。Cavatelli wth braised pork ribs, beef and fennel sausage ragu貝殼形狀的意粉,配肉醬、牛肉、芝士,意粉質感硬身,煙煙韌韌,很有口感。Marinated chicken with new potatoes and tenderstem broccoli主菜除了意粉,還有一份肉類或海鮮選擇。肉類的話是雞肉,一整隻雞髀,伴碟有蔬菜,加上調味料,烹調得很香口。Cannolo最後不少得甜品才算是圓滿的一餐,意大利傳統經典的糕點,外脆的卷餅,內餡料有奶油及開心果仁粒粒,味道甜而不膩。

🍗 Smoked chicken marinated with tomato and ginger - 煙燻雞肉燒得焦香,雞皮微脆,配合番茄醬汁🍅,肉質嫩滑又夠味,搭配上焗薯仔🥔同炒甘藍花,絕對係一道令人垂涎嘅主菜。我見附近嘅食客都係order呢一道菜,果然好受歡迎😋


🐟 Pan-fried sea bass with vegetable caponata - 鱸魚皮煎至金黃酥脆,每一口咬下去都帶嚟滿滿嘅口感享受。魚肉經過細心嘅調味,旁邊嘅非洲小米西西里燉菜,令呢一道變成更加驚艷嘅組合。小米滲入各種香甜又蔬菜味道,又帶少許酸甜,使整道菜更加豐富多彩。


🔸Dessert:


🍨 Chocolate and amaretti flan with vanilla ice cream - 軟滑似mousse 嘅朱古力切餅帶有杏仁香氣,上面唧有合桃製成嘅忌廉,仲有閃閃銀片作點綴。雲尼拿雪糕滿滿牛奶香味,食得出係自家製,如果有多一球,我都可以食𠹺!

為了讓小王子也可跟我們一起吃選了沒有辣味的兩款:前者是傳統的菠菜芝士意大利雲吞,加入了牛油和鼠尾草調味,清淡又香口;後者是以大量洋蔥跟牛肉炒成的肉醬,跟青醬一併烹調的特飛麵(Trofie),羅勒味濃郁,因著洋蔥跟牛肉意粉也帶點香甜~ 吃得出廚師在準備這兩道菜有心思,每一口都是Al dente,小王子吃得津津有味呢~

來到主菜,選了海爐魚跟豬里肌兩款料理來吃~ 海爐魚的賣相精緻,魚皮煎至金黃脆身,魚肉口感紮實有稍作調味,喜歡的話還可以唧出相應份量的檸檬汁來點綴,再配上加入非洲小米烹煮的西西里燉菜,小米滲入滿滿香甜的蔬菜味,兩者味道搭配新鮮也好吃!而豬里肌則以先煎後烤的方式處理,切開還帶有略粉嫩紅紅的顏色,豬味濃厚帶肉汁,配小茄子、茄醬跟自家製豬肉汁令味道變得更豐富,也平衡了吃肉而帶來的膩感~

最後的甜點時間!第一款是以香濃朱古力製成的義式馬卡龍杏仁餅味配香草雪糕,amaretti的外層酥脆不過甜,一口咬下帶很強的杏仁香氣也帶有嚼勁,與幼滑甜美的香草雪糕很美味~ 另一款Tiramisù絕對大推!選了開心果口味,原來是指在Tiramisù上鋪了滿滿的開心果果仁碎,呷一口Tiramisù 口感順滑綿密到不行,咖啡跟酒的香氣並重但互不搶佔位置,再而吃到Mascarpone cheese的奶香跟蛋香,有一種吃下一口就不想停下來的感覺!

店家位於歷史味濃厚的建築物來,外牆是充滿英倫風格,走到餐廳內就以高雅有格調但不失氣派的裝潢先走進客人的眼簾,座位寬闊具私隱度,而且還設有室內外座位,可選擇看著中環街頭景色、歷史文物建築還是室內雅致堂皇的裝潢風格,絕對是舒適度跟打卡度同樣滿分!服務方面更是到位又周到,也特別照顧到小王子專誠準備小童專用餐具及推薦他們可吃的餐點,也告訴我們店家更會在周日安排魔術表演予小朋友觀賞,很推薦有家庭的朋友來進餐呢~
