通常吃法國餐湯會有分凍/熱兩者之分,所以在挑選是以特別問題職員,幸好當日兩份湯都是熱湯,所以我們各點了一份
自己要的是【青豆湯伴甜酸火腿汁配田雞腿】 ,呷在口前還恐會有一些青豆的草青味道,幸好全無這個感覺,而且將豆打成泡泡狀,賣相很是特別,不過隱藏在湯裏的雞腿肉,份量就不多,所以最後也沒有太大之感覺~

先講一下(羊鞍)由於採用了BB羊所以羊味很輕而且不會有羊羶之感,切下去很是幼嫩,如果要說整頓餐最失敗可能是蠶豆蓉,因為菜葉包裹着的蠶豆蓉口感我倆都不是太為欣賞

★整個用餐體驗以午市來說絕不大眾,但就是由於他這個不大眾化令我吃着這一餐很幸福的感受,結單連埋額外加錢的食物與及一支法國水,大約HK$3700多元.問多一次心裏話我都覺得是「值」,食物/ 服務/裝修每件事情都令我覺得值得將荷包貢獻,再回頭之念一定有,就期待下年自己生日吧!★

最後Petit Four有三款,檸檬撻、自家製朱古力同芒果泡芙。呢幾款反而唔會好甜幾岩我,配埋佢地自家既薰衣草雲尼拿茶,為呢餐生日飯劃上完美句號。

餐廳職員不時會問我地對菜式既意見,整個用餐體驗都好nice同好有親切感。走既時候大家仲不忘講生日快樂,有種賓至如歸既感覺,Caprice既服務真係冇令我失望❤️

另一道令人意想不到嘅菜式,但作為餐廳嘅 signature 就令我略為有啲失望。菜式驟眼望落就好似一朵盛開嘅白花,最外層以芹菜頭同黑莓作為點綴,包裹著中央嘅乳鴿釀鴨肝。乳鴿肉煮得非常嫩滑,鴨肝一如既往地好味,但我就唔太鍾意外層嘅芹菜頭,整體黎講相對冇驚喜。

We went for the menu connoisseur ($2,480) since it was also my first time visiting, so that we can have a bit of everything. With all the first times and revisits, a birthday celebration seems secondary lmao but don't worry we got her flowers and multiple cakes across multiple days to spread out the birthday cheer. Anyway, back to the meal.

We started with an amuse bouche platter, including a butter chicken mousse piped inside a mini pita bread, and I instantly revised my expectation of the meal because it's more contemporary/fusion-y than I would have thought. Of course the bread basket is a must, I had the flaky brioche and a soft brioche out of the four choices. Next was the wagyu beef tartare with Kristal caviar, it originally came with oyster but I asked if they have something, so they removed it from the mix. Then it's the foie gras terrine with pear in multiple ways, poached with vanilla, mousse and dribbles of sauce.

To be honest I don't remember what the daily wild caught fish was, but the texture was similiar to a monkfish. But the sauce, wow, that saffron sauce (hello favourite spice right here) was so rich and memorable that it probably wiped the name of the fish from my memory. Don't dismiss the tomato cuttlefish bolognse on the side cause that little mound is packed with flavour. It was a filling dish thanks to the sizable amount of fish they gave us, but I still finished the potatos cuz they looked cute.

Before that we had the celeriac soup, with a blob of mushroom concentrate and parmesan foam, sprinkles of hazelnut and shaved truffle. Then the mains. They graciously gave us 2 portions of their signature pigeon dish and 2 vensions between us 4 so we could try more. Frankly, both mains were not my thing. I knowpeople who loved them though, but not us.

I think the petite fours were the best hahaha choux and tarts and chocolates and nuts I LOVE IT and the sesame and earl grey chocolates were so smooth and rich. Cheese was great but i think... I might... Prefer elsewhere.

They knew when and what to serve throughout the dining experience. 雖然dinner係貴side既Michelin, 而lunch相對係a good bargain, 不過兩個menu唔一樣,有啲我地想食既dishes係dinner exclusive (😆We actually went there in April 2021, too lazy to ✍️🙊). 相信這間法國餐廳,是很多人的wish list,而我也不例外。晚餐的話,還是留待週年紀念和親密的人來。所以先試午餐,和閨密也不錯。能夠成為很多人的願望餐廳,除了食物質素外,其他輔助因素都會有所加持!可以説。。這兒無論食物、環境、服務,都是性價比高,絕對值得付這個價錢去享受一次!所以非常明白,為何四季酒店這個品牌,總是讓人感到賓至如歸。每一度菜都用心製作,而所有侍應都真誠服務,又詳細解釋,相信這就是大品牌的服務理念。。。希望不只是做好今次,而是為下一次再來而做好準備!

澳洲和牛他他拌法國生蠔配特級魚子醬 : 原來魚子醬係淋淋的,生蠔比例較少.牛他他沒有很甜
慢煮海螯蝦伴大蒜及海鮮配馬鞭草汁忌廉 : 大蒜味不會過濃亦沒有很特別,蝦很新鮮十分彈牙
特色洋蔥濃湯 : 好濃的牛湯底 洋蔥味很甜,由於個湯太濃所以那片麵包很淋.
時令鮮魚伴海苔牛油馬鈴薯及墨魚番茄醬配藏紅花汁 :我個人覺得依度菜係最好味,魚很香魚皮超正,墨魚番茄醬彈牙出色,個汁有好濃的龍蝦味
澳洲和牛西冷伴紅菜頭配陳年紅砵酒汁:主菜加左$450 真係有點失望,廚師建議4成熟我係ok既. 不過外面有點咸肉的質感沒有wow到我之餘個汁無咩特別明顯比上一道菜失色.
特選法國芝士 : 由於我地已經好飽所以要求盡量薄切以免浪費食物, Aged 同signature 最好味, 3種牛奶 係入門,羊奶即使已經係較淡味的選擇都好衝擊,cream cheese 食落比聞好.. 係個大盤芝士度選幾款整個cheese mix platter 俾我地之後會提供cracker , jam , apricot , walnuts and honey 配食, 值得一提係....個honey 超好味,好杰身好香但又唔會過甜非常高質數的蜜糖先會有依個質地
另一個熱情果味蛋白餅底無係website menu 個甜品比較好味,味道比較平衡.酸及甜都剛剛好而且熱情果味十分突出.
香蕉巧克力伴榛子杏仁脆餅配可可雪葩 : 香蕉味好出,可可雪葩出色,有點太甜同大份
咖啡及精美甜點 -->姨姨晚上飲咖啡會瞓唔著所以飲洋金菊茶,淡淡的是一個很好的ROUND UP

這是我第一次試這餐廳。朋友推介,所以期望較高。麵包有牛油卷,紫菜包,都幾好味。牛油卷有點像牛角包,挺推介的。法包好像太硬了。第一道菜是餐前菜,不在餐牌內,鮮帶子,上面的泡泡有一些紫菜味,挺開胃的。第二道菜是生蠔。我覺得是最漂亮的一道菜,顏色悅目。生蠔好新鮮,配上蘋果啫喱好清新。接下來是海鮮湯,絕對童叟無欺。但你又說不出有什過人之處。第四道菜是魚,本以為是典型西式魚,不會過老,真心覺得不錯。鴿肉我挑了七成熟,侍應建議四成熟,我接受不了。我個人覺得口感像鴨,可能生一些,更美味。其實我是很喜歡無花果,可以今天挑的都有無花果。甜品沒有太大驚喜,我認為是合格之作。環境絕好,非常有私人空間。落地大玻璃很光猛,又有海景。侍應服務有效率。

先生為了同我慶祝生日而決定再次光顧Caprice。因為曾經試過Menu,今次決定點餐牌上未試過的菜色。每道菜口感都非常細膩。可以食得出食材的原味,新鮮程度同品質一試就知!服務態度非常細心到家!如果時間允許可以去酒吧試下雞尾酒🍹。
