不過呢,整體海鮮份量不多,龍蝦 Size 都有點小,幸好龍蝦尾的肉都算厚身。而大蝦與青口就只有一隻,蜆肉也不多。嗯…味道雖好,但個人就略嫌份量少而有點貴啦。

來到甜品時間,同樣充滿葡萄牙風味。據說這道甜品來自葡萄牙北部盛產蘋果的 Alcobaca。當地亦有所全葡萄牙最大、有 700 多年歷史的修道院,這道甜品就是根據院內修士遺留的食譜而研製。先利用葡萄牙波特酒和蘋果一起慢焗,再加入提子乾慢煮;夾在烘得酥脆酥皮之間,再加入蛋白慕絲。旁邊伴有雲呢嗱雪糕、果醬與新鮮水果,光看賣相就已經很吸引啦是不是?

最後大廚更送來葡萄牙地道口味的葡撻,因為香港和澳門吃到的葡撻都是調低過甜度,也改過撻皮的成份。正宗地道口味的葡撻甜度高得多,酥皮帶點硬脆,因為葡萄牙人習慣吃葡撻伴以黑咖啡,因為葡撻夠甜,咖啡就不用再加糖。正宗食法與口味果然甜膩得令我怕怕…不知道正式推出時會否伴以黑咖啡呢?

晚上還有音樂表演~大家還可以隨便點歌。又有音樂~又有美食~整頓晚餐當然過得很歡樂啦。

面對著美味的乳豬,真的忍不住口,所以也要吃多點蔬菜,這個【烤什錦蔬菜】很好吃,提供了不少纖維給我。有道很有趣的頭盤,就是【葡式豬耳肉凍】,最估不到的是原來葡國人也會吃豬耳,我起初以為這些小吃只會出現在家庭的菜式中。

之前提過還有不少傳統的葡國菜式,就有炸得香脆可口的【馬介休薯塊】&【炸馬介休球】,後者絕對是葡國菜的表表姐,用上馬介休來做,不但充滿咸香,在外脆內軟的薯蓉波中提供一絲絲的質感,越吃越滋味,欲罷不能。

最後的兩款傳統菜式就是【傳統焗忌廉馬介休】及【忌廉焗薯蓉馬介休絲】,兩者都很美味,不過我卻更為喜歡後者,因加入了薯絲的關係,口感豐富,而且前者因只有忌廉來焗,會感到有點膩滯,所以後者我也吃了不少。

就在享受著頭盤的同時,每枱一份的【白酒蒜蓉香草炒蜆】來到,份量會因人數而增減,我想大約每位三隻大蜆左右。以大量的牛油、白酒、蒜蓉及香草煮成的湯汁,鮮味得很,令大蜆鮮甜無比,很美味,可惜不是任吃,如果是的話,我會不斷追加。

炒蜆之外,葡國菜著名的湯羹【傳統葡國腸薯蓉翠蔬湯】也是會按人數而送上。一向愛喝此湯的的豈能錯過,那帶上沙沙口感的質地令我著迷,配合爽口的甘藍菜葉,令喝起上來帶點清爽,不過令整就湯變得層次十足的卻是那小片的葡國腸,丁點的咸香豐富了薯蓉的味道,實有畫龍點睛之效。

只點了當中三款,首選【豬柳炒蜆】,大家不要以賣相下定論,賣相普通又不起眼,但味道卻非常引人入勝的。起初以為豬柳粒必定又乾又鞋口,事實卻是相反,仍然爽口鮮嫩,由於加入了大量的檸檬,任其更惹味也不覺油膩。

按著的是經典名菜的【葡式焗鴨飯】,小弟的確很喜歡吃這個飯,飯面焗得乾身,帶上少許的香脆,而面上的葡國腸及煙肉的油份也滲進飯中,更添香氣,中間的鴨肉仍然嫩口,不過如果再多一點份量會更為美味。

來到甜品時間,只能容下少許,不過款式真的不少,先吃點【水果沙律】清一清口腔,按著迎來相當美味的【砵酒煮梨】。梨煮得恰到好處,不會過軟,還帶上少許爽脆,而且酒味也剛剛好,又帶上甜味,正是用上砵酒比紅酒好的可愛之處。

喜歡吃馬介休的朋友真的不容錯過,由頭盤至主菜都有用上,一圍朋友坐在一起,一邊吃,一邊喝,又一邊談天,一個愉快的下晝又這樣地渡過了。

3款主菜中我最喜歡就是豬柳炒蜆。豬柳肉質爽甜juicy,加上肥美的蜆肉,相當美味,本來送飯真是一流(這客主菜真的有跟一碟白飯),但自己實在無能為力再吃得下白飯了。

油慢煮大西洋鮮鱈魚伴烤蕃茄香草,不知怎說這條鱈魚,總之呢,慢煮的方法令到鱈魚保持著嫩滑,魚肉的肥美程度亦叫人驚喜。蕃茄香草的清新,中和了鱈魚的肥。

忽然,想起很多年前,香港有一間港式葡國餐廳,名叫好運葡國餐廳,像我一把年紀的中坑,應該記得這間,以燒釀乳豬打出名堂,有數間分店的餐廳。

當然,我也沒可能拿它與這晚的乳豬相比,還是那一句,風格不同。只是突然想起,而分享一下。

葡式焗鴨飯,依然是表面有一層焦脆,底下的飯粒,均勻地沾滿鴨肉的香,吃的時候,不忘一口辣香腸片。

This was my first experience of real portuguese rice which looks nothing like the HongKongized ones covered in weird coloured sauce.
The grains of rice are crispy and al-dente flavoured with duck and there are tasty pieces of duck shreds in it.

I loved this because there was a strong cinnamon taste.
When you cut it in half, there are lots of capillaries which look like a crumpet, however the texture is much softer and soggy compared to a crumpet.

主菜喇-好大舊馬介休,啲肉好潔白,食落去一片片唔錯,不過個人認為grill味唔算太香,同埋個調味咸咗啲,於是要點好多olive oil一齊嚟(肥!);下面的mashed potato普通,但鐘意in between嘅veggies。雖然唔可以咁樣比,但始終覺得喺葡萄牙食嘅好味啲,魚味鮮同香啲,亦都'一片片啲'。菜單仲有另一個煮法,下次會試果隻。

Sangria嚟講幾平,但老實講唔太好飲.... 隻red辣咗啲唔太靚,果味唔算重,white好啲啲但始終sangria襯red應該層次多啲。飲到最後原來有啲syrup喺度,搞到一開始稍苦同酒味太重,最後太甜

食物價格 7/10
以market supply唔算高嚟講,或者拎spanish tapas restaurant做reference (因佢都有serve spanish food),佢個price range算OK,$200幾/main course-再諗埋lkf tower其他fellows,呢間價錢其實都唔錯。如果monday去仲有做super monday添!

Conclusion: 一個唔錯嘅地方,環境幾authentic闊落,嘢食性價高OK,有band聽,亦有serve頗scarce嘅portuguese cuisine,所以我會再嚟架,但會試另一隻馬介休main!


oh by the way, 呢餐其實係celebrate daddy mommy結婚周年架!冇乜搞咩驚喜(they prefer low profile haha...) 但見佢哋食得幾開心又少食葡國菜,咁就最好了!
Other Info. : 早啲入嚟會好啲,我6點半到靜靜地好舒服,但後期愈嚟愈多人,有啲嘈....

I think this restaurant is best for special occasion as it had live performance, comfortable settings and attentive service.Live performance was just right and was not too loud. The band had 2 guitarists and 1 singer with the most beautiful voice (you won't disagree after you heard her voice). I normally don't find live band in a restaurant that interesting but they were great I promise.The manager offered us beef sandwich as an appetizer which was a new dish and not put on the menu yet. The manager offered us beef sandwich as an appetizer which was a new dish and not put on the menu yet. Toast was crunchy, beef was tender, gravy was right and not greasy nor salty and temperature and portion was right.

Seafood Soup was our favorite dish and will give it a WOW. It has lobster, clams, mussels and prawns and seafood were fresh and the broth was very tasty. It was a good portion to share for 4 people.

Overall experience was good and it's value for money. There were 4 of us and we had, sausage, parma ham, seafood soup, suckling pig, one dessert and 2 bottles of white wines, the bill was about $2400. With the attentive service, atmosphere and the live performance, I think it's worth it.

農曆新年與同事兩個人來食開年飯, 同事介紹, 第一次來, 這間餐廳之前已經聽過, 就是在LKF比較高的位置, 一直沒有"的起"心肝上來試一試, 今日終於來了。$200的lunch set是中環的標準價, 決定回不回來, 就看看食物的質素囉!lunch set包括湯/ salad, 主菜、甜品、餐飲。我的是南瓜湯, 味道正常。主菜我們都點了葡式乳豬飯, 香港比較少有, 以前較喜歡的Cozy Corner水準都似乎下降了。這個都算可與澳門的相比。皮脆肉嫩  , 飯的份量不太多, 女孩子來說還足夠的, 飯比較乾硬, 不是我個人喜歡的類型。甜品是鮮果sorbet, 吃完了肉類, 吃這個可清一清口腔, sorbet清新消滯, 鮮果健康。最後要說的是餐廳坐滿食客的時候是頗嘈雜的, 而且服務員不多, 經常要舉手一段時間服務員先會過來。
