由於網上見到預購65至75折折優惠,早早book定枱。自助晚餐包括任食海鮮包括波士頓龍蝦,去到場地,地方比相像中細,幸好坐的位置較大較寬,尚算舒適。但明明任食海鮮的波士頓龍蝦,一出去已俾人清晒,等了差不多10分鐘先見人refill, 但refill都只refill十幾隻,幾個人已又清晒,隨後到清場都不見人再refill龍蝦了,當時時間約7點半(明明buffet時段去到9點半)。另外熟食食品主題飛『粵』夢『功』場,食品類型特別包括一品富貴鴨、古法煎釀鯪魚、蜜味金錢雞、懷舊春花卷、百花釀金錢、豉汁蟠龍鱔,但味道好普通,說好的蟠龍鱔只是普通豉汁蒸鱔。甜品類型特別尚可接受,但味道麻麻,例如砵仔糕又乾又硬。冰鎮生果淡而無味。Häagen-Dazs雪糕只有一種味道,清晒一種味道後才有另一隻味道。全程感覺好寒酸。

港島太平洋酒店的自助餐一向都性價比很高, 每兩個月想起吃一頓自助餐便會來這裡! 因為只是約$350, 便真的可以放肆一下吃到飽!隔幾個月會有不同的主題,可以一嚐不同的各國菜式。哈哈。 最近的主題是大馬滋味台灣風自助晚餐, 帶點南洋風味。所以會有椰漿飯、肉骨茶等等的南洋菜式, 另外也有手抓餅加羊肉的台式口味,或是蠔餅等。 後面的那個台灣鳳梨乳酪蛋糕就真的有如一個完整鳳梨, 造型可愛! 班蘭蛋撻、椰汁千層糕都是南洋的味道呀! 而有台式甜品, 當然不少得芋圓!
