之前看過報道,茶廳老闆對煮出前一丁說得頭頭是道,便一心去嘗試它的餐蛋一丁;可惜,味道、口感比一般茶餐廳更差我們總共三個人去食,一個叫偽鮑片通粉,通粉煮得太淋,已經黏到一舊舊,湯仲要冇味,跟餐餐包冷冰冰;一個叫五香肉丁米粉,成碗都係凍ge,米粉仲要好硬身,好似未煮熟甘;去到戲肉—餐蛋出前一丁,餐肉係好乾好硬,似肉乾多過餐肉,而出前一丁啲麵唔單止冇出前一丁ge味,仲要係未煮熟架!同左一個侍應講啲麵未熟,佢竟然話我應該落單時要講啲麵要淋啲,但大哥,啲麵已經唔係淋唔淋ge問題,係連熟都未熟,以後落單駛唔駛要講定啲野要煮熟?!三個早餐食左百二蚊,但同食屎冇咩分別,仲要受人氣。下次再試,不了!!!!!

有咩比幫襯一晚更能試得出一間餐廳的水準?答案就係連續幫襯兩晚。今晚係第二晚食茶廳的晚餐,再黎的主要目的係要試「招牌豐哥撈麵」同埋豆角炒牛肉。先入正題講一講個「招牌豐哥撈麵」,用左上乘的蝦子麵,將炒香左的蝦米糝响撈麵面頭,大大提升蝦子麵的蝦子味!值得一提係叫佢另上的秘制辣椒醬混入左蝦米碎,非常惹味,但唔建議直接撈入個麵度,否則「泥牛入海」食唔到佢獨特香味。用筷子尖沾上少少辣辣油,再夾一啖撈麵,更能雙得益彰!至於「馬拉盞豆角炒牛肉」出乎意料之外地「咸」,同我對茶廳印象中比較偏淡的風格迥然不回。除左馬拉盞的咸味之外食不出任何特別之處,牛肉卷埋一舊內藏一pat馬拉盞真係咸到翻天。今次「翻啅」(不是反枱)之旅令我對茶廳的興趣同新鮮感暫時告一段落,睇怕能令我再有所牽掛的只有其秘制蝦米辣椒醬。

由大廚「豐哥」主理的「茶廳」,之前食過手早餐覺得「清淡」冇味精之外,試唔出佢真功夫,今晚朕要繼續微服出巡。老婆大人落左柯打要話要蝦仁炒蛋的「蝦」,招牌豐哥雞飯的「雞」,加上「全碟」上湯浸時蔬。一黎碗例湯已經好「骨子」,好有住家湯感覺,幾片藕片、紅蘿蔔、瘦肉,湯水清甜。蝦仁炒蛋數過足足有八隻大蝦仁,而且通得乾乾淨淨,令人食指大動。起筷先夾隻蝦仁入口,味道好淡,好似冇腌過咁,再夾炒蛋,先明白豐哥箇中用意!蝦係食佢爽口彈牙,味道落曬炒蛋入面,估計滑蛋是用左烚蝦的湯來炒,再加上韭王起畫龍點睛之效,真係食完「嘔」胃氣都會感覺到韭王的氣味,一絕也!招牌豐哥雞飯,老婆居然要走汁(自家秘制醬汁),令豐哥保住招牌難度增加,幸好荷包蛋的蛋汁偷偷地混入台灣香米的溫柔鄉中,令軟飯好似「不能說的咪咪」一樣綿滑。手撕雞缺少左豐哥秘制醬汁的加持而變得平平無奇,但單吃軟飯已食過返尋味,希望下次可再來一次。最後簡簡單單的上湯浸時蔬(芥蘭同秀珍菇),份量多到老婆不足以獨食。值得一提係上菜速度快,岩曬趕時間的偷食男女!

紅豆入口腍滑香甜,又有咬口,掂。配上的雪糕是煉奶味,比平時吃的雲呢拿味雪糕更有奶香,要是外面可以買到就好了。不過,最令我喝到停不下來的是,這杯紅豆冰加入了涼粉,令人快樂地享受得就像平時喝珍珠奶茶的那種感覺,令人上癮。

媽媽說餐廳食物份量多,我們都吃至捧腹而去,下次要叫上弟弟一起去吃。

今日去親戚屋企食飯 佢住喺青衣去到晚飯時間 因為佢冇煮飯嘅關係佢就話要帶我地去佢平時嘅飯堂佢就帶咗我哋去青衣城入咗一間叫茶廳嘅餐廳佢話我哋難得一聚 所以佢就建議我哋嗌小菜share食咁我哋就叫咗三個晚市套餐你個套餐都包一碗白飯,例湯同一個主菜咁我哋就叫咗菠蘿咕嚕肉,西蘭花炒鮮魷同埋魚香茄子煲菠蘿咕嚕肉 個汁調校得好好 酸酸甜甜 十分唔錯西蘭花炒鮮魷 西蘭花好爽 而且炒得好香魚香茄子煲入面真係有啲鹹魚粒 而且勁惹味好下飯飲品方面有嗌左一杯奶茶紅豆冰 又幾夾wor!!

青衣城開左二期之後真係第一次去,一入去個層就有間茶廳是是正正,餐牌選擇都幾多又唔太貴。我地嗌左一個避風塘炒豬趴一丁,佢係有少少辣,但係絕對係個個都食得到嘅,而且佢個麵都好爽身,唔會越食越滯。然後我個朋友仲食左個咖喱豬趴飯,啲咖喱汁又係好食到不得了!我仲搶晒佢啲咖喱汁黎撈飯哈哈哈!最後等我講下啲甜品啦,佢個朱古力醬窩夫加煉奶雪糕又係一個最佳搭配,最適合夏天咁熱嘅天氣食。而佢個法式焦糖燉蛋配豆腐雪糕就十分之開胃,仲食到我想叫多兩三個添。

呢日同朋友行完海濱長廊之後,我地就開始feel到有啲肚餓喇,跟住我個frd同我講話不如去青衣城二期睇下有咩食,咁好啦還掂我地都未去過果邊行過一入到二期就見到7-11隔離有間茶廳,咁我地見價錢都唔貴,所以就入去試下啦。嘩啲嘢食認真唔錯!首先等我講下佢個西蘭花炒鮮魷,嘩啲鮮魷又多又惹味,仲滲左啲鮮味落啲西蘭花度,真係幾好。咁跟住我地仲叫左個全日早餐黎食下,嘩超級抵食,啲黑松露同蛋嘅搭配簡直係天衣無縫,條腸都整得好好食。餐飲仲有得加少少錢轉紅豆冰都幾抵食!不過如果可以再多啲紅豆就更加好!最後我地唔夠飽仲叫多左個奶油豬!超好食!又脆又夠多煉奶同牛油!
