很久沒有跟媽媽外出用餐,這天她到深水埗找我晚餐,2個人不想太複雜,於是便來到尚品餐室。晚飯時間整間餐廳都坐滿食客,剛好有一對食客結帳,才順利入座。餐單選擇都很多,除了家常小菜外,還有潮式食品。其實單看門面並不會覺得很吸收,只是各式食品的照片貼在門口位置;而且裡面的裝飾也十分普通。不過既然坐滿食客,食物的質素應該不會太錯吧。蝦膠粉絲蒸茄子($108)很有趣的釀法,廚師將茄子切開成厚片,再在中間輕輕一切,將蝦膠釀到中間。茄子蒸得很軟身,蝦膠很彈牙,而且蝦味濃郁,食得到用料很足。而且粉絲很多呢!涼瓜花枝片($78)涼瓜一點也不苦,很甘口。加上調味的芡味十分提味。花枝片炒得剛好,保持爽口彈牙。每碟份量都好大,跟媽媽2人根本不能完全食清光。最後把包帶了回家。單看舖面完全想像不到餐廳的食品可以如此好味,雖然只是家常小菜,但味道一流。唯一覺得要改善的是2碟菜都同樣很多油。

今晚和上海美女丁丁吃雞煲,我們知道深水埗有一間叫尚品的老店,雞煲和小食都很正宗和地道,所以我們收工後立即跑去!丁丁馬上叫了半份麻辣雞煲,真的香氣十足,煲的湯底很濃,有秘制湯底加上大豆芽,很辣的川椒,西芹和新鮮的雞,煲了大概十分鍾,就可以吃了! 雞份量很多,一点也不欺場,雞肉很辣,也很嫩滑,真的很惹味!我們叫了一客西洋菜,放入辣煲裏,其味無窮!我們叫了一個潮式魯水拼盤,有豬利,豆腐,豬耳,紅腸,大豆芽,每樣也很入味,我們兩個大食妹一下子吃光光,今晚我們真的大滿足了!

本來以為蠔仔肉碎粥($33)會唔夠兩個人分,點知好大碗!而且粥底係用白米煲,唔係用粉果隻!

仲有好多蠔仔添!蠔仔好鮮甜肥美,洗得好乾淨!

潮洲粥個粥底有好多海鮮,蝦米、魷魚碎等,令粥底更加甜!
食食下已經好飽,唔使再加單!

埋單每人$60到,食到咁足料既海鮮,算係好抵!

呢到有好多家常小菜選擇,六十幾蚊左右,由於我係個咕嚕控,朋友就陪我食呢個咕嚕魚,如果係咕嚕肉就完美喇,可惜佢無~ 量多不在話下,醬汁酸甜度適中,配料有齊菠蘿洋蔥甜椒等,主角魚肉多過十件,全部都無雪味,屬於脆漿薄身,但個人認為咕嚕係汁加埋脆厚既炸漿皮先係王道!!!所以呢個就唔合我心水

跟朋友買東西就去了深水埗,在附近漫無目的找一間茶餐廳醫肚,見到尚品餐室都幾多人,就入去試試。我見到有雞煲、火鍋等,不過打冷較吸引我。滷水鵝片 $118: 鵝片肉質鬆化入味,而且少肥膏,點白醋一流,每口都十分回味。不過墊底的芽菜味道怪怪的,如果是豆腐片就好。咸菜胡椒豬肚湯 $38 (大碗)大碗份量也不少,好經濟。而湯味濃郁,不油膩,怕辣的人也適合,冬天喝了很保暖。芥蘭炒墨魚片 $78值得一提是,尚品的墨魚沒有再加工染為橙色,較為安全。整體不會太油,芥蘭爽口、墨魚片彈牙,不過以$78有少許貴。

中秋節正日要陪家人,追月假期當然要約朋友好好的聚一聚!難得大家住得近,就相約到附近的潮州菜館嘆潮菜,慢慢傾~鹵水拼盤最先上枱,拼盤有鵝肉、牛展、墨魚片,芽菜墊底,厚切墨魚片彈牙爽口,鹵水鵝肉夠入味不會太老,牛展肥瘦均勻,肉質尚算嫰滑。如加點豆腐墊底會更好。粉絲煲一上枱我們已經“Wa”聲四起!材料滿滿的,快要滿瀉。有蠔仔、鮮蝦、蜆肉、青口、鮑片、墨手、西蘭花、娃娃菜、冬菇粒、蝦米、粉絲、薑片、蔥花等簡直就是豪華雜菜煲!什菜煲調味道不太濃,吃到海鮮的鮮味。菜煮得夠林身,感覺很健康!吃潮州菜怎可以沒有蠔仔粥?難得大家都吃蠔,就點一窩吧!蠔仔粥跟什菜煲份量一樣大得有點驚人…一鍋粥的價錢只比一碗粥多四十多元,但分量多很多,很化算!蠔仔粥上面有肉鬆,是一般傳統潮州店沒有的。肉鬆令整體味道提升更豐富,亦增加了口感。蠔仔粒粒都很大粒啖啖肉,沒有腥味亦沒有沙,鮮味夠!雖然材料只有肉碎、蠔仔、冬菇片、芫茜、蔥花但已經很豐富,正!人太少吃不到太多~下次要叫其他朋友一齊再來!

男朋友話好耐無食水煮牛肉。明明係潮洲菜館都有川菜食,都幾多元化呀!$138果然係好大份!其實我未食過水煮牛肉。第一次見到佢紅當當咁送上黎就覺得都幾誇張。好彩我都食得辣!入面除左有牛肉仲有芽菜,白蘿蔔。一爽一林,兩者加埋好嫩既牛肉令我覺得好正!男人鍾意食生d既牛肉,我就覺得呢個牛肉剛好!牛肉份量好多,食極都仲有。麻同辣既感覺都係剛剛好!唔太過,唔太少。

啫啫芥蘭 (HKD68), 又是另一大煲兼抵食之作, 上桌時還是在沸騰的狀態, 而且香味十足; 還有, 我同相公都Unexpect 其足料度, 因為D 芥蘭叠到成個小山丘, 多到呢~

為左報答一位成日幫我解決疑難既朋友,今日終於搵左個機會同佢食番餐。揀左深水埗呢個好多野食既地方。收工之後深水埗依然熱鬧,於是揀呢左間餐廳。餐廳地方唔算好大,但就坐滿晒人。剛好同餐廳相反,餐牌食物種類多,小菜,滷水類,火鍋,雞煲,炒粉麵飯等等。蠔仔煎鴨蛋 $78賣相其實同平時食既蠔餅差唔多,但就用左鴨蛋去整。食落比蠔餅口感更豐富,而蠔仔亦比平時食開大粒,可見用料十足,同時間食晒成碟都唔會食到有沙。清湯牛坑腩 $88清湯牛坑腩都幾大碟,牛腩同蘿蔔既比例唔錯。雖然話係清湯,但我就覺得似清淡既胡椒豬肚湯,不過都夾牛腩同蘿蔔,而且兩者都能夠入到清湯既味道。牛坑腩大大件,啖啖肉,又夠腍;至於蘿蔔就比較爽口。我貪心d就覺得如果牛坑腩可以細件d,感覺上就會食多d。今餐可以話係男人既浪漫,呢兩樣食物絕對係為飯而設,所以當然唔少得白飯兩個,汽水兩枝。一路食一路傾下偈,唔覺唔覺,原來呢餐都食左好耐,好彩餐廳都開到好夜先收,去到零晨。

清湯牛坑腩都幾大碟,牛腩同蘿蔔既比例唔錯。雖然話係清湯,但我就覺得似清淡既胡椒豬肚湯,不過都夾牛腩同蘿蔔,而且兩者都能夠入到清湯既味道。牛坑腩大大件,啖啖肉,又夠腍;至於蘿蔔就比較爽口。我貪心d就覺得如果牛坑腩可以細件d,感覺上就會食多d。

今餐可以話係男人既浪漫,呢兩樣食物絕對係為飯而設,所以當然唔少得白飯兩個,汽水兩枝。

一路食一路傾下偈,唔覺唔覺,原來呢餐都食左好耐,好彩餐廳都開到好夜先收,去到零晨。

同朋友逛完西九龍中心,去對面街尚品吃個飯才回家朋友說好久沒有吃雞,咱們就點了半隻海南雞,半隻份量真不少,感覺抵抵抵~吃上口肉質結實有趙頭,啖啖肉又沒有太肥膩,加上甜醬油薑蔥非常惹味。蠔仔煎鴨蛋這餅煎蛋一定大過我的臉,熱辣辣香噴噴。蠔仔好飽滿,加上蛋味比一舨以雞蛋做的蛋餅濃,夾著來香,滿口蠔香蛋香又juicy韮菜豬紅豬紅爽口,韮菜反而煮得有點過火,不過我本來不太喜韮菜。

一大班朋友最好一齊食小菜, 朋友介紹 深水埗有一間叫尚品嘅餐廳, 最出名食小菜, 而且小菜好地道炸 蠔餅蠔餅熱辣辣,而且外脆內熱,外面蛋漿好好味,炸到啱啱好,而且好多蠔仔好新鮮,再點賣魚露,無得頂鮑魚潮州粥潮州粥入面落咗好多蔥同菜宝,而且粥底好軟,鮑魚又有咬口 ,而且仲好有甜味鮮味椒鹽鮮魷平時最鍾意食嘅小菜係椒鹽鮮魷,貪佢脆卜卜,而且彈牙,呢一個椒鹽鮮魷果然冇令我失望,外脆內熱,層炸漿好薄,椒鹽味好香,鮮魷算彈牙,值得一點雖然餐廳面積不算大,坐得比較狹窄,但勝在每碟餸都好有鑊氣。
