燒鵝外皮不脆,但仍食到油脂的甘香、咸味適中、鵝的肉質不韌~
瀨粉~不是每間食店都有提供,瀨粉是用稻米打磨後加粘米粉而成,有煙煙韌韌的彈性,與米粉質地柔韌的又是另一種口感,而湯只吃到啖啖的味精吧了
(如果要同原隻燒鵝上碟的質素比較,起碼打咗個7折)

燒腩肉肥瘦適中,咸度洽好、而外皮卜卜脆,脆到好似食薯片咁……

(為免會將脆脆的皮浸軟,燒腩米上桌時會將燒腩另上)

相比兩大皇牌~燒鵝+燒腩,呢碗叉雞就比較平平淡淡了

叉燒很乾身、吃進口雖不至於韌,但欠應有的滑溜梅頭肉感

油雞叫走胸的話通常俾雞翼是常識吧,今次亦無例外,雞肉好硬身,好似放咗喺針板好耐咁


總括而言,正如對的時間遇上對的人一樣,踏入此店前必定是想吃深井燒鵝或陳記燒腩的,但可能因為花多繚亂的餐牌?或是雙併還比單併平的價錢?總會令人忘記初衷,到絕望地望住碟因自己轉軚嘅死雞瘦叉時,已後悔莫及了……謹記之

今晚阿媽同阿姨佢地出去玩唔煮飯,咁我就同阿爸去陳記食燒鵝喇,陳記有時需要排隊,但今日去到只系得幾個人系度等,所以等左幾分鐘就有得食喇。腐乳炒通菜,好好味,菜好新鮮,炒嘅時間剛剛好,因為通菜好容易炒老,小小辣椒加上腐乳,有D辣味又加上腐乳嘅的香味,好睇又好食。豬扒包感覺一般,面包烤得過火,豬扒味道還可以,有D失分,總體就還算可以喇。燒鵝依然保持水準,皮酥油香, 肉嫩多汁,鵝應該特別系用藥材浸過嘅,味道比較特別,腌得好入味,如果食燒肶仲正,啖啖肉又多汁,嚟到嘅朋友仔一定要點呢個,分量都好大,兩個人嘅話,可以點一個燒鵝加一個干炒牛河就足夠喇。

夜MAMA唔知食咩..同老公經過呢間..就入去TRYTRY啦~呢度冷氣真係好大呀~好在野食黎到食食下就暧番老公叫左個油雞燒鵝瀨~望落去都覺得有番咁上下滑啦~雞皮唔健康..SO 冇食到..而肉質好滑呀..唔會太林... 不會食完有渣幾新鮮而瀨粉..唔會煮得太林同太生..因為瀨粉真係好難煮...一林就好易碎哂同爛~生既話..又會好硬~我就叫左個常餐..多士好鬆脆~搽埋牛油落去好香不過有少少濃邊~係厚身既~仲有炒蛋.. 一般啦~唔係太特別仲有腸仔仲有五香肉丁米都俾幾多肉丁嫁撈D米粉食..即時辣辣地幾開胃~唔錯唔錯

在旺角找食,看見深井燒鵝,正一於試下。燒鵝脾出前一丁,我老婆就燒鵝粉。燒鵝脾涼的,皮又朝肉又鞋。灝粉又散嘅,。我心想唉呀⋯又中招啦。都唔駛再去。仲有比較在深井食啲燒鵝,肉嫩汁多,香氣四溢,間直天同正比呀,名位食家小心小心!😂😂😂

某日我同男友 於旺角亂找一間茶記晚飯, 就找著深井陳記當日兩人都不太肚餓所以點一個燒鵝飯share燒鵝面層油光四射哈哈 ... 我最愛食皮(不過我會夾走皮下肥膏)皮脆肉實味濃, 正!不過飯就略為過少 ... 再叫一個帶子西蘭花 (無飯跟的)西蘭花保持爽口新鮮

這天的晚飯,落腳地就在這間位於新填地街的「深井陳記燒鵝茶餐廳」,叫來了兩個餐牌中看來較為吸引的套餐「葡式燒鵝餐」和「芝士撈丁麵餐」兩夫妻一同分嚐。這餐廳既以深井燒鵝為名,位於深井的陳記亦薄有名氣,這兒的燒鵝理應不差,而這兒的套餐把中式的燒鵝與葡式的炒飯二合為一,這構思也頗不錯。面層舖上七八件招牌燒鵝的「葡式炒飯」賣相頗佳,除了燒鵝並非髀位之外,與餐牌中所示的無異。加了提子乾、紅蘿蔔粒、青椒、雞蛋絲等配料的炒飯炒得乾身,味道亦見可口,水準不差。燒鵝件雖非髀位,可也肉多骨少,肉質不錯,沒有打砸陳記燒鵝的招牌。不過這配以「燒鵝」的「葡式炒飯」好吃是好吃了,但份量偏少,吃來不太夠喉,則是應該改善的地方。相對來說,「芝士撈丁麵餐」便沒有「葡式燒鵝餐」那麼令人滿意了。這「芝士撈丁麵餐」包括「芝士撈出前一丁」和「牛油厚多士」兩部分,芝士撈丁可以選擇「吉列魚柳」或「德國腸」作配料,而我們選擇的則是「吉列魚柳」。這「芝士撈出前一丁」的份量同樣不太多,芝士味也不夠濃,幸好「吉列魚柳」夠熱,外層炸得脆身之餘,裡面的魚肉也算可以,不會顯得粗嚡。至於「牛油厚多士」,的確頗為厚身,牛油也下得較為慷慨,已算及格了。

2月某日,與友人到花園街逛,隨便選一間餐廳吃個飯就算。於是來到了這裡。由於喉嚨狀況不佳,沒有食招牌的燒鵝,就點了個C餐。名字忘了,印象中是香菇滑蛋雞肉飯,配例湯。一送上來,我就知中伏了。你確定這真的是香菇滑蛋雞肉飯(飯另上)?!就是一pat芡加點蛋花幾條雞絲幾個菇?!賣相如此,味道當然也是不敢恭維。整個餐就是黏黏糊糊的感覺,雞絲應該是雞腿肉,很淡,沒有甚麼味道。至於蛋花,要從這堆糊裏面挑出來亦是十分困難。最令人不快的是加了本人不食的蔥花,令整個餐都是蔥味....最後唯有用湯撈飯食(湯還是ok的)沒有下次。ps: 落單之後,侍應叫我們讓4人桌給別人,去兩人桌。這沒甚麼問題。但之後,本來我先點的C餐去了4人桌,搞到我又要等多一陣...

就是一pat芡加點蛋花幾條雞絲幾個菇?!

賣相如此,味道當然也是不敢恭維。
整個餐就是黏黏糊糊的感覺,雞絲應該是雞腿肉,很淡,沒有甚麼味道。至於蛋花,要從這堆糊裏面挑出來亦是十分困難。
最令人不快的是加了本人不食的蔥花,令整個餐都是蔥味....最後唯有用湯撈飯食(湯還是ok的)

沒有下次。

ps: 落單之後,侍應叫我們讓4人桌給別人,去兩人桌。這沒甚麼問題。但之後,本來我先點的C餐去了4人桌,搞到我又要等多一陣...
