Chang Thai Restaurant & Bar我最近去咗一間餐廳,試咗佢哋嘅炒金邊粉,真係好正呀!唔止係味道好,而且個樣都十分靚。佢哋炒金邊粉嘅手藝真係唔得了,金邊粉爽口彈牙,仲有微微嘅韌勁,炒得恰恰好,唔會太軟又唔會太硬。配合埋啲青菜、豆芽等等,口感更加豐富。不過,最令我驚艷嘅,係佢哋嘅炒金邊粉除咗味道之外,外觀都非常靚麗。佢哋將金邊粉炒得均勻且色澤鮮明,配料分佈得恰到好處,令人看咗就口水直流。而且,佢哋嘅掌握火候亦十分到位,炒出嚟嘅炒金邊粉不會黐埋一齊。食物:炒金邊粉價錢:$ 100內(lunch set)分數:8/10地址:銅鑼灣駱克道459-461號TheL.Square7樓

本想星期五找間好吃的Happy Friday 一下,點知,野食等得耐,環境差,店員好似淨招呼一枱大陸人,完全被班大陸人入侵整間餐廳,嘈吵聲不斷,啲野食吹三次先到,二百幾蚊碟既泰式PRIME燒牛扒似擦子膠般的硬,又鞋又冇味,食了一半最後頂唔順。明爐魚又係鞋,連生菜包啲豬肉都鞋到咬到攰,馬拉盞菜又咸到屎,仲有個冬陰公勁甜勁椰連啲蝦都要係梅,冇一隻餸係可以叫好味,完全唔係正宗泰菜,叫六隻餸完全唔值千三蚊!!失望到極點

在網路上看了食評,感覺不錯,才決定預訂的,本人訂了著名的打卡套餐,摩天輪,打卡著實是不錯的,味道的話,5分是滿分,它只有1分,冬陰功湯是整個套餐味道最正常的一道菜,摩天輪上的鳳爪,有很重的雞味,完全吃不下去,咖喱軟殼蟹的咖哩只有蛋的味道,咖哩味,椰香味欠奉!!麵包不脆也不硬,沒麵包味,甜品是來貨再用微波爐翻熱,卻帶著膠味,走之前忍不住看看廚房的廚師,原來不是泰國人,也不是香港人,是南亞人,難怪味道不三不四
