很想吃潮州菜,朋友帶我去他的飯堂,位於觀塘的潮盛館,位置有點隱蔽。這裡全日免加一,平日晚上也差不多滿座。鵝片拼墨魚 $228鵝片色澤好靚,有油光滋潤鵝片嫩滑有鴨香味,滷水味剛好不會太鹹,再點醋味道好夾。墨魚片爽口彈牙另外也有嫩滑厚豆腐墊底,吸收滷水汁精華味道一流。潮盛炸蠔餅 $128金黃色好吸引,配上刀叉享用,感覺高貴。炸得好薄好脆,輕易切開,蛋漿好薄又通透,沒有半點油膩感,有不少大粒又飽滿的蠔,而且夠鮮。秋冬乾燥,每人一盅燉湯滋潤下花膠魚翅燉老雞 $98雞湯味清甜,花膠彈牙可口,雞肉煲湯後仍保持嫩滑。姬茸菇螺頭燉花膠 $88姬茸菇湯味濃郁順喉舒服,花膠也是大件彈牙。

同朋友敘舊,去咗一間觀塘工廈近觀塘道的潮州菜館。位置有少少隱蔽,估唔到裏面全場滿咗,可能口碑好。裝修新淨,坐得有少少擠擁,但還可接受,店員服務有禮。潮盛滷水鵝片(例)鵝片肉質唔錯,新鮮爽口,滷水得啱啱好,有豆腐墊底,豆腐同樣新鮮爽滑。潮盛拔絲咕嚕肉真店之寶,枱枱都有一碟,擺位賣相靚,和普通的咕嚕肉相比外皮較脆身,肉質保持嫩滑,有菠蘿裝飾伴碟,令人開胃醒神。潮盛炸蠔餅新鮮即製,蠔餅炸得鬆化,蠔仔份量足。蠔仔粥(一鍋份量)蠔仔數量都算多,加咗翠玉瓜粒粒,增添口感。總括嚟講,食物質素唔錯,而且價錢合理,仲唔使+1添,怪唔得座無虛席,下次會再幫襯。
