朋友帶路去食一間主打潮州菜!原來呢間餐廳係由新蒲崗開到嚟觀塘,怪不得好似開左唔係好耐都有咁多人‼️呢個係精品潮州菜,啲擺盤好靚「潮盛招牌醉香拼盤」呢個拼盤有醉鮑魚、醉鴿、醉鵝肝~~醉鵝肝真係第一次食,入口好綿滑,並帶有微微花雕酒嘅甜味❤️ 好味道成日食乳鴿都係食炸嘅,醉鴿比較少食,兩種係唔同食法咁樣食更能食出肉質嘅嫩滑而且師傅將乳鴿起肉切片,再砌成翅膀,簡直係手工菜品‼️打卡一流~~「醉香鴨舌」見到有鴨舌,當然一定要叫因為我好鍾意食鴨舌‼️「鵝片拼盤」新鮮墨魚片+鵝片+豬大腸呢度嘅滷水味唔會太濃重霸道,岩我口味墨魚片好爽口彈牙,唔會被滷水味蓋過墨魚鮮。皮薄肉嫩嘅獅頭鵝胸,鵝味濃,切鵝片功夫一流,切得均勻薄片「拔絲咕嚕肉」一夾起,真係可以拔絲酸甜味道令我好開胃❤️ 咕嚕肉口感亦令我加分,咬第一啖係有脆口感,好好食,肥瘦係黃色比例,入口完全唔會有肥膩感「酸菜桂花魚」酸菜金湯好好飲,酸辣味好平衡,辣味唔會太嗆,入口好順口舒服~~桂花魚大大片好有口感‼️
