 中午開一支 Pascal Marchard 2013 Clos Vougeot 佳釀,光彩明亮,果香怡人,最襯今天和暖冬衣 brunch 時候喝。兩個半鐘頭,酒仍然妙美喔。Hearty 的 brunch。不要以為 English breakfast 很容易做,吃過多難吃都有。這一個炒蛋香滑,豬肉腸正宗而美味。用了 Canadian bacon (loin) 而不用 streaky bacon (belly) ,嗯,不但可以接受,而且不差。Chicken Corden Bleu 外皮香脆,肉也多汁。很美味呢。基本都做足了。還有挑剔? English breakfast 少了番茄喔。配土司雖有似文華 Cafe Causette 的 pesto sauce,如有牛油和果醬才完美啊。附加: Toast 倘若是 fried bread,會多點 greasy spoon 的親切感呢。小妹很愛 Chicken Corden Bleu,但有人多半認為半煎炸雞塊加薯條太乾了,配一點沙律和 mustard cream sauce 也無不可。桌子上沒有 salt and pepper。估計 chef 和團

Hearty 的 brunch。不要以為 English breakfast 很容易做,吃過多難吃都有。這一個炒蛋香滑,豬肉腸正宗而美味。用了 Canadian bacon (loin) 而不用 streaky bacon (belly) ,嗯,不但可以接受,而且不差。

還有挑剔? English breakfast 少了番茄喔。配土司雖有似文華 Cafe Causette 的 pesto sauce,如有牛油和果醬才完美啊。附加: Toast 倘若是 fried bread,會多點 greasy spoon 的親切感呢。

小妹很愛 Chicken Corden Bleu,但有人多半認為半煎炸雞塊加薯條太乾了,配一點沙律和 mustard cream sauce 也無不可。

桌子上沒有 salt and pepper。估計 chef 和團隊出自名門正統,對菜式味道有絕對信心?不過小妹來到 cafe,總想自己調配一下味道呢。

與其說是挑剔,不如說還可錦上添花吧。

喝完酒還是要叫 pancakes ,畫上完美句號。

九龍城新開左好多餐廳,經過依間餐廳,見價錢同附近cafe 差唔多,就入去試吓! 餐廳好寬躺,又無時限,可以同朋慢慢食,慢慢傾!叫左個duck confit egg Benedict同all day breakfast! 又估唔到有驚喜!個鴨肉拆晒肉,同個鹹蛋黃醬真係好夾!d餐具好靚,好有英國風味!加埋杯英式茶,真係好relax ! 順帶一提依度侍應好有禮貌,食完野仲喺度傾偈,佢都不厭其煩為我吔full水,真難得!👏🏻

早兩日同朋友去九龍城搵食,係九龍城見到依間新開嘅西餐廳,俾佢英綸風的裝修吸引咗。聽侍應生講廚師是前Ritz Carlton 酒店大廚,所以就入返去試吓佢手勢。點左個午餐同brunch set 。佢個牛扒有兩款選擇,我揀咗Hanging tender , 佢個肉質細嫩多汁,完全冇筋仲有油香!大愛!簡單得來又食到肉嘅本身香味!另外嗌咗一個紐倫堡腸配炸洋蔥圈。洋蔥圈香脆!香腸亦都有香草嘅味道!正!整體感覺幾好,一定會再來試吓其他菜式😊
