和朋友在北角找食,看到這間烤魚看來不錯,果然 主菜烤魚,選了海鯇魚,除了魚類的選擇,另外還有烤魚的味道,我和朋友二人都不太好辣,因此選了萬洲泡淑味,並可選伴魚輔菜,每款$15,我們共選了4款。烤魚一上菜,真的很大盆,而且跟我們想像中不太辣,覺得剛剛好,魚肉質好嫩,不過魚骨有點多,食用的時候要小心,4款輔菜好像火鍋般一早放入當中,煮得很入味,食人口有酸辣味,又不太辣。 另外我們還叫了2款前,拍青瓜,青瓜很爽口,鹹鹹酸酸作為前菜很適合。 最後還叫了牛𦟌,一上菜已經聞到麻辣香,入口卻覺得剛剛好,不會太辣,不錯👍🏻

今日突然想食麻辣野,所以老公就帶左我去北角炭魚,一嘗佢地既正宗地道麻辣食物。首先,我點了個清江魚,因為佢主要功效係去水腫,最岩我地女士成日都水腫。而味道方面就點了招牌香辣味,配料就叫了豆腐卜,木耳,寬粉,豆皮。今次,係我第一次用炭爐食烤魚,所以見到個炭爐真係好新奇,因為原來係將烤魚放上炭爐和配料,再係上面淋上大量的香辣醬汁。賣相不但吸引,而且更聞到強烈的辣椒味,未食已經令味雷跳動。這種慢煮方式,不但令魚肉控制得合時,而且還將魚肉的鮮味迫出黎,加上香辣的醬汁滲入魚肉之中,不得不令人很快已經把整條魚吃掉!此外,我地還叫了麻辣豬肚絲,聽講用了正宗的四川指天椒製作,所以辣道十足,還會有一種麻痺的感覺,真係令人上引。豬肚絲不但爽脆,而且在麻辣的夾雜下,真係會令人食到滿身大汗,不過食完過後會令你精神十足。最後,一定要介紹大家要飲蘆薈椰汁,因為很少見出面有得賣,除了有濃香的椰汁外,還有大量的蘆薈粒,兩者相夾之外,真係飲得出像飲成個椰青一樣。總括來說,喜歡食正宗麻辣食物的朋友,必定要來一試,因為這就是正宗的四川麻辣之道!

食烤魚食到悶,今次試下麻辣水煮魚(HK$198)。原來都好大煲架wor,個煲下面用左一舊炭去keep住溫度,但又唔會熱到滾。煲入面除左魚,仲有少少豆腐卜,金菇,薯粉,秀珍菇同埋都幾多既芽菜。成煲野對我黎講唔係好辣,非常容易食。魚既處理同平時我食開既有d唔同,佢唔似魚柳,但又無晒骨,亦唔似就咁起出黎既魚片咁滑...... 我覺得有d似將魚起左d魚片拎去deep fried,再放落去整水煮魚,所以魚既質地比較實淨。我覺得咁整都唔錯。可能煲野唔夠辣既關係,應該係都無乜麻辣味,所以豆腐卜好似唔夠入味,其他配菜味道ok,只係d薯粉實在太少啦,又碎濕濕好難夾,唔知下次可唔可以另外order多一份薯粉呢?仲叫左個川式口水雞(HK$58),味道一般,唔太辣,雞肉都算有彈性,亦無乜肥膏。

The chicken was soft and tender in texture although it didn't have a very strong taste of fresh chicken. The spiciness could consider as mild as my friend who couldn't handle spicy food ate a few pieces!

We liked the icy osmanthus fragrant tea a lot! It really reminded us of the old time in Shanghai! The drink was not too alcholic but still with a strong taste of rice, with a lot of osmanthus leaves at the bottom!

If you like to drink while having hot pot, there are a wide range of beer and apple cider for you to go with the steamboat. It is believed that beer is the western herbal tea which dilutes off the heat from the hotpot.

個煲一離到賣相已經好吸引,可能相唔太睇到,不過因為鍋底有小火一直煮住個煲,所以其實個湯係煮緊好熱既


同平時既雞煲唔同,佢係一路用醬湯煮住既,同埋似鐵碟咁容器真係方便多人圍住食


至於味道,個湯小辣已經辣得幾過癮,同埋個醬會越煮越濃,所以辣度都會有所提升,適合食辣野既新手試下


雞煲最緊要既雞,可能因為切得幾細,一離就食得同埋方便入口,而且好嫩口,我地爭下爭下就清哂,唔係飽左既差d想追加多半隻


我地都試埋美國肥牛,同樣都好嫩口,不過美中不足在可能個量可能少左少少,但整過離講我都好中意個雞煲

見到facebook有人share呢間呢排又凍凍地 所以我就book左呢間陪女友食我地見佢好得意有乾鍋所以就點左我地點左雞翼鍋乾鍋就無咩汁咁 同我地平時食ge雞煲唔同而我地叫ge雞翼鍋就有薄薄的醬 辣辣地咁  好惹味 但唔好以為只係得雞翼佢仲有好多唔同配料 佢有蓮藕,薯仔等而雞翼剪左一半包熟 薯仔佢應該煎到脆先放入去點埋個醬勁好食女朋友本身麻麻薯仔都食左幾舊而蓮藕同個醬勁夾 個雞翼都脆口,應該都有煎過黎個鍋係keep左heat ge唔怕會凍曬我同女友2個人食呢個鍋都夠曬飽 一定會再黎食!

分量適合兩個人,作前菜不錯。雞不會肥,肉質算是嫩滑 。口水雞的醬汁十分出色,味道很濃,帶花生的香,又麻又辣,多重的味道。雞肉吸了醬汁的味道,非常入味。

It’s so nice for them to allow us to choose the level of spiciness
, and for the sake for a non-spicy lover, we have only tried the lowest level of spiciness.
 My friends told me that on the Chinese menu, you can choose to add $38/$28 for extra ingredients like fish ball and beef.

For this chicken pot, we were surprised by the interesting shape of the pot cuz it’s different from the normal pot we saw in the hot pot restaurants, and it seems that the heat are more evenly spread.
Back on the chicken, they were very tender and it was better to eat that earlier to prevent overcooked them. The sauce and the spices used were so good, and they matched with and enhance the taste of the chicken. It was really tasty!

However, this chicken wing pot is more surprising to me!
At first, I thought it would not taste good as there was no sauce like the chicken pot, but it wasn’t true! The taste of the chicken was good, I guessed they add some sort of spices before they cooked them, so it taste good and strong even without the sauce.
 I also love the lotus and rice cake, I seldom have a chance to eat lotus and the rice cake reminded me of those in Korea.

Overall, the food turned out to be very good, at least exceed my expectation!!
The reason why I titled this review as the “spicy pot you will never forget”
was mainly because I have finished half of the chicken pot on my own! I mean I wasn’t into spicy at all, so this pot has to be really delicious, enough to numb my taste and make me ate that much
